Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour le dressage de tôles dans lequel la tôle est alimentée à travers des fentes de dressage qui sont formées par plusieurs rouleaux à dresser supérieurs et inférieure, réglables individuellement, et qui sont réglées en fonction de la section de la tôle et de la résistance nominale de la tôle et dans lequel la tôle est pliée, après une déformation maximale de départ, plusieurs fois et alternativement avec un taux de déformation décroissant, la plage de dressage d'une machine de dressage étant élargie, pour des tôles plus épaisses, par un plus petit nombre de rouleaux de dressage qui interagissent lorsque les épaisseurs des tôles sont supérieures à l'épaisseur nominale de tôle de la plage de dressage et l'écartement des rouleaux étant par conséquent agrandi, caractérisé en ce qu'en levant des rouleaux de dressage supérieurs réglables individuellement ou en abaissant des rouleaux de dressage inférieurs réglables individuellement, on règle des écartements différents pour autant que les distances entre les rouleaux de dressage qui interagissent, dans un réglage de la machine de dressage, ne sont pas tous identiques.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'allongement est réduit dans le rapport de l'augmentation de l'épaisseur de la tôle.
  3. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que dans une machine de dressage à six rouleaux, on lève ou on abaisse respectivement le troisième et quatrième rouleau, vus dans le sens allant du côté entrée vers le côté sortie.
  4. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que dans une machine de dressage à huit rouleaux et une machine à neuf rouleaux, on lève ou on abaisse respectivement le troisième et le quatrième rouleau ainsi que le sixième et le septième rouleau, vus dans le sens allant du côté entrée vers le côté sortie.
  5. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que dans une machine de dressage à dix rouleaux, on lève ou on abaisse respectivement le troisième et le quatrième rouleau ainsi que le septième et le huitième rouleau, vus dans le sens allant du côté entrée vers le côté sortie.
  6. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que dans une machine de dressage à onze rouleaux et une machine à douze rouleaux, on lève ou on abaisse respectivement le troisième et le quatrième rouleau, le sixième et le septième rouleau ainsi que le neuvième et le dixième rouleau, vus dans le sens allant du côté entrée vers le côté sortie.
  7. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que dans une machine de dressage à treize rouleaux, on lève ou on abaisse respectivement le troisième et le quatrième rouleau, le septième et le huitième rouleaux ainsi que le onzième et le douzième rouleau, vus dans le sens allant du côté entrée vers le côté sortie.
  8. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que dans une machine de dressage à quatorze rouleaux et une machine à quinze rouleaux, on lève ou on abaisse respectivement le troisième et le quatrième rouleau, le sixième et le septième rouleau, le neuvième et le dixième rouleau ainsi que le douzième et le treizième rouleau, vus dans le sens allant du côté entrée vers le côté sortie.
