Beide Randstreifen 4, 6 sind gesäumt. In den Saum 7 des Randstreifens 6 ist innenseitig eine Schlaufe 8 eingenäht. Die Schlaufe 8 besteht aus einem textilen Flachband, welches im Schlaufenbereich teilweise gefaltet ist und dessen Enden in den Saum 7 eingenäht sind. Die Schlaufe 8 dient als Knopfloch für den Knopf 5.
