Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fadenführerringen (10, 110), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es folgende Schritte enthält:a) Formen eines Plattenkörpers (1,101), der ein Gabelelement enthält, das ein Trägerelement (7) und zwei Arme (5,105) aufweist, wobei jeder der Arme einen ersten Abschnitt mit einem ersten Krümmungsradius (R) und einen zweiten Abschnitt mit einem zweiten Krümmungsradius (S) aufweist, wobei der erste Krümmungsradius im wesentlichen gleich dem Krümmungsradius des fertigen Rings und der zweite Krümmungsradius im wesentli chen größer als der erste Krümmungsradius ist und wobei jeder der Arme ein freies Ende hat und diese freien Enden voneinander beabstandet (9,19,109,119) sind;b) Biegen der Arme derart, daß sich die freien Enden zumindest teilweise überlappen und der zweite Krümmungsradius im wesentlichen auf die Abmessungen des ersten Krümmungsradius reduziert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schritt des Formens des Plattenkörpers (1,101) das Stanzen einer Metallplatte (3,103) enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Schritten des Formens und des Biegens der Platte ein Oberflächenbcarbeitungsschritt für den Ring liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Schritt der Verchromung des Rings (10,110) enthält.
