Claims (12)
- Rührmaschine für Anstrichmittel von der Art, welche Gestelle (3) als Träger für Farbbehälter mit einem oben angebrachten Rührerdeckel (5) und eine Antriebsmechanik zur Mitführung der Rührerdeckel auf jedem der Gestelle aufweist, wobei die Rührerdeckel (5) jeweils mit einem Eingriffsritzel (27) zur Bewegung für die Rührerachse im Inneren der Behälter versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmechanik für die Rührerdeckel eine an der Einheit auf jedem der Gestelle angebrachte Einrichtung mit Antriebsschnecke (29) wirksam werden läßt, wobei diese Antriebsschnecken jeweils auf jedem Gestell mit den Antriebsritzeln (27) der Rührerdeckel auf demselben Gestell in Eingriff kommen und in einem entsprechenden, je nach dem jeweiligen Bereich der Farbbehälter der Gestelle veränderlichen Drehzehlbereich antreibbar sind.
- Rührmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb der Antriebsschnecken (29) der Gestelle (3) über einen Riementrieb (59, 59') erfolgt, dessen Treibriemen und Riemenscheiben (37) am Ende der Schnecke und auf einer Seite der Maschine angetrieben werden, wobei die Riemenscheibe(n) mittels Spannrollen in ihrer Stellung gehalten ist bzw. sind.
- Rührmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb der Antriebsschnecken (29) über einen Kettentrieb erfolgt, dessen Kette(n) und Ritzel am Ende der Schnecke und auf einer Seite der Maschine angetrieben werden.
- Rührmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb der Kette(n) bzw. des (der) Riemen(s) (59, 59') direkt ohne Untersetzung über einen horizontal liegenden und unten angeordneten Elektromotor (9) erfolgt.
- Rührmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufteilung der Bewegung auf die Schnecken (29) der Gestelle über eine Reihe von Zahnriemen (59) bei wechselnder Bewegung zwischen einem Gestell und dem nächsten erfolgt.
- Rührmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehzahlbereich der Rührerdeckel (5) der Farbbehälter durch Veränderung der folgenden Parameter erreichbar ist: Anzahl der Zähne auf den Antriebsritzeln (27) der Rührerdeckel, Untersetzungsverhältnis zwischen den Schnecken und Ritzeln (29, 27) und Einsatz eines Hauptgetriebes mit geringer Untersetzung mit Riemen oder Kette(n), wobei die Verringerung der Drehgeschwindigkeit über die zusammengehörigen Durchmesser der Riemenscheiben des Motors in der Weise realisierbar ist, daß der geeignete Drehzahlbereich der Rührerachsen der Deckel eingehalten wird.
- Rührmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebeeinrichtung in einer Seitenstütze (1) eingeschlossen und dabei mittels eines Gehäuses (19) geschützt und erst nach Öffnung des Gehäuses zugänglich ist.
- Rührmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsschnecken (29) im Innenraum einer Ummantelung (31) mit einem oder mehreren vorne liegenden Längsschlitzen (33) so vorgesehen sind, daß sie während der hängenden Anordnung der Deckel auf den querliegenden Befestigungselementen (11) der Gestelle den Kontakt zwischen den Zähnen auf den Ritzeln (27) der Deckel und den Gewindegängen dieser Schnecken herstellen.
- Rührmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnecken (29) aus starr aneinander montierten kurzen Elementen (47) bestehen, welche in ihrer Länge an den jeweils gewünschten Wert anpaßbar sind.
- Rührmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnecken aus Schraubenfederelementen (63) mit entsprechender Anpassung an die Form der Ritzel (27) der Rührerdeckel bestehen.
- Rührmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei Seitenstützen (1) und Gestelle (3) mit Antriebsschnecken (39) für den Antrieb der Ritzel der Rührerdeckel (5) auf den Farbbehältern aufweist, wobei diese Gestelle an den Stützen mittels einer Einrichtung mit Haltezähnen (13) befestigt sind, sowie eine Einrichtung (17) zum Übertragen der Bewegung auf die in einer der Stützen angebrachten Gestelle, wobei diese Einrichtung durch ein Gehäuse (19) geschützt und nur bei Öffnung des Gehäuses zugänglich ist, beispielsweise zur Veränderung der Lage der Gestelle, und schließlich einen unten liegenden Antriebsmotor (9).
- Rührmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 und 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbbehälter mittels Steckelementen auf den Gestellen angebracht sind.
