Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Fügen eines Uhrglases mit einem einen Gehäusering (2) aufweisenden Uhrgehäuse in einer vorbestimmten relativen Winkelposition, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es besteht aus:(a) einerseits dem Einarbeiten eines Positioniereinschnitts (14) direkt in einen Rand (10) des an dem Gehäusering (2) zu befestigenden Uhrglases (6),(b) andererseits dem Ausarbeiten direkt an dem Gehäusering (2) des Gehäuses (1) eines Vorsprungs (22), dessen Form der des Einschnitts (14) entspricht und ausgebildet ist, um in diesen eingreifen zu können, und dann(c) Aufsetzen des Uhrglases (6) auf den Gehäusering (2) und durch Verdrehen den Einschnitt (14) und den Vorsprung (22) zur Deckung bringen, um ihren relativen winkelmäßigen Eingriff zu ermöglichen und die Befestigung des Uhrglases (6) auf dem Gehäuse (1) zuzulassen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es im Schritt (a) darin besteht, den Einschnitt (14) zumindest in seiner oberen Partie in V-Form auszubilden, die sich in Radialrichtung relativ zu dem Uhrglas (6) erstreckt und sich zu einem freien Ende (E) des letzteren erweitert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einschnitt (14) in Form eines gleichseitigen Dreiecks ausgebildet wird, das einen Spitzenwinkel (A) von etwa 90° aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Schritt (b) der Vorsprung (22) zumindest in seiner oberen Partie in Form eines gleichseitigen Dreiecks ausgebildet wird, das einen Spitzenwinkel (B) von etwa 80° aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Uhrglas (6) und der Gehäusering (2) aus einem thermoschweißbaren Material hergestellt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Schritt (c) das Uhrglas (6) mit dem Gehäusering (2) über seinen Rand thermoverschweißt wird, der dabei mit dem Material des Gehäuserings (2) verschmilzt, wobei der Einschnitt (14) und der Vorsprung (22) ebenfalls und gleichzeitig mit dem Thermoverschweißen des Randes des Uhrglases (6) mit dem Gehäusering (2) thermoverschweißt werden.
- Zeitmeßgerät der Bauart, welche umfaßt:ein Gehäuse (1) mit mindestens einem Gehäusering (2),ein auf dem Gehäuse (1) montiertes Uhrglas (6),Mittel zum Befestigen des Uhrglases (6) an dem Gehäusering (2) des Gehäuses (1), undWinkelpositioniermittel des Uhrglases (6) auf dem Gehäusering (2),
- Zeitmeßgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einschnitt (14) sich in Radialrichtung bezüglich des Uhrglases (6) erstreckt.
- Zeitmeßgerät nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einschnitt (14) relativ zu dem Uhrglas (6) seitlich nach außen und innen mündet.
- Zeitmeßgerät nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einschnitt (14) zumindest in seiner oberen Partie von einer V-Nut gebildet ist, die sich radial bezüglich des Uhrglases (6) erstreckt und sich gegenüber dem Gehäuse (1) erweitert.
- Zeitmeßgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einschnitt (14) die Form seines gleichseitigen Dreiecks aufweist.
- Zeitmeßgerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spitzenwinkel (A) des Einschnitts (14) zwischen 85° und 95° gewählt ist.
- Zeitmeßgerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spitzenwinkel (A) des Einschnitts (14) 90° beträgt.
- Zeitmeßgerät nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (22) zumindest in seiner oberen Partie die Form eines gleichseitigen Dreiecks aufweist, dessen Spitzenwinkel (B) etwa 80° beträgt.
- Zeitmeßgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positioniermittel (14, 22) eine integrale Partie der Mittel zum Befestigen des Uhrglases (6) auf dem Gehäusering (2) des Gehäuses (1) bilden.
- Zeitmeßgerät nach Anspruch 14, bei dem der Gehäusering (2) und das Uhrglas (6) aus thermoschweißbaren Materialien hergestellt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einschnitt (14) und der Vorsprung (22) miteinander verschweißt sind.
