Claims (10)
- Wäßrige, flüssige Zusammensetzung zur Behandlung der Oberfläche von verzinktem Stahl oder von Aluminium und Aluminium-Legierungen, wobei die Zusammensetzung einen pH-Wert im Bereich von 2,0 bis 6,5 aufweist und die im wesentlichen besteht aus Wasser und aus(A) 1 bis 30 g/l Phosphationen,(B) 0,1 bis 5 g/l kondensierten Phosphationen, wenn sie für verzinkten Stahl verwendet wird oder 0,1 bis 10 g/l, wenn sie für Aluminium verwendet wird, und(C) 0,1 bis 20 g/l als Feststoff einer wasserlöslichen Harz-Komponente, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von Harzen, die Mischungen von Harzen der allgemeinen chemischen Formel:
- Flüssige Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1, worin Komponente (B) ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Pyrophosphationen, Tripolyphosphationen, Tetrapolyphosphationen und deren Mischungen.
- Flüssige Zusammensetzung gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4 umfassend 5 bis 15 g/l der Komponente (A).
- Flüssige Zusammensetzung gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, umfassend 0,4 bis 1 g/l der Komponente (B), wenn sie auf verzinktem Stahl verwendet wird oder 1,0 bis 4,0 g/l der Komponente (B), wenn sie auf Aluminium verwendet wird.
- Verfahren zur Behandlung eines gezogenen und abgestreckten Stahl-, Aluminium- oder Aluminium-Legierungs-Metallbehälters durch Kontakt mit einer wäßrigen, flüssigen Zusammensetzung, um auf der Oberfläche des Metallbehälters eine Umwandlungsbeschichtungs-Schicht zu bilden, die die Korrosionsbeständigkeit des Behälters nach darauffolgendem Lackieren oder Bedrucken erhöhen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wäßrige, flüssige Zusammensetzung eine wie in den Ansprüchen 1-6 aufgeführte Zusammensetzung hat.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 7, worin die Zeitspanne des Kontakts im Bereich von 2 bis 60 Sekunden liegt, der Kontakt durch Sprühen erfolgt und die Temperatur der flüssigen Zusammensetzung während des Kontakts zwischen 20 und 80 °C liegt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 8, worin die Temperatur der flüssigen Zusammensetzung während des Kontakts zwischen 40 und 60 °C liegt.
- Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 7 bis 9, umfassend zusätzliche Stufen von zuerst Entfetten und anschließend Waschen der Behälter-Oberfläche mit Leitungswasser vor dem In-Kontakt-Bringen mit der wäßrigen, flüssigen Zusammensetzung, und in der Folge Waschen mit Leitungswasser, Waschen mit deionisiertem Wasser und Trocknen nach dem Kontakt mit der wäßrigen Flüssigkeit.
