In Abwickeleinrichtungen fuer Bahnen kommen Regelanordnungen zur Anwendung , die eine gewuenschte Bahnspannung in der von der Wickelrolle abgezogenen Bahn realisieren. Hierzu fungiert eine von der Bahn teilweise umschlungene Pendelwalze als Messwertgeber fuer die Bahnspannung. In Abhaengigkeit von der Bewegung der Pendelwalze regelt ein Regelkreis das Bremsmoment einer an Umfang oder Zentrum der Wickelrolle angreifenden Bremse. Bekannt sind eine Lageregelung der Pendelwalze ermoeglichende Regelkreisstrukturen (DD-PA WP B65H / 341508 8)1), bei denen die Mittelstellung der Pendelwalze als Sollwert vorgegeben wird, um bei auftretenden Stoergroessen, wie Rollenschlag, Notstop, Rollenwechsel eine grosse Regelreserve zu besitzen. Dabei sind die mit einer geringen Pendelwalzenauslenkung aus der Sollage verbundenen, eine geringe Bremskraftaenderung erfordenden Stoergroessen (z.B. Rollenschlag) von den mit einer grossen Pendelwalzenauslenkung verbundenen, eine grosse Bremskraftaenderung erfordenden Stoergroessen (z.B. Notstop) zu unterscheiden.
Die zuerst genannte Art von Stoergroessen kann zu einem Aufschwingen und damit zu einer Instabilitaet des Regelkreises fuehren.

Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Regelanordnung fuer Abwickeleinrichtungen von Bahnen, insbesondere an Rotationsdruckmaschinen, mit einer Pendelwalze fuer eine Mittellagenregelung und einem die Lage der Pendelwalze erfassenden, ausgangsseitig mit einer eine Bremse der Wickelrolle beaufschlagenden Regeleinrichtung in Verbindung stehenden Messwertgeber zu schaffen, die fuer alle im Betriebszustand vorkommenden Stoergroessen eine grosse Stabilitaet des Regelkreises gewaehrleistet.
Das wird erreicht, indem erfindungsgemaess zwischen dem Messwertgeber und der Regeleinrichtung ein Kennlinienkorrekturglied angeordnet ist, dessen Kennlinie im Bereich der Mittellage der Pendelwalze flach und zu deren Endlagen hin jeweils zunehmend steiler verlaeuft. Dadurch wird die den zwischen der Pendelwalzenauslenkung und dem abgegebenen Signal des Messwertgebers bestehenden funktionellen Zusammenhang wiedergebende lineare Kennlinie in Abhaengigkeit von den im Betriebszustand auftretenden Stoergroessen so korregiert, dass alle Stoergroessen nur in dem fuer die geforderte Aufrechterhaltung der Bahnspannung erforderlichen Umfang geregelt werden, so dass die Stabilitaet des Regelkreises immer gewaehrleistet ist.

Die Erfindung soll nachfolgend an einem Ausfuehrungsbeispiel naeher erlaeutert werden. Die zugehoerige Zeichnung zeigt:

Die schematisch dargestellte Abwickeleinrichtung in Fig. 1 enthaelt eine Wickelrolle 1, von der die Bahn 2 abgezogen wird. Letztere umschlingt teilweise eine Pendelwalze 3, die mit einem letzteren Lage erfassenden Messwertgeber 4 gekoppelt ist, dessen Ausgangssignale Xm einem Kennlinienkorrekturglied 5 zugeleitet werden, das gemaess der Darstellung in Fig. 2 die Kennlinie 6 des Messwertgebers 4 in die Kennlinie 7 ueberfuehrt. Die Kennlinie 7 verlaeuft im Bereich Δφ der Mittellage Pm der Pendelwalze 3 flach und sowohl zu der unteren als auch oberen Endlage Pu bzw. Po der Pendelwalze 3 hin zunehmend steiler. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass der beispielwiese durch einen Rollenschlag entstehende Ausschlag φ der Pendelwalze 3 im Bereich Δφ deren Mittellage Pm anstatt zu einem eine Regeleinrichtung 8 beaufschlagenden Ausgangssignal ΔXm nach der Kennlinie 6 zu einem wesentlich kleineren Ausgangssignal ΔXk am Kennlinienkorrekturglied 5 gemaess der Kennlinie 7 fuehrt. Damit wird ein Aufschwingen des Regelkreises infolge der periodisch auftretenden Rollenschlaege wirksam vermieden. Andererseits sind die beispielweise mit Notstop und dem Wickelrollenwechsel verbundenen groesseren Anschlaege φ der Pendelwalze im Bereich ihrer Endlagen Pu und PO mit einer Verstaerkung des Ausgangssignales Xk am Kennlinienkorrekturglied 5 auf Grund der groesseren Steilheit von der Kennlinie 7 gegenueber der Kennlinie 6 in diesem Bereich verbunden. Das von der Regeleinrichtung 8 an die die Wickelrolle 1 beaufschlagende Bremse 9 abgegebende Signal faellt dementsprechend ueberproportional Bremskraft veraendernd aus.The invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment.
