Claims (3)

  1. Sheet-turning device in a rotary printing machine, in which the sheet is delivered [sic] by grippers, arranged on a gripper strip, of a first impression cylinder and the sheet trailing edge is removed by suckers of a neighbouring turning drum and is subsequently transferred to a second impression cylinder, characterised in that a gripper beam (17; 22, 23) can be pivoted at an angle (α) in the radial direction above the lateral surface (48) of the first impression cylinder (6) about a bearing point (24), in that the gripper beam (17; 22; 23) has air outlet openings (32) which act in the tangential direction with respect to the lateral surface (48) of the first impression cylinder (6).
  2. Sheet-turning device according to Claim 1, characterised in that there is arranged above the first impression cylinder (6) and the turning drum (7) an axially parallel blowing device (52) which is fixed to the frame and is directed motionally downwards at a gap (50) between first impression cylinder (6) and turning drum (7).
  3. Sheet-turning device according to Claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the pivoting movement of the gripper beam (17; 22; 23) is effected by a cam mechanism (26; 27; 28).
