Definitions
- the invention relates to a quick fastening device for fastening a working device to the two lifting arms of a loader, which in turn can be fastened, for example, to the front of an agricultural tractor, according to the generic features of claim 1, and to a loader with working device which can be connected to one another by a quick fastening device according to the invention.
- a bracket is attached to each of the two lifting arms, which can be swiveled by an associated hydraulic cylinder about an axis located in the lower region of the bracket.
- a tube projecting above the bracket and extending horizontally and transversely is attached.
- the upper tubes of the bracket When attaching the implement to the loader, the upper tubes of the bracket are placed under the cross rails and picked up by the pockets when the implement is lifted. When lifting further, the lower cross tubes lie against the rear wall of the implement. Now plates hinged to the brackets can be pivoted between the rear wall and the stops to lock the quick fastening device.
- This quick fastening device still has a relatively complex structure. Furthermore, it cannot easily be used in an identical manner in the case of different work tools such as shovels, dozer blades, forks, grippers, baskets and the like, since the corresponding fastening options are not always provided here. A standardization of the known quick fastening device for different tools is therefore difficult.
- the object on which the invention is based is seen in specifying a quick fastening device of the generic type by which the disadvantages mentioned at the outset are overcome and which in particular has a simple, reliable and durable structure which enables easy attachment of work tools to loader arms and permits standardization .
- the quick fastening device contains a pair, fastened transversely to the rear of the implement spaced apart, downward opening hooks. These are located at a suitable distance above a pair of rearwardly extending, tapered pins, which are also attached to the rear of the implement.
- an upright holding or supporting part is arranged at the front ends of the two lifting arms of the loader.
- the holding parts can be pivoted about a lower axis of rotation in a vertical plane.
- a hydraulic cylinder acts on each support part above the axis of rotation.
- the upper ends of the supporting parts are designed such that they can be received and embraced by the hooks which are open at the bottom.
- each support plate carries a transversely extending, vertically formed plate in which there is a bore for receiving the pin.
- the pin has a transverse bore in the region of its free end, into which a securing bolt, as is evident, for example, from DE-A-33 26 899, is inserted.
- the upper region of the support part preferably carries a cylindrical, transversely extending rod which is received in the assembled state by the associated hook and which is adapted to its shape.
- the plate is designed so that its bore can be arranged laterally next to the support member on the outside thereof.
- the pins of the implement are attached to corresponding positions on the rear of the implement. This design enables the operator to observe the bores and bolts when the implement is attached to the loader from the driver's station. This makes it easier to align the pins in alignment with the holes bring to. Furthermore, the pins are easily accessible when attaching and removing the safety bolts.
- Fig. 1 shows a tractor 8 with an attached loader 10, in turn on a quick fastening device 14 a working or additional device 12 is attached.
- the implement 12 shown is a loader shovel. It goes without saying, however, that the quick fastening device 14 described here can also be used in numerous other implements 12, such as, for example, dozer blades, forks, grippers, baskets and the like.
- the loader 10 includes a boom which is formed by two spaced apart lifting arms 16 which are connected to one another by a cylindrical, tubular cross member 18.
- the quick fastening device 14 contains two matching, upward-facing support or add-on parts 20, each of which consists of an angled punched sheet such that a channel-shaped section with two spaced-apart side walls 22 is formed, which are connected to one another by an end wall 24.
- the side walls 22 project downward beyond the end wall 24 and each have a forward-facing extension 26.
- the lugs 26 have vertical front edges to which a fastening plate 28 running parallel to the end wall 24 is welded.
- the mounting plate 28 protrudes on both sides beyond the side walls 22 and here contains an internal and an external mounting hole 30 with respect to the entire loader 10.
- the arrangement of an internal and an external mounting hole 30 on the mounting plate 28 has the advantage that the two support parts 20 are interchangeable are, so that during assembly no attention has to be paid to which is the right and which is the left support part 20.
- the upper region 32 of the side walls 22 of each of the support parts 20 is chamfered on its rear side.
- a horizontally oriented, transversely extending cylindrical rod 34 is with the upper portion 32 of the side walls 22 and the upper edge the end wall 24 welded and forms the upper end of the support member 20th
- the support members 20 are pivotally attached to the front ends of the lifting arms 16 within a vertical plane.
- the front area of each lifting arm 16 is received between the side walls 22 of the associated support part 20 and is rotatably fastened to the support part 20 by a horizontally and transversely extending connecting rod 36.
- the connecting rod 36 extends through mutually aligned holes in the opposite side walls 22 and through short cylindrical rings or pipe sections 38 welded to the side walls 22 of each supporting part 20.
- Each end of the connecting rod 36 is connected by a pin 39 which is arranged in mutually aligned transverse bores in the Pipe sections 38 and can be used in the connecting rod 36, held in place.
- the connecting rod 36 thus ensures that the supporting parts 20 of the two lifting arms 16 can be moved together in a coordinated manner.
- the supporting parts 20 can be pivoted in unison with one another by means of a hydraulic cylinder 40, one end of which is pivotably attached to the associated lifting arm 16 and the other end of which is pivotably fastened to the upper region of the associated supporting part 20 by bolts 42.
- the quick attachment device 14 also includes simple parts which are attached to the rear of the implement 12 and are designed for the attachment of the implement 12 to the support members 20 such that the implement 12 pivot together with the support members 20 and brought into position by the lifting arms 16 leaves.
- the flat base surfaces of two downwardly opening hooks 46 are welded to two upper locations of the flat, upright rear side of the working device 12.
- the hooks 46 are at a distance from one another which corresponds to the distance between the two support parts 20.
- the hooks 46 are designed so that they can engage between the side walls 22 of the associated support part 20. As can be seen from FIG.
- each hook 46 contains an upper rounded or curved region 48 which is designed for receiving the rod 34 which is fastened to the upper end of the associated support part 20 and the curvature of which is adapted accordingly. Furthermore, the hook 46 is angled to the rear following the rounded region 48 and is designed as a narrowing guide region 50, which serves to insert the respective rod 34 into the rounded region 48 during the attachment of the implement 12 to the carrying parts 20.
- a horizontally and transversely angled part 52 extends over a lower rear area of the implement 12, the two legs of which are welded to the support part 20 in such a way that a first leg 54 extends essentially parallel to the rear side 44 of the implement 12.
- two conically tapering pins 56 are welded to it, which are at a distance from one another which corresponds to the distance between the outer fastening holes 30 of the fastening plates 28 of both support parts 20.
- the pins 56 are designed to engage the mounting holes 30 when the cylindrical rods 34 on the top of the support members 20 are correctly inserted into the rounded areas 48 of the hooks 46 and the implement 12 is in its assembled position.
- Each of the conically tapering pins 56 has a transverse bore which receives a safety pin 58 which is designed as a quick-release fastener and which secures the implement 12 securely to the supporting part 20. It should be noted that by arranging the tapered pins 56 outside the respective outer side walls 22, an operator is able to remove the holes 30 and pins 56 during attachment of the implement 12 on the supporting parts 20 can be conveniently observed from the driver's cab.
- the quick fastening works as follows: If the implement 12 is disassembled from the loader 10 and the supporting parts 20 are fastened to the front ends of the loader lifting arms 16 according to FIGS. 1 to 3, then the working implement 12 is assembled by lowering the lifting arms 16 and moving the tractor 8 in such a way that the supporting parts 20 and the corresponding hooks 46 fastened to the rear of the implement 12 lie one behind the other in the aligned position. Now the hydraulic cylinders 40 are extended somewhat so that the support parts 20 tip forward.
- the tractor 8 is then moved forward and the loader arms 16 are oriented so that the cylindrical rods 34 on the top of the support members 20 are engaged with the hooks 46, with the converging portions 50 of the hooks 46 serving to Insert rods 34 into the rounded areas 48 of the hooks 46.
- the lifting arms 16 are raised so that the implement 12 is lifted off the floor.
- the implement 12 is pressed downward by gravity and against the fastening plate 28, the conically tapering pins 56 engaging in the fastening holes 30 of the fastening plate 28.
- the operator then turns off the tractor 8 and inserts the safety bolts 58 into the transverse bores of the pins 56. Now the implement 12 is attached to the loader 10 and ready for use.
