Claims (18)
- Dispositif pour produire des ultrasons et pour transmettre ceux-ci dans un fluide à l'aide des transducteurs électroacoustiques (S) ayant d'une construction multicouche de solides avec conductibilité sonore, où une couche frontale (1) comme couche radiante des ultrasons et une couche suivante (2) sont raccordées par une couche métallique et forment une pièce de couplage pour connecter des éléments supplémentaires (10, 11, 12) d'un ou de plusieurs transducteurs.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les couches (1 et 2) possèdent une différente impédance acoustique caractéristique et consécutivement, elles sont des parties déterminant la fréquence d'un ou de plusieurs transducteurs (S).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que les couches (1 , 2) ont des épaisseurs différentes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la couche frontale est la couche plus mince (1), qui forme le côté radiant, et que la couche suivante est la couche plus épaisse (2), où des corps (4) de la couche plus épaisse (2) configurent avec des éléments supplémentaires un ou plusieurs transducteurs.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la couche (1 ou 2) se compose d'une matière non-métallique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la couche frontale (1) se compose d'acier inox, et que la couche suivante (2) se compose d'un alliage d'aluminium.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le corps (4) est formé comme un corps à surface plane ou courbe.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le corps (4) possède un trou taraudé (5) pour y connecter les couches supplémentaires (10. 11, 12) du transducteur (S).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la couche (1, 2) est connectée avec au moins une piézocéramique (10, 11) ainsi qu'une pièce de pression (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que les éléments supplémentaires (10, 11, 12) sont connectés avec la couche suivante (2) par une vis de pression (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la couche frontale émittant la radiation sonore (1) forme un recevoir, une cuve ou une plaque ou celle-ci est une partie d'un recevoir, d'une cuve ou d'une plaque.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que de la couche suivante (2) plusieurs corps (4) ont été formés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que les corps (4) tiennent une distance (a) l'un de l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 à 13, caractérisée en ce que la couche suivante (2) a plusieurs trous taraudés (5) pour des éléments supplémentaires (10, 11, 12) pour adapter plusieurs transducteurs (S).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que la couche suivante (2) a plusieurs trous taraudés (5) pour des éléments supplémentaires (10, 11, 12) pour adapter plusieurs transducteurs (S).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que la couche frontale émittant la radiation sonore (1) d'un ou de plusieurs transducteurs est connectée avec un recevoir, une cuve ou une plaque.
- Dispositif selon la revendications 16, caractérisée en ce que la connexion entre la couche frontal émittant la radiation sonore (1) et le recevoir, la cuve ou la plaque est faite par soudage par bossage, soudage par friction, brasage ou par soudage à rayon électronique.
- Dispositif selon la revendications 16 ou 17, caractérisée en ce que le recevoir, la cuve ou la plaque se compose de la même matière que la couche frontal émittant la radiation sonore (1), de préférence en acier inox.
