Abstract

The invention relates to a device for conveying sheets in a printing machine, in which the sheets are conveyed by gripper carriages which are linked to endless chains driven by chain wheels, and in which a transfer of the sheets takes place between the gripper carriages and the sheet-conveying cylinders in the region of the chain wheels. Anstelle von Bürsten bzw. Bürstenkränzen hat die GB-PS 972 487 eine Anzahl von auf Stäben angeordneter Tragrollen vorgeschlagen, auf deren teilweisen Außenumfang sich der Bogen ebenfalls abschmierfrei abstützen soll. Diese sind durch axiales Verschieben auf farbfreie Stellen des Druckbildes einstellbar. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung kann nicht nur als Ersatz für eine herkömmliche Abnahmetrommel dienen, durch welche ein bedruckter Bogen von einem Gegendruckzylinder zu dem Auslegerstapel gefördert wird, sondern selbstverständlich auch als Ersatz einer herkömmlichen Zuführtrommel, beispielsweise für die Zuführung von Bogen zu einer Lackiereinheit, verwendet werden. Wenn spezielle Maßnahmen hinsichtlich einer spielfreien Synchronisierung der Drehbewegungen der beiden Kettenräder (spielfreie Verzahnung) vorgesehen werden, kann die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung auch als entsprechende Zubzw. Abnahmetrommel bei den Greiferwagensystemen Verwendung finden, welche die Bogen zwischen den einzelnen Druckwerken bei Druckmaschinen beispielsweise in Fünfzylinderbauweise transportieren. Fig.2 zeigt einen bogenführenden Zylinder 1, der beispielsweise der Gegendruckzylinder einer Lackiereinheit oder eines Druckwerkes sein kann. Lackauftrag und wird nach vollständigem Bedrucken bzw. nach vollständigem Lackauftrag an wiederum einen Greiferwagen 6 übergeben, der ebenfalls zwischen zwei endlos umlaufenden Ketten 7, die über Kettenräder 8 angetrieben werden, angelenkt ist. Das Paar der Kettenräder 5 wirkt somit, wie aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, als Zuführtrommel, das Paar der Kettenräder 8 entsprechend als Abnahmetrommel. Hier erfolgt somit die Synchronisierung der Drehbewegung des Paares der Kettenräder 8 über die Welle 14 sowie die Zahnradpaare 12, 15. Der bogenführende Zylinder 1 weist dann nur an einem Zapfen 9 ein Zahnrad 13 auf, welches mit einem Zahnrad 12 eines Kettenrades kämmt. Claims (4)

  1. Device for transport of sheets within a printing press in which the sheet is forwarded by gripper carriages (3, 6) which are linked to endless chains (4, 7) driven by chain wheels (5, 8) and a transfer of the sheet between the gripper carriages (3, 6) and a neighbouring sheet guiding cylinder (1), to which a forme cylinder (2) is arranged, takes place in the region of chain wheels (5, 8) characterised in that chain wheels (5, 8) are arranged each on one end of two stub axles (11) mounted matching with one another and in each case in a side frame wall (10), to the other end of which is fixed in each case a gear (12) and that for synchronous running of the chain wheels (5, 8) each gear (12) is engaged in each case with a gear (13, 15) driven from the sheet guiding cylinder (1).
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that parallel to the axis of the stub axles (11), a shaft (14) is arranged extending between the side frame walls (10) and mounted rotatably in these, which has on its ends in each case a gear (15) which meshes in each case with a gear (12) of the stub axle (11).

  4. Device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the chain wheels (8) and the stub axles (11) carrying the gears (12) are arranged downstream in the sheet running direction relative to the sheet guiding cylinder (1).
