Claims (8)

  1. Couvercle pour récipients à embouchure d'ouverture (28) sensiblement rectangulaire et à bord de pose (30) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur, caractérisé par les propriétés ci-après :
    1.1 le couvercle comporte un fond (12) destiné à être enfoncé, dans l'embouchure d'ouverture (28) du récipient (22),
    1.2 les arêtes (12a à 12d), s'étendant entre les angles (16a à 16d) du fond (12), sont au moins par parties convexes, de sorte que la face de base du fond (12) est globalement plus grande que la dimension de l'ouverture du récipient (22), dans la partie correspondante,
    1.3 une première section de bordure (18a, 18c), épousant la forme des arêtes (12a à 12.d), s'étend depuis le fond (12), sensiblement perpendiculairement par rapport à ce fond (12), qui
    1.4 se transforme en une bordure de bride (20) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur disposée parallèlement par rapport aux bords de pose (30) du récipient (22).
  2. Couvercle selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les arêtes (12a à 12d) du fond (12) sont configurées entre les angles (16a à 16d) chaque fois avec une courbure convexe continue.
  3. Couvercle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les sommets des arêtes (12a à 12d) incurvées sont disposés chacun à mi-longueur entre les angles (16a à 16d) correspondants.
  4. Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les sections de bordure (18a,18c) sont réalisées entre les arêtes incurvées (12a à 12d) et le bord de bride (20) de pourtour, au moins par sections, avec une contre-dépouille par rapport à la position de montage.
  5. Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel les sections de bordure (18a à 18c) sont réalisées avec une contre-dépouille sur le pourtour.
  6. Couvercle selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel la contre-dépouille est de 2 à 5° par rapport à un plan vertical s'étendant vers le fond (12).
  7. Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la zone de transition entre le fond (12) et la section de bordure (18a, 18 c) et/ou les faces des sections de bordure (18a, 18c) est (sont) réalisée(s) avec une gorge de pourtour s'étendant dans un plan parallèle au fond (12) et dans laquelle (lesquelles) s'insère une bague d'étanchéité.
  8. Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, fabriqué à partir d'une feuille ou d'une plaque en matière synthétique, suivant un procédé de formage par drapage.
