Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein auf den Körper zugeschnittenes Hemd oder Bluse.
Insbesondere für korpulente Personen sind die üblichen, eng auf den Körper zugeschnittenen Hemden oder Blusen (sogenannte taillierte Hemden oder Blusen) nicht geeignet.
Das Hemd oder die Bluse spannt und engt solche Personen in unangenehmer Art und Weise ein. Die üblichen Knopfverschlüsse klaffen und lassen die Sicht frei auf darunterliegende Körperteile. Das betreffende Kleidungsstück wirkt dann un ästhetisch.
Um den Übelstand zu beheben, hat man vorgeschlagen, für ein Modell noch mehr verschiedene Taillengrössen zu schaffen. Dadurch wird jedoch die bisherige Grössen- und Formvielfalt noch grösser und erschwert die Lagerhaltung.
Im vorliegenden wurde das Ziel gesetzt, gut sitzende Kleidungsstücke zu schaffen und dabei gleichzeitig die Grössenund Formvielfalt zu verkleinern.
Das gesetzte Ziel wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch erreicht, dass im Bereich des Körperrumpfteiles mindestens ein in Längsrichtung des Rumpfteiles sich erstreckender Materialstreifen eingesetzt ist, der in Umfangsrichtung des Rumpfteiles dehnbar ist.
Beim erfindungsgemässen Kleidungsstück ist ein guter Sitz bei enger Anliegung des Stoffes an den Träger bzw. die Trägerin gewährleistet. Es ist ferner möglich, für ein Modell nur eine Taillengrösse herzustellen, wobei lediglich die Kragengrösse variiert werden muss.
Vorzugsweise wird als Verschluss ein Reissverschluss gewählt. Dadurch verteilt sich der in Umfangsrichtung wirkende Zug auf den Verschluss gleichmässig in Längsrichtung des Rumpfteiles des Kleidungsstückes. Der gute Sitz und die ästhetische Wirkung des Kleidungsstückes werden dabei noch verbessert.
Nachfolgend wird der Erfindungsgegenstand anhand einer Zeichnung beispielsweise näher erläutert:
Fig. 1 zeigt ein Herrenhemd und
Fig. 2 ein Ausschnitt des Hemdes im Bereich der Seitennaht, gesehen in Richtung des Pfeiles A in Fig. 1.
Das in Fig. 1 gezeigte Hemd (Oberhemd) ist stark in die Taille geschnitten, um den Träger körpereng zu umfassen. Das Hemd besteht aus einem Baumwollgewebe, wie Popeline. An den Seitennähten des Hemdes ist je ein in Umfangsrichtung dehnbarer Streifen 1 eingesetzt (siehe auch Fig. 2). Der Streifen besteht aus einem Gestricke oder Gewirke aus Helanca oder Baumwolle/Polyester. Beide Streifen 1 erstrecken sich vom unteren Ende des Hemdes über die Achselhöhlenteile 2 hinweg bis zu den Manschetten 3 des Hemdes. Im Bereich der Armteile des Hemdes verlaufen die Streifen 1 dabei an deren Innenseite. Gegen die Manschetten 3 hin werden die Streifen 1 schmäler und laufen in einem Spitz aus.
An der Vorderseite des Hemdes ist als Verschluss ein Reissverschluss 4 angebracht. Der Reissverschluss 4 erstreckt sich von einem Bereich benachbart des Kragens 5 bis zum unteren Ende des Hemdes. Er lässt sich vollständig öffnen, so dass das Hemd wie eine Jacke an- und abgezogen werden kann. Der Reissverschluss 4 ist derart ausgebildet, dass der Gleiter in jeder Verschiebelage fixierbar ist. Zum Schutze des Trägers ist der unten liegende Reissverschlussteil im Abstand des Randes der einen Vorderhälfte des Rumpfteiles des Hemdes angebracht. Damit wird ein den Träger schützender streifenförmiger Lappen 6, der den Reissverschluss nach der Trägerseite hin abdeckt, gebildet. Nach der Aussenseite hin ist der Reissverschluss 4 durch einen streifenförmigen Lappen 7 abgedeckt. Zum Schliessen des Kragens 5 ist oberhalb des Reissverschlusses ein Knopf mit zugeordnetem Knopfloch vorgesehen.
Die beiden seitlich eingesetzten Streifen 1 ermöglichen eine Dehnung des Hemdes in Umfangsrichtung und damit eine automatische körperenge Anpassung des Hemdes an den jeweiligen Träger, unabhängig von dessen Umfang. Indem das Hemd grundsätzlich aus einem gewobenen Stoff besteht, behält es die dem gewobenen Stoff innewohnenden Vorteile mit. Beim erfindungsgemässen Kleidungsstück wurden somit die Vorteile eines gewobenen Materials, wie gute Durchlässigkeit und Formbeständigkeit, sowie die Vorteile eines Trikotmaterials, wie Dehnbarkeit, optimal vereint.
Im Bereich der Armteile des Hemdes ermöglichen die Streifen 1 durch ihre Dehnbarkeit in Umfangsrichtung der Arme eine Anpassung der Armteile an den Umfang der Arme des Trägers.
Anstelle des Reissverschlusses 4 könnte auch eine Knopfreihe als Verschluss für das Hemd oder eine Bluse vorgesehen werden.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Auf den Körper zugeschnittenes Hemd oder Bluse aus einem gewobenen Stoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Körperrumpfteiles mindestens ein in Längsrichtung des Rumpfteiles sich erstreckender Materialstreifen (1) eingesetzt ist, der in Umfangsrichtung des Rumpfteiles dehnbar ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Hemd oder Bluse nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen gestrickt oder gewirkt ist.
2. Hemd oder Bluse nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je ein dehnbarer Streifen im Bereich der Seitenteile eingesetzt ist.
3. Hemd oder Bluse nach Unteranspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je ein dehnbarer Streifen im Bereich der in Längsrichtung des Rumpfteiles verlaufenden Seitennähte eingesetzt ist.
4. Hemd oder Bluse nach Unteranspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streifen sich über den Achselhöhlenteil hinweg bis über mindestens einen Teil der Länge des Armteiles erstrecken und dabei an der Innenseite des Armteiles liegen.
5. Hemd oder Bluse nach Unteranspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streifen sich bis zu den Manschetten erstrecken.
6. Hemd oder Bluse nach Unteranspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streifen gegen die Manschetten hin schmäler werdend auslaufen.
7. Hemd oder Bluse nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Vorderseite des Rumpfteiles als Verschluss ein Reissverschluss angebracht ist.
8. Hemd oder Bluse nach Unteranspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rumpfteil einen streifenförmigen Lappen aufweist, der den Reissverschluss nach der Innenseite abdeckt.
9. Hemd oder Bluse nach Unteranspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rumpfteil ein den Reissverschluss nach aussen hin abdeckender streifenförmiger Lappen aufweist.
10. Hemd oder Bluse nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen aus dehnbarem Material sich längs des gesamten Rumpfteiles erstreckt.
11. Hemd oder Bluse nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen elastisch dehnbar ist.

The present invention relates to a tailored shirt or blouse.
The usual shirts or blouses that are closely tailored to the body (so-called fitted shirts or blouses) are not particularly suitable for corpulent people.
The shirt or blouse tightens and constricts such people in an uncomfortable way. The usual button fastenings gape and leave a clear view of the parts of the body below. The item of clothing in question then appears unaesthetic.
To remedy the problem, it has been proposed to create even more different waist sizes for one model. As a result, however, the previous variety of sizes and shapes is even greater and makes storage more difficult.
In the present case, the aim was to create well-fitting garments and at the same time to reduce the variety of sizes and shapes.
The aim set is achieved according to the invention in that at least one strip of material extending in the longitudinal direction of the body part is inserted in the region of the body part, which is expandable in the peripheral direction of the body part.
In the case of the item of clothing according to the invention, a good fit is ensured when the fabric is in close contact with the wearer. It is also possible to produce only one waist size for a model, with only the collar size having to be varied.
A zipper is preferably chosen as the closure. As a result, the tension acting in the circumferential direction on the fastener is evenly distributed in the longitudinal direction of the body part of the garment. The good fit and the aesthetic effect of the garment are further improved.

The shirt (shirt) shown in Fig. 1 is cut heavily at the waist in order to embrace the wearer body-tight. The shirt is made of a cotton fabric, like poplin. A strip 1 that can be stretched in the circumferential direction is inserted into the side seams of the shirt (see also FIG. 2). The strip consists of a knitted or knitted fabric made of Helanca or cotton / polyester. Both strips 1 extend from the lower end of the shirt over the armpit parts 2 to the cuffs 3 of the shirt. In the area of the arm parts of the shirt, the strips 1 run on the inside thereof. Towards the cuffs 3, the strips 1 become narrower and taper off in a point.
A zip fastener 4 is attached to the front of the shirt as a fastener. The zipper 4 extends from an area adjacent to the collar 5 to the lower end of the shirt. It can be opened completely so that the shirt can be put on and taken off like a jacket. The zipper 4 is designed such that the slider can be fixed in any shifted position. To protect the wearer, the zipper part lying below is attached at a distance from the edge of one front half of the body part of the shirt. A strip-shaped flap 6 protecting the wearer and covering the zipper on the wearer side is thus formed. On the outside, the zip fastener 4 is covered by a strip-shaped flap 7. To close the collar 5, a button with an associated buttonhole is provided above the zipper.
The two laterally inserted strips 1 allow the shirt to be stretched in the circumferential direction and thus an automatic body-tight adaptation of the shirt to the respective wearer, regardless of its circumference. By basically consisting of a woven fabric, the shirt retains the advantages inherent in the woven fabric. In the case of the item of clothing according to the invention, the advantages of a woven material, such as good permeability and dimensional stability, and the advantages of a tricot material, such as elasticity, are optimally combined.
In the area of the arm parts of the shirt, the strips 1, due to their extensibility in the circumferential direction of the arms, allow the arm parts to be adapted to the circumference of the wearer's arms.
Instead of the zip fastener 4, a row of buttons could also be provided as a fastener for the shirt or a blouse.
PATENT CLAIM
Shirt or blouse tailored to the body made of a woven material, characterized in that at least one strip of material (1) extending in the longitudinal direction of the body part is inserted in the area of the body part and is stretchable in the circumferential direction of the body part.
