Drehvorrichtungen dieser Art sind schon seit längerem bekannt. Sie bestehen aus einer Drehscheibe mit einem Schienenstrang und dienen als Verteiler zum Verfahren eines Schienenfahrzeuges auf einen anderen Schienenstrang. Auch ermöglichen sie eine Bewegungsrichtungsumkehr, wobei das Schienenfahrzeug auf die Drehscheibe vorwärts fährt und diese nach der Verdrehung in eine neue Richtung rückwärts verläßt.Rotary devices of this type have been known for a long time. Eine solche Vorrichtung, bei welcher zwei Schienenstränge über eine Drehscheibe miteinander verbunden sind und die die Bewegungsrichtung eines Schienenfahrzeugs umkehrt, ist grundsätzlich bekannt. Ein wesentlicher Nachteil dieser Vorrichtung ist, daß die Drehscheibe zwischen zwei Fahrzeugen immer wieder in ihre ursprüngliche Position zurückgestellt werden muß. Dadurch wird die Taktfrequenz, mit der die Drehscheibe mit Fahrzeugen beschickt werden kann, erheblich eingeschränkt. Eine hohe Taktfrequenz ist vor allem bei Fahrgeschäften im Schaustellergewerbe, z. B. bei Achterbahnen, Wildwasserbahnen etc., von großer Bedeutung, um eine möglichst hohe Benutzerfrequenz zu erreichen.Such a device, in which two rail tracks are connected to one another via a turntable and which reverses the direction of movement of a rail vehicle, is known in principle. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im Patentanspruch 1 genannten kennzeichnenden Merkmale gelöst. Wesentlicher Vorteil ist, daß die Vorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung nicht mehr zwischen zwei Fahrzeugen zurückgestellt werden muß. Während das vorhergehende Fahrzeug die Drehscheibe rückwärts verläßt kann das folgende Fahrzeug schon auf die Drehscheibe auffahren. Dadurch entstehen keine unnötigen Wartezeiten, wodurch die Taktfrequenz erheblich erhöht wird.This object is achieved by the characterizing features mentioned in

Im folgenden ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten, in der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt eine Aufsicht der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung. Auf einer Drehscheibe 1 sind zwei sich unter einem Winkel von 90° kreuzende Schienenstränge 2a,b und 3a,b angeordnet. Ein erstes Fahrzeug 10 fährt über einen Schienenzuführstrang 4a,b auf den Schienenstrang 3a,b der Drehscheibe 1 auf. Ein Fahrzeug 11 verläßt die Drehscheibe 1 über den Schienenstrang 2a,b auf einen Schienenabführstrang 5a,b. Die gesamte Drehvorrichtung wird von einem im Grundriß kreuzförmigen Rahmen 6 getragen. An diesem Rahmen 6 sind auf der dem Schienenabführstrang 5a,b gegenüberliegenden Seite ein Abstoßzylinder 21 und eine hydraulische Vorschubvorrichtung 22 mit einem Vorschubzylinder 23 angebracht. Die Drehscheibe 1 ist drehbar über einen Drehkranz 31 mit der Sockeldeckplatte 8 eines Sockels 7 verbunden. Der Sockel 7 sitzt auf dem Rahmen 6. Durch den exzentrisch zur Symmetrie- bzw. Drehachse A-A der Drehscheibe 1 an dem Lenkkranz 30 gelenkig angebrachten Stempel 24 wird die lineare Bewegung des Vorschubzylinders 23 in eine Drehbewegung umgewandelt. Bei der Drehung der Drehscheibe 1 greift das keilförmige Ende des Rasthebels 33 kraftschlüssig an einem der Rastvorsprünge 32 der Drehscheibe 1 an. Hierdurch wird die Drehscheine 1 mitgenommen und gedreht. Der Hub des Vorschubzylinders 23 ist so bemessen, daß der Lenkkranz 30 um 90° verdreht wird. Bei der Rückwärtsbewegung des Lenkkranzes 30 wird das keilförmige Ende des Rasthebels 33 durch die abgeschrägte Fläche 32a des Rastvorsprungs 32 über den Rastvorsprung 32 angehoben. Der Schwerpunkt des Rasthebels 33 liegt auf dem dem keilförmigen Ende gegenüberliegenden Hebelarm, so daß das keilförmige Ende aufgrund der Schwerkraft gegen die Unterseite der Drehscheibe 1 gedrückt wird. Mit Hilfe dieser Vorrichtung wird die 90°-Drehbewegung des Lenkkranzes 30 in Vorwärtsrichtung auf die Drehscheibe 1 übertragen. Bei der Rückwärtsdrehung des Lenkkranzes 30 erfolgt keine Übertragung der Drehbewegung auf die Drehscheibe 1. Durch die 90°-symmetrische Anordnung der Rastvorsprünge 32 ist gewährleistet, daß nach dem Zurückfahren des Vorschubzylinders 23 der Rasthebel 33 gerade wieder mit einem Rastvorsprung 32 in Eingriff gelangt.The linear movement of the

Im Ausgangszustand sind der Schienenstrang 3a,b mit dem Schienenzuführstrang 4a,b und der Schienenstrang 2a,b mit dem Schienenabführstrang 5a,b bündig, so daß ein Auffahren oder Abfahren eines Schienenfahrzeuges 10, 11 auf die bzw. von der Drehscheibe 1 möglich ist. Fährt ein Schienenfahrzeug 10 in diesem Ausgangszustand über den Schienenzuführstrang 4a,b auf die Drehscheibe 1, so wird es auf dieser zum Stillstand gebracht. Gegebenenfalls sorgt ein Stoßdämpfer 20, der in der Verlängerung des Schienenzuführstrangs 4a,b am Rahmen 6 angebracht ist, für eine zusätzliche Abbremsung. Gehalten wird das Fahrzeug auf der Drehscheibe 1 durch den Drehteller 41, der von unten mittels eines Hubmotors 42 gegen das Fahrzeug gedrückt wird. Durch die Drehung der Drehscheibe 1 um 90° wird das Fahrzeug in eine neue Richtung gebracht. In dieser neuen Position wird die Drehscheibe 1 durch eine Haltevorrichtung fixiert. Sobald die Fixierung erfolgt ist, kann die hydraulische Vorschubvorrichtung 22 in ihre Ausgangsstellung zurückfahren, während das Fahrzeug nach Loslösen des Drehtellers 41 die Drehscheibe 1 über den Schienenabführstrang 5a,b verläßt. Da der Schienenzuführstrang 4a,b jetzt bereits mit dem Schienenstrang 2a,b bündig ist, kann ein neues Fahrzeug auf die Drehscheibe 1 auffahren.
