Claims (9)
- Dispositif d'ajustement du poids, destiné à ajuster le siège et le dossier de chaises, en particulier de chaises tournantes de bureau, dans lequel, un ou plusieurs éléments élastiques sont disposés entre une pièce de base (1), courant obliquement vers le bas, qui comporte en son extrémité inférieure arrière un logement (2) destiné à un pied d'appui, et, en son extrémité avant, un support de siège (3), relié en pivotement à cette pièce de base (1), support de siège qui est relié d'une manière mobile ou rigide à un support de dossier (4) ou est éventuellement conçu d'une manière monobloc avec ce dernier, les éléments élastiques écartant la pièce de base et le support de siège l'un de l'autre ; des moyens, tels par exemple que des amortisseurs pneumatiques, des vis de blocage ou une combinaison d'un dispositif de blocage et de paquets de lamelles (19), étant prévus pour fixer l'inclinaison de la pièce de base (1) par rapport au support de siège (3) ; un dispositif d'ajustement du poids étant disposé entre la pièce de base (1) et le support de siège (3) ; le dispositif d'ajustement du poids étant constitué d'un élément élastique (6) ajustable à l'aide d'un dispositif de réglage (7) ; et le dispositif de réglage (7) s'appuyant sur la pièce de base (1) par l'une de ses faces, et, contre son autre face, comportant des moyens pour ajuster la course élastique de l'élément élastique (6) ; caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique (6) s'appuie par l'un de ses côtés contre le support de siège (3) et par son autre côté contre le dispositif de réglage (7).
- Dispositif d'ajustement du poids selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'ajustement de la course élastique sont des écrous ou d'autres moyens de fixation qui courent sur un filetage situé dans la zone avant du dispositif de réglage.
- Dispositif d'ajustement du poids selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'ajustement de la course élastique sont des disques excentriques, qui sont disposés dans la zone avant du dispositif de réglage.
- Dispositif d'ajustement du poids selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ajustement du siège et du dossier est réalisé essentiellement par trois pièces fonctionnelles agissant en coopération, où la première pièce fonctionnelle est une pièce de base (1), en position inclinée, qui loge l'appui-pieds en son extrémité inférieure arrière ; la pièce de base (1) est, en son extrémité supérieure avant, reliée d'une manière pivotante à l'extrémité avant de la deuxième pièce fonctionnelle, un support de siège (3) ; le support de siège (3) est relié, dans une zone située en arrière de la liaison avec la pièce de base (1), en pivotement à la troisième pièce fonctionnelle, un support de dossier (4) ; la pièce de base (1) et le support de dossier (4) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par un guide de coulisse ; le guide de coulisse est disposé de façon que l'inclinaison du support de dossier (4) s'effectue en fonction de l'inclinaison du support de siège (3) ; des ressorts élastiques sont disposés entre la pièce de base (1) et le support de siège (3) ; et que l'on prévoit des moyens pour fixer et défaire l'inclinaison souhaitée dans chaque cas.
- Dispositif d'ajustement du poids selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique présente une caractéristique progressive.
- Dispositif d'ajustement du poids selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique est constitué de deux ressorts à branches (9), qui sont reliés l'un à l'autre par un étrier, les branches libres s'appuyant contre le support de siège, et l'étrier étant maintenu dans une pièce de retenue, pouvant coulisser sur le dispositif de réglage (7) sous l'effet d'une manoeuvre de l'écrou ou du bouton tournant (8).
- Dispositif d'ajustement du poids selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en amont de l'élément élastique (6) est disposé un deuxième élément élastique plus faible (11) ; et que, dans une première position du dispositif de réglage (7), l'ajustement de l'inclinaison s'effectue contre la force du deuxième élément élastique (11) le plus faible, et, dans une deuxième position du dispositif de réglage (7), l'ajustement de l'inclinaison s'effectue contre la force de l'élément élastique le plus fort (6).
- Dispositif d'ajustement du poids selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième ressort (11), le plus faible, est disposé entre la pièce de retenue et les moyens d'ajustement de la course élastique.
- Dispositif d'ajustement du poids selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réglage comporte une butée arrière et/ou une butée avant pour délimiter la course élastique.
