Durch die Integration der Abreißlasche in die Verschlußkappe ergibt sich aber auch ein ästhetisches Aussehen des Flaschenverschlusses. Weiter ist die Aufreißlasche einfacher zu handhaben, da sie von der Oberseite der Verschlußkappe lediglich durch radiales Auspressen und Ausziehen abgerissen werden kann. Die Figuren 1 bis 4 zeigen einen Flaschenverschluss, der gebildet ist aus einem an einem Flaschenkopf 2 angesetzten Ausgiessteil 4 und einem an diesem angeordneten Verschlußkappenteil 6. Der Flaschenverschluss besteht aus Kunststoff. Der Ausgiessteil 4 enthält eine Hülse 8 mit einem Innengewinde 10, das mit einem Aussengewinde 12 des Flaschenkopfes 2 zusammenwirkt. Figures 1 to 4 show a bottle cap, which is formed from a pouring part 4 attached to a bottle head 2 and a cap part 6 arranged thereon. The bottle cap consists of plastic. The pouring part 4 contains a sleeve 8 with an internal thread 10 which interacts with an external thread 12 of the bottle head 2. Die Anordnung ist so getroffen, dass die Eingriffsstrecke a der Rastrippen 32,52 kleiner ist als die axiale Eingriffsstrecke b der Konen 36,54, so dass beim Zusammensetzen des Verschlußkappenteiles 6 mit dem Ausgiessteil 4 zunächst die Konen 36,54 in Eingriff kommen, bevor die Rastrippen 32,52 verrasten. Dadurch wird einerseits der Halt des Verschlußkappenteils am Ausgiessteil verbessert und andererseits sichergestellt, dass ein Lösen des Verschlußkappenteiles vom Ausgiessteil 4 erschwert ist. Das Garantieband 84 enthält wiederum eine Aufreißlasche 94, die durch ein Sektor der Verschlußkappe 76 gebildet ist und über einen Spalt 96 von der übrigen Verschlußkappe getrennt ist. Ein Abreißsteg 98 sichert die Abreißlasche 94 an der Verschlußkappe 76. Die Ausbildung ist so getroffen, dass beim Entfernen des Garantiebandes 84 die Verschlußkappe über den als Ausnehmung ausgebildeten Griffteil 100 vollständig vom Flaschenkopf 74 abnehmbar ist. Die Ausbildung kann auch so getroffen werden, dass die Verschlußkappe analog der Ausbildung des Flaschenverschlusses der Figuren 1 bis 4 über einen Scharnierteil mit dem Befestigungsring 88 verbunden bleibt, wenn das Garantieband 84 entfernt ist, so dass die Verschlußkappe aufklappbar ist. PATENTANSPRÜCHE PATENT CLAIMS
Flaschenverschluss aus Kunststoff, mit einem Verschlußkappenteil (6,72) der eine mit einem Griffteil (66,100,108) versehene Verschlußkappe (38,76,102) aufweist, die unterhalb des Verschlußkappenrandes mit einem abreißbaren Garantieband (46,84,112) mit einer Aufreißlasche (58,94) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufreißlasche (58,94) durch einen mittels eines Spaltes (60,96) von der übrigen Verschlußkappe (38,76,102) getrennten und mittels mindestens eines Abreißsteges (62,98) mit dieser verbundenen Sektor der Verschlußkappe gebildet ist.
