Claims (4)

  1. Une unité de disque comprenant:
    . une base (1) d'unité de disque;
    . au moins un disque (3a) monté à rotation sur ladite base (1) d'unité de disque;
    . un organe tubulaire de support (9) qui comporte une ouverture axiale traversante et porte une bride extérieure (9d) adjacente à une extrémité;
    . un boîtier (5b2) de bobine de moteur qui comporte un bras (5b6), ledit bras comportant une extrémité de montage et une ouverture traversante à ladite extrémité de montage;
    . au moins une poutre (5a) de charge ayant une extrémité de montage et une extrémité distale, ladite extrémité de montage comportant une ouverture traversante (5a4), ladite extrémité distale de ladite poutre de charge portant un transducteur (5a6) qui lui est attaché pour lire ou écrire des données sur ledit disque (3a); et
    . ledit organe tubulaire de support (9) s'ajustant à travers chacun desdites ouvertures (5a4, 5b7), en portant empilés ledit bras (5b6) et ladite poutre (5a) de charge, ledit bras (5b6) ou ladite poutre (5a) de charge étant au contact de ladite bride (9d) et formant avec ledit bras (5b6) et ladite poutre (5a) de charge un ensemble actionneur séparé;
    caractérisé en ce que
    . ledit organe tubulaire de support (9) est refoulé en faisant passer une bille à travers ladite ouverture axiale de manière à refouler et mettre en expansion ledit organe tubulaire de support (9) pour qu'il vienne en premier avec ladite poutre de charge et ledit bras de moteur et les fixe par friction;
    . une broche (9b) montée de façon amovible sur ladite base (1) d'unité de disque dans une position telle que l'axe de ladite broche (9b) soit sensiblement perpendiculaire à ladite base; et
    ledit organe tubulaire de support (9) recevant ladite broche dans ladite ouverture axiale et y étant fixé.
  2. L'unité de disque selon la revendication 1, comprenant:
    . au moins deus poutres (5a) de charge;
    . ledit bras (5b6) étant disposé entre lesdits poutres (5a) de charge sur ledit organe tubulaire de support (9a), et
    . lesdites poutres (5a) de charge faisant saillie vers des surfaces opposées dudit disque (5).
  3. L'unité de disque selon la revendication 2, comprenant:
    . au moins deux disques axialement espacés (3a) montés à rotation;
    . au moins trois poutres (5a) de charge, pourvues chacune d'une face avant et d'une face arrière;
    . une plaque de renforcement (5a3) sur la face arrière de l'extrémité de montage de chaque poutre (5a) de charge, le transducteur (5a6) étant attaché à la face avant à l'extrémité distale de chaque poutre (5a) de charge, chaque plaque de renforcement 5a3) comportant une ouverture traversante (5a4) alignée avec l'ouverture correspondante de ladite extrémité de montage de chaque poutre de charge;
    . ledit organe tubulaire (9a) comportant une surface d'embase périphérique (9d);
    . une première et une deuxième desdites au moins trois poutres (5a) de charge étant empilées sur ledit organe tubulaire (9a) en prise à friction avec lui, lesdites faces avant se faisant face et ledit bras (5b6) en prise à friction avec ledit organe tubulaire (9a) étant disposé entre elles, ladite plaque de renforcement (5a3) de ladite première poutre (5a) de charge étant en prise avec ladite surface d'embase (9d) et reposant sur celle-ci, lesdits transducteurs (5a6) étant disposés par rapport aux surfaces opposées de l'un desdits deux disques au moins (3a);
    . une troisième des au moins trois poutres (5a) de charge étant disposée sur ledit organe tubulaire (9a), en prise à friction avec lui, sa plaque de renforcement (5a4) étant au contact de ladite plaque de renforcement (5a3) de ladite deuxième poutre (5a) de charge, ladite troisième poutre (5a) de charge faisant saillie vers une surface d'un deuxième desdits deux disques au moins (5a).
  4. L'unité de disque selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle:
    . ledit organe tubulaire (9a), chacune desdites poutres (5a) de charge et ledit bras (5b6) sont en acier inoxydable.
