Claims (5)

  1. Verriegelungsvorrichtung (7,30) für eine Transfervorschubeinrichtung (3) einer Transferpresse, welche ein Paar von Transferstangen (4,24) aufweist, die in Zwei- oder Dreidimensionen bewegbar sind, mit einer Eingriffseinrichtung, einer Verriegelungseinrichtung und einer Antriebseinrichtung zum Antreiben der Verriegelungseinrichtung in Eingriff mit der Eingriffseinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffseinrichtung (8,28,29,32) fest entweder auf einem Antriebsmechanismus (6,28,29) der Transferstangen (4,24) oder einem stationären Bereich eines Pressenhauptkörpers (1,21) montiert ist;
    die Verriegelungseinrichtung (13,31) fest auf dem jeweils anderen von Antriebsmechanismus und stationärem Bereich des Pressenhauptkörpers (1,21) zum Eingriff mit der Eingriffseinrichtung montiert ist, wobei die Verriegelungseinrichtung mit der Eingriffseinrichtung zum selektiven Verriegelungseingriff in einer Vielzahl von ausgewählten relativen Stellungen zwischen Antriebsmechanismus und stationärem Bereich des Pressenhauptkörpers zusammenwirkt, und
    die Antriebseinrichtung (14,15,16,17,18,31d,33,34,341,2,3) eine Verriegelung in der ausgewählten relativen Position von Antriebsmechanismus und stationärem Bereich des Pressenhauptkörpers (1,21) herstellt.
  2. Verriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffseinrichtung (8,28,29,32) eine Vielzahl von Eingriffsplatten (8) aufweist, die an einem Vorschubträger und Ausgleichstange (6) befestigt sind, die in einem Anhebe/Klemmechanismus vorgesehen sind, der den Antriebsmechanismus bildet, und eine Vielzahl von Eingriffsöffnungen (8a) aufweist, die in Längsrichtung in regelmäßigen Abständen angeordnet sind, wobei die Verriegelungseinrichtung (13) eine Vielzahl von Verriegelungsstiften (13) aufweist, die entsprechend an einer Vielzahl von stationären Bereichen des Pressenhauptkörpers (1) gegenüberliegend zu den Eingriffsplatten (8) angeordnet und in axiale und laterale Richtungen mittels der Antriebseinrichtungen (11) bewegbar sind, um mit einer der Vielzahl von Eingriffsöffnungen (8a) in Eingriff zu geraten.
  3. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Eingriffsplatte (8) an vorbestimmten Stellen entsprechend zu jeder Eingriffsöffnung (8a) Klauen (8b) aufweist und Eingriff und Lösen des Verriegelungsstifts (13) relativ zu den Eingriffsöffnungen durch Erfassen einer der Klauen mittels eines Detektors (9) erfolgt.
  4. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffseinrichtungen (8,28,29,32) eine Eingriffsplatte (32), die an einem stationären Bereich des Pressenhauptkörpers (21) befestigt ist, und eine Vielzahl von Eingriffsöffnungen (32a) aufweist, die in Vorschubrichtung eines Vorschubträgers (27) mit vorgegebenem Abstand angeordnet sind, ein Eingriffsbereich eine Vielzahl von Nutausnehmungen (28a) aufweist, die in einem Klemmhebel (28) entlang dessen Längsrichtung mit vorgegebenem Abstand angeordnet sind und ein Eingriffsbereich mit einer Vielzahl von Nutausnehmungen (29a) in einem Anhebehebel (29) entlang dessen Längsrichtung in regelmäßigem Abstand angeordnet sind, wobei die Verriegelungseinrichtung (31) eine Vielzahl von Verriegelungszylindern (31) aufweist, die am Vorschubträger (27) und zwei Bereichen des Pressenhauptkörpers (21) entsprechend gegenüberliegend zur Eingriffsplatte und den beiden Eingriffsbereichen angeordnet sind, um mit entsprechend den Eingriffsöffnungen (32a) oder den Nutausnehmungen (28a,29a) in Eingriff zu kommen.
  5. Verriegelungsvorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinrichtung (13,21) in Verriegelungsstellung durch eine Vorspanneinrichtung (14,31d) und in Entriegelungsstellung durch einen Hydraulikdruck (18,33) verstellbar ist.
