Bei modernen Rohrkonstruktionen stützt sich ein Dachteil an einem breiteren Basisrahmen ab, in den eine Patientenliege gestellt werden kann. Auch bei einem derartigen Dachgitter oder einem Dachrahmen mit einer Vielzahl von Ringösen zum Aufhängen der Schlingen mittels Karabinerhaken können die Aufhängepunkte aber nur in vorgegebenen Abständen verstellt werden, so daß die Behandlungsliege bewegt werden muß, um eine exakte Auslotung gegenüber dem Patienten vorzunehmen. Das ist nicht immer einfach und braucht Zeit. Eine Fixateurstange 60 mit verschieb- und festsetzbarem Fixationsträger 70 übergreift mit einer Muffe 66 einen Längsholm 22 und steht auf einem höhenverstellbaren Fuß 62. Ein Standrohr 14 haltert einen Rahmen 70 mit Umlenkrollen 82, 85 sowie einer vertikalen Führung 83 für einen Gewichtsschlitten 86, 87. An einem Holm H ist ein Rollenträger 80 und/oder ein Steckgalgen 84 verschieb- und festsetzbar. Claims (25)

  1. Exercise apparatus (10) for physiotherapy and rehabilitation by an exercise bench and exercising using sling hoists, with a mounting of a top section (20), which is fitted with two parallel longitudinal beams (22) and may be attached to the walls, floor or ceiling of a treatment room, preferably with a stand (12) which has two pairs of uprights (14) arranged vertically and connected at the top to the longitudinal beams (22) of the top section (20), with at least one suspension rod (24), which may be moved along the longitudinal beams (22) and on which systems (50, 59) for suspending sling hoists (B, S) or straps for holding parts of the body to be treated are movably disposed, and with load weights (G, L), which may be changed where necessary and suspended from ropes (Z) directed through deflection rings (U), characterised in that at least two suspension systems (50, 59) are arranged to be moved and fixed by means of sliding sleeves (48) on a swing rail or a decompression bar (40) or a turntable, which may be moved along a suspension rod (24) and is pivoted to this, and may be swung around a vertical axis (V) in a plane (E) parallel to the longitudinal beams (22).
  2. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterised in that the suspension rod (24) holds at least one support sleeve (30) which can be moved and fixed on it to receive the swing rail (40).
  3. Apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the swing rail (40) has a support bar (46) with at least one sliding sleeve (48) which may be moved and/or fixed on it.
  4. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the swing rail or decompression bar (40) may be locked onto the support sleeve (30) in plug-in assembly by an angled piece (42) which bears a swivel bearing (44) for the support bar (46) at its bottom end.
  5. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the or each sleeve (30, 48, 80, 98, 104) has a plug-in coupling part (55) for connection to attachment parts (swivel ring 59, support 91).
  6. Apparatus at least according to Claim 5, characterised in that a plug coupling (54) is provided which has a plug part (55) with locking groove (56), for example, on the sleeve side and has a coupling socket (58) as plug receptacle (57) which may be moved and/or rotated on the plug part (55).
  7. Apparatus according to Claims 5 and 6, characterised in that the or each attachment part, in particular a swivel ring (59), may be freely rotated after locking onto the plug part (55) and may only be released by disengaging a snap catch (56, 58).
  8. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that a multipoint bridge section (51), which has a central suspension means (61) as well as rope rings (69) for a pelvic sling hoist (B) and adjustment rings (71) for adjusting pulleys, may be attached at one point (P) of the suspension systems (50, 59).
  9. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterised in that a beam (102), which guides movable and fixable sleeves (104) to which suspension systems may be attached, e.g. with swivel rings (59), to a horizontal support (101), in particular by means of a clamp (103).
  10. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterised in that a stabilising rod (60), the length of which is at least equal to the height of a vertical upright (22), engages over a longitudinal beam (22) with a partially open support, bushing (66) or similar arranged at its top end.
  11. Apparatus according to Claim 10, characterised in that the stabilising rod (60) has a non-slip foot (62), e.g. a transverse beam supported by means of cushioning material.
  12. Apparatus according to Claims 10 or 11, characterised in that the stabilising rod (60) supports the bushing (66) on a curved or angled piece (64) to which suspension rings (68) are attached.
  13. Apparatus according to one of Claims 10 to 12, characterised in that at least one fastening support (70), which has a sliding sleeve (72) with fixture (74) and ring (75), or a ring runner with at least one traction ring may be moved along the stabilising rod (60) and fixed thereon.
  14. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 13, characterised in that a frame (76) may be connected or attached to at least one upright (14) which holds at least one deflection pulley (85) and a vertical guide (H, 83), e.g. for attachable rail (84), a weight support (86) or similar.
  15. Apparatus according to Claim 14, characterised in that the frame (76) is held by arms (77, 77') fastened, in particular directly connecting, to the upright (14).
  16. Apparatus according to Claim 14 or 15, characterised in that the frame (76) is rotatably mounted on the arms (77, 77') selectively at one end of support beams (79) extending transversely to the arms (77, 77') on both sides of the upright (14).
  17. Apparatus according to one of Claims 14 to 16, characterised in that the frame (76) is rigidly fastened to the upright (14), in particular bolted or welded thereto.
  18. Apparatus according to one of Claims 14 to 17, characterised in that the frame (76) is pivoted to the upright (14), preferably by swivel bearings (78, 78') located at or near to the ends.
  19. Apparatus according to one of claims 14 to 18, characterised in that a roller support capable of being moved and fixed parallel to the guide (83), in particular a sliding sleeve (80) with fixture (81) and two rollers (82) arranged closely one above the other or an attachable rail (84) with guide and bearing parts (107, 108, 109) and a gripping bar (110), is arranged on a side section (beam H) of the frame (76).
  20. Apparatus according to one of Claims 14 to 19, characterised in that the guide (83) has parallel beams (84), on which a cradle (87) of the weight support (86) may be run which is fitted to receive attachable or disc weights (89).

  22. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 21, characterized in that a support (91), which is adjustable in length and fitted with a flexible supporting part (99, 100), may be attached, for example, to a longitudinal beam (22) or an upright (14) preferably by means of a plug connection (54).
