Claims (14)

  1. Bewegliche Vorrichtung zum Anzeigen der Sperre einer Straße und zum Umleiten des Verkehrs, wobei die bewegliche Vorrichtung vorzugsweise als Werkzeugkasten an einem Fahrzeug angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen angetriebenen Arm (4) aufweist, der von einer horizontalen Welle (3) getragen ist, die in bezug auf das Fahrzeug in Längsrichtung verläuft und an einem Träger (2) angelenkt ist, wobei der genannte Arm eine Lichtquelle (7) trägt, die ein Symbol beinhaltet und im Zustand des Anzeigens ständig eine abwechselnde Schwenkbewegung gegen die linke oder gegen die rechte Seite des Fahrzeuges hin ausführt, so daß die Lichtquelle (7), die auf einer Entfernung in der Größenordnung eines Kilometers erkennbar ist, quer zum Verkehrsstrom ausgerichtet und einer Bewegung unterworfen ist, die ähnlich jener ist, die von einem Polizisten von Hand ausgeführt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtquelle (7) beim Herabgehen des Armes (4) aufleuchtet, so daß die Lichtquelle (7) auf alternierende Weise sichtbar wird, um die genannte Ähnlichkeit zu verstärken.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtquelle (7) von einer Kugel (5) getragen ist, die mit wenigstens einem Reflektor (6) ausgerüstet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrzeug mit wenigstens einem Stoßdämpfer (12, 13) ausgerüstet ist, der u.a. dann einen Schutz für den Arm (4) und die Lichtquelle (7) bildet, wenn das Fahrzeug fährt, wobei der Arm (4) mit Mitteln zum Absenken der genannten Stoßdämpfer nach hinten ausgerüstet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschaltung der Lichtquelle (7) durch progressive Phasen der Beleuchtung und des Verlöschens unterbrochen wird, die mit der Position des Armes (4) durch automatische Mittel synchronisiert sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (2) aus einer Teleskopeinheit besteht.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese wenigstens einen beweglichen Vorarm aufweist, an welchem der Arm (4) angelenkt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese einen Anschlag aufweist, der dazu dient, das automatische Zurückziehen der Teleskopeinheit und des Armes zu steuern.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (4) in symmetrischer und in bezug auf die Drehachse (3) ausgeglichener Weise doppelt vorgesehen ist, und daß die Bewegung des doppelten Armes kontinuierlich und das abwechselnde Beleuchten synchronisiert ist, derart, daß die Lichtquelle leuchtet, um in alternativer Weise sichtbar zu sein, während der Arm seine Schwenkbewegung fortsetzt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger horizontal beweglich ist, und daß die genannte Beweglichkeit auf das Steuersystem der Richtung des Fahrzeuges durch bekannte Mittel übertragen wird.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugel mit einem drehbaren Schirm ausgerüstet ist, dessen Positionierung in bezug zur Lichtquelle auf die Drehachse des Armes übertragen wird.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtquelle aus wenigstens einer Natrium-Leuchtröhre niedrigen Druckes von gelb-oranger Farbe gebildet ist, die ein Symbol darstellt, und daß die Lampen gespeist sind durch:
    - Gleichstrombatterien,
    - einen Wechselrichter für Wechselspannung oder Rechteck-Sinusspannung,
    - einen anpaßbaren Leistungsumformer,
    - eine Stromstärkenverringerungsvorrichtung,
    angekoppelt an eine Zelle zum Messen der Helligkeit.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese eine zusätzliche Lichtquelle aufweist, die an einer unabhängigen teleskopischen Einheit montiert ist, welche die zusätzliche Lichtquelle sehr hoch über das Fahrzeug hebt, um ein Vorsignal zu erzeugen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugel aus einer transparenten, aerodynamischen Kugel gebildet ist, um die Lichtquelle von hinter dem Fahrzeug und von vor dem Fahrzeug sichtbar zu machen, derart, daß die Vorrichtung auf Straßen mit Gegenverkehr verwendet werden kann.
