Aus dem Bereich des Bogendruckmaschinenbaues ist es bekannt, die Bogen mittels Greiferwagen sowie daran angebrachter Greifer und Greiferauflagen zu transportieren, wobei die Greiferwagen an einem Paar endloser, durch Kettenräder angetriebene Ketten angelenkt sind. Diese Greiferwagen transportieren die Bogen zwischen den verschiedenen Komponenten der Druckmaschine. Ein derartiger Transport kann somit zwischen den einzelnen Druckwerken und insbesondere zwischen dem letzten Druckwerk und der Bogenablage eines Auslegerstapels erfolgen. Auch ist es bekannt, die Bogen von dem letzten Druckwerk zu einer Lackiereinheit (mit oder ohne Widerdruckwerk) und von diesem dann zur Bogenablage des Auslegers zu transportieren. Da zunehmend angestrebt wird, den Bogen erst vollständig auszudrucken bzw. mit Lackauftrag zu versehen, und diesen erst dann an einen Greiferwagen zu übergeben, erfährt der Bogen zum Teil eine sehr große Umschlingung um die Abnahmetrommel, auf der die Kettenräder angebracht sind. Abnahmetrommeln der hier zur Rede stehenden Art bekannt geworden, die an ihrem Außenumfang spezielle Einrichtungen tragen, um eben dieses Abschmieren zu verhindern. Beispielsweise sei die Bogenführungstrommel der DE 3 930 747 C2 genannt, die an ihrem Außenumfang dicht nebeneinander über die Breite des maximalen Bogenformates eine Vielzahl kleiner Rundbürsten drehbar angeordnet aufweist. An den Borsten dieser Rundbürsten soll sich der Bogen abschmierfrei abstützen können. Ähnliches hat bereits die US-PS 3 054 348 vorgeschlagen, wobei hier anstelle von drehbar angeordneten Rundbürsten auf der Trommelachse angeordnete Bürstenkränze Verwendung finden. Anstelle von Bürsten bzw. Bürstenkränzen hat die GB-PS 972 487 eine Anzahl von auf Stäben angeordneter Tragrollen vorgeschlagen, auf deren teilweisen Außenumfang sich der Bogen ebenfalls abschmierfrei abstützen soll. Diese sind durch axiales Verschieben auf farbfreie Stellen des Druckbildes einstellbar. Nachteilig ist hierbei insbesondere, daß solche druckbildfreie Stellen nicht immer vorhanden sind und zusätzlich, daß ein zeitaufwendiges Einstellen der Tragrollen nötig ist.A large number of increase and decrease drums of the type in question have become known from the prior art, which have special devices on their outer circumference in order to prevent this lubrication. Fig.2 zeigt einen bogenführenden Zylinder 1, der beispielsweise der Gegendruckzylinder einer Lackiereinheit oder eines Druckwerkes sein kann. Dieser bogenführende Zylinder 1 weist doppeltgroßen Durchmesser auf und wirkt mit einem entsprechenden Gummituchzylinder 2 zusammen, der beispielsweise der Formzylinder der Lackiereinheit ist.2 shows a sheet-guiding
Die in dieser nur schematisch dargestellten Lackiereinheit zu lackierenden Bogen werden über Greiferwagen 3 die an endlos umlaufenden Ketten 4 angelenkt sind, dem bogenführenden Zylinder 1 zugeführt. Die Ketten 4 sind um je ein Paar von Kettenrädern 5 geführt, welche auch dem Antrieb der Ketten 4 dienen. Die Übergabe eines Bogens vom Greiferwagen 3 zum bogenführenden Zylinder 1 (dieser weist entsprechend seinem Durchmesser eine Anzahl von Greifersystemen auf) erfolgt also im Bereich der Kettenräder 5. Der an den bogenführenden Zylinder 1 übergebende Bogen erhält somit durch den Gummituchzylinder 2 einen Aufdruck bzw. Lackauftrag und wird nach vollständigem Bedrucken bzw. nach vollständigem Lackauftrag an wiederum einen Greiferwagen 6 übergeben, der ebenfalls zwischen zwei endlos umlaufenden Ketten 7, die über Kettenräder 8 angetrieben werden, angelenkt ist. Das Paar der Kettenräder 5 wirkt somit, wie aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, als Zuführtrommel, das Paar der Kettenräder 8 entsprechend als Abnahmetrommel. Fig.1 zeigt den Bereich der Bogenabnahme gemäß Fig. 2 noch einmal in Draufsicht. Anstelle über zwei an beiden Enden der Zapfen 9 des bogenführenden Zylinders 1 angebrachte Zahnräder 13 kann selbstverständlich eine Synchronisierung der Drehbewegung der Kettenräder 5, 8 auch durch eine gesonderte Welle 14 erfolgen. An beiden Enden weist diese Welle 14 jeweils ein Zahnrad 15 auf (ebenfalls gestrichelt dargestellt), welches mit den Zahnrädern 12 der Wellenstümpfe 11 kämmt. Hier erfolgt somit die Synchronisierung der Drehbewegung des Paares der Kettenräder 8 über die Welle 14 sowie die Zahnradpaare 12, 15. Der bogenführende Zylinder 1 weist dann nur an einem Zapfen 9 ein Zahnrad 13 auf, welches mit einem Zahnrad 12 eines Kettenrades kämmt. Claims (4)
- Device for transport of sheets within a printing press in which the sheet is forwarded by gripper carriages (3, 6) which are linked to endless chains (4, 7) driven by chain wheels (5, 8) and a transfer of the sheet between the gripper carriages (3, 6) and a neighbouring sheet guiding cylinder (1), to which a forme cylinder (2) is arranged, takes place in the region of chain wheels (5, 8) characterised in that chain wheels (5, 8) are arranged each on one end of two stub axles (11) mounted matching with one another and in each case in a side frame wall (10), to the other end of which is fixed in each case a gear (12) and that for synchronous running of the chain wheels (5, 8) each gear (12) is engaged in each case with a gear (13, 15) driven from the sheet guiding cylinder (1).
