[0002] 20世纪初,电子学的发展使人们能利用某些材料的压电效应和磁致伸缩效应制成 各种超声功率换能器。目前功率超声波广泛应用于超声清洗中,利用超声波在液体介质中 的空化效应,对液体介质所到之处物体内外表面进行清洗,具有优质、省力、高效和无污染 等显著特点,得到了广泛应用,取得了很大的经济效益。由于空化效应形成时会产生声波压 力和热效应,同时超声波具有强烈的乳化作用,并能起到均匀搅拌、研磨粉碎和加速化学反 应的作用,对矿物进行超声处理可产生一些特殊效果。在超声选矿方面,近年来国内外在这 方面也做了不同程度的研究。此外,超声波的诸多优点使得人们不断加深对他的研宄,并扩 展到其他生产地各个方面。但是对于试验研宄来说,超声波往往显得频率单一,结构固定, 不容易进行有效调节,以适应不同试验条件的要求。由于振面要与容器壁紧密相贴,特别是 普通换能器一旦粘贴在容器壁上就很难再做二次调整。试验参数确定之前需要大量的器材 来满足试验,造成了不必要的资源浪费。
