Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement for expansion, entertainment and security, esp. To stabilize the location and shape of the banks of water such as rivers or lakes.
- the invention is also based on the knowledge that only a few species of the emersed macrophytes of the bank and reed bed zone can be propagated by sowing, and this only under favorable circumstances and only at certain times of the year. Successful sowing is not infrequently a result of chance and cannot be reproduced with certainty, so that it is advisable to use plants or other parts of the plant that are capable of development for application in the riparian zone.
- vegetation bulbs 12, with plants 14 drawn forward are arranged in a carrier system 13 and thus attached to a stone covering 11 of the riparian region of a body of water.
- FIG. 2 shows the same bank region, but in addition a vegetation machine 17, which is fixed by piles 15 and is planted with plants, is arranged on the water side in front of vegetation bulbs 12.
- FIG. 3 shows an example arrangement of vegetation bulbs 12 with plants 14 and a vegetation machine 17 likewise with planting 14.
- the vegetation bulges 12a shown in FIG. 3a are suitable, in which the ratio of the length of the root area L to the diameter of the bulge D is equal to or greater than 2.
- the supply in this case, the bulge with fluid occurs through capillarity.
- a filling substrate 31 is arranged between the bulbs and the bottom of the slope.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 show, for example, the basic structure of vegetation machines 17, their cladding with net-like fabrics, the securing of the machines by means of fastening piles 15, and the connection of two machines by bridging.
- FIGS. 6, 7, 8 and 9 installation examples for vegetation machines 17 are shown, specifically in FIG. 6 a machine 17 as a greening island with plants 14 in a body of water, which are secured in position by piles 15 and z. B. bushes 26 arranged in a network is supported.
- the vegetation machine 17 is supported on the bank edge by means of piles 15, cavities under and behind the machine being filled up by rubble, sand or the like, which are covered by a filter fleece 18 be prevented from slipping.
- the plants serve here as edge planting.
- Fig. 8 a steep bank is secured by interconnected machines 17 secured by pegs 19 and a stone layer arranged in a network, which is supported by fastening piles 15.
- FIG. 9 it has proven useful, as shown in FIG. 9, to arrange vegetation machines 17 in nets 20 which are held by fastening piles 15 driven into the ground.
- FIG. 10 The illustration in FIG. 10 of a bank region with a stone cover layer 11 on a filter fleece 18 and vegetation bulbs 12, vegetation machines 17 with plants 14 shows a bank secured by a sheet pile wall 10.
- bank safeguards are not safe for z. B. in the water animals that can not leave the water on the smooth sheet pile wall. So that they can save themselves, a vegetation machine 17 floating in the water on a carrying device is movably connected to the sheet pile wall and can adjust to fluctuating water levels.
- This carrying device for the machine 17 is shown enlarged in FIG. 11. It can be seen that the machine is attached to a buoyancy body 21 which is connected to a counterweight 22 via a holder and thus holds the machine in its position above the carrying device. The position of the machine with the carrying device in front of the sheet pile wall 10 is ensured by springs or other flexible holders.
- a vegetative revetment 23 is to be attached a bank is shown, in which a humus-free substrate 29 is poured into an open-topped form of thick-layered scrims or fleeces 27, and plants 14 are attached. In order to prevent the substrate 29 and the plants 14 from falling out, the shape which is open at the top is covered by a non-woven mat 28. The entire revetment 23 is also provided with a net-like covering 25 to hold the whole thing together. Adjacent vegetative revetments 23, as can be seen from FIG. 12, can be connected by bridging and combined to form larger revetments. Arrangements of such revetments 23 are shown in FIGS. 13, 14 and 15, in which FIG. 13 shows a revetment 23 installed in the bank, FIG. 14 a bank 23 placed on the bank and FIG. 15 a revetment serving as a vegetation carrier. In the figures, the revetments are secured in their position by pegs 19.
- FIG. 16 shows a bank area in which various ecological-botanical vegetation carriers have been used for securing and expanding a bank.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement for expansion, entertainment and security, esp. To stabilize the location and shape of the banks of water such as rivers or lakes.
Since water moved by currents and / or waves always transfers its inherent dynamic forces to the bank or bottom at its transitions to the land, the bank changes its shape; erosion occurs. Removed particles are deposited again at another location; sedimentation occurs. Man tries to influence these processes in his sense by stabilizing the banks in their shape and position.
While technology has so far been used primarily to design the water in the way that best meets the requirements for use, efforts have recently been made to carry out construction work in harmony with nature. The present invention serves to achieve this object.
The invention is also based on the knowledge that only a few species of the emersed macrophytes of the bank and reed bed zone can be propagated by sowing, and this only under favorable circumstances and only at certain times of the year. Successful sowing is not infrequently a result of chance and cannot be reproduced with certainty, so that it is advisable to use plants or other parts of the plant that are capable of development for application in the riparian zone.
According to the invention, it is therefore proposed in an arrangement of the type mentioned at the outset to combine known technical components, such as walls, sheet piling, stone roofing, support piles or the like, with ecological-botanical components, if appropriate with technical support systems for the plants.
Features for such ecological-botanical components can be found in the subclaims.

In the example shown in FIG. 1,
Fig. 2 stellt die gleiche Uferregion dar, wobei aber noch zusätzlich eine durch Befestigungspfähle 15 fixierte mit Pflanzen besetzte Vegetationsfaschine 17 gewässerseitig vor den Vegetatiosbulten 12 angeordnet ist.FIG. 2 shows the same bank region, but in addition a
For a bank secured by a
In waters with a strongly fluctuating water level, in which the embankment can dry out superficially, the vegetation bulges 12a shown in FIG. 3a are suitable, in which the ratio of the length of the root area L to the diameter of the bulge D is equal to or greater than 2. The supply in this case, the bulge with fluid occurs through capillarity. In the example shown, a filling
In FIGS. 6, 7, 8 and 9, installation examples for
The illustration in FIG. 10 of a bank region with a stone cover layer 11 on a
In Fig. 12 a
Immediately in the water lies a layer of stone on a
Finally, FIG. 17 also shows
