Definitions
- the invention relates to a closure / container combination with tamper-evident according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Closure / container combinations with tamper evidence are known. In the Generally, this is on the peripheral wall of a cap over tear off Bridges a tamper evident ring formed, having the rear grip means with Schugreifschn on the neck area of a container in the course of mounting the Closure cap on the container neck area in blocking engagement with each other can occur.
- the tamper-evident ring presents in some known closure / container combinations an axial extension of the cap peripheral wall, cf. DE-A-1,955,047th In other known arrangements of the originality ring dominates the radial dimensions of the cap peripheral wall.
- the invention has the object, a Verschiuss / Benzoiter combination of the type mentioned above to create, despite reliable originality guarantee function without originality ring between Cap and container gets by.
- the lock / container combination problem-free according to known plastic molding techniques economically can be manufactured and improved handling in automatic Allow mounting of caps on containers.
- the cap circumference wall is therefore not to be feared. It may also be sufficient if the peripheral wall area is only partially separated from the peripheral wall of the cap, so that it can be bent out of the plane of the cap circumference wall, and in the The remainder remains in contact with her, so that impairment by severed surrounding peripheral wall areas can be avoided.
- the invention allows the production of the cap part and container part of the Combination in an economical manner by injection molding using suitable Plastics, such as polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, etc., where the demolding of the Cap parts unlike those with tamper evident rings no problems prepares.
- a Tamper evident between the cap part and a lid part be provided for the repeated closure of a pouring opening on Cap part can be hinged thereto.
- a preferred embodiment of a such further tamper-evident is the subject of claim 8 and basically known, cf. e.g. EP-A-0 201 138.
- the closure cap portion of the closure / container combination carries the general reference numeral 1 and a container part the reference numeral 2.
- the container part 2 is present a separate plastic molding for attachment to a container (Not shown).
- the container part 1 can also be an integral part of Be container by a neck portion of the container corresponding to the container part 2 is trained.
- the separate training of the container part 2 allows its Combination with containers made of any materials, such as glass, plastic, metal, wherein suitable known connection techniques for permanent connection of the Container part 2 can come with a separate container for use.
- the container part 2 has a substantially tubular configuration with a Passage passage defining an access opening 3 through which access to the Inside a container is possible.
- a Screw thread 4 provided with a complementary screw thread (not shown) on the inside of a peripheral wall 5 of the closure cap part first can cooperate, so that the closure cap part 1 on the container part. 2 can be screwed, in the course of this process, the access opening. 3 is closed.
- the Councilgreifnocken 6 From the outer circumference of the container part 2 is radially a Stromgreifnocken 6 at one Point from that on the axial and circumferential position of a recess 8 in the Circumferential wall 5 of the closure cap part 1 is tuned, so that the Stromgreifnocken 6 completely screwed onto the container part 2 Snap cap part 1 snapping into the recess 8 and engage therein can be taken as shown in Fig. 3.
- the Hintergreifnocken 6 has a radially aligned stop surface 7, which, when the Hintergreifnocken 6 in the recess 8 is located, with a stop edge 14 at one Can engage circumferential wall portion 9, which is within the peripheral wall 5 of Cap part 1 is recessed to a rotation of the cap part 1 in Abschraubraum to prevent.
- the stop edge 14 simultaneously forms a Leading boundary edge of the recess 8 when viewed in Screwing the cap part 1 and is part of a leading enlarged portion 10 of the peripheral wall portion 9.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verschluss/Behälter-Kombination mit Originalitätssicherung
gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a closure / container combination with tamper-evident
according to the preamble of
Closure / container combinations with tamper evidence are known. in the Generally, this is on the peripheral wall of a cap over tear off Bridges a tamper evident ring formed, having the rear grip means with Hintergreifmitteln on the neck area of a container in the course of mounting the Closure cap on the container neck area in blocking engagement with each other can occur. The tamper-evident ring presents in some known closure / container combinations an axial extension of the cap peripheral wall, cf. DE-A-1,955,047th In other known arrangements of the originality ring dominates the radial dimensions of the cap peripheral wall. In both cases, there is a danger that the tamper-evident ring is used during production, transport and during the automatically mounting a cap on a container as a result of unavoidable to these processes, acting on the originality ring and in its Height of unforeseeable forces prematurely separated from the cap and thus the originality function can be lost or a corresponding high rejection of incorrect packaging results. Another disadvantage of known arrangements is that the provision of the originality ring a relative high additional material costs required, and that after separation of the Originality ring either on the container or in the area relatively large unwanted waste products remain from the use of the cap. Finally, tamper-evident rings affect, especially if they are over the radial Dimensions of the cap peripheral wall protrude, their aesthetic appearance. Often, therefore, the use of caps with such Originalitätsringen on Restricted applications where aesthetic considerations no or one play only a minor role.
In view of these circumstances, the invention has the object, a Verschiuss / Behäiter combination of the type mentioned above to create, despite reliable originality guarantee function without originality ring between Cap and container gets by. In addition, the lock / container combination problem-free according to known plastic molding techniques economically can be manufactured and improved handling in automatic Allow mounting of caps on containers.
EP-A-0 201 138.This object is achieved by the features in the characterizing part

In Fig. 1, the closure cap portion of the closure / container combination carries the
The
From the outer circumference of the
Umfangswand 5 darstellt.The
Along its oblique edge of the leading
Another tear bar 12 'connects in the circumferential direction of the section 10th

The Hintergreifnocken 6 has a radial cross-section, extending from the

The integrated in the
As shown, the
Fig. 1 und 3.
Another tamper-evident can between the
Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of the invention, which differs from the previously described and shown in Fig. 1-3 embodiment only in the position of Peripheral wall area within the peripheral wall of the closure cap part and the Hintergreifnockens on the container part is different. Matching parts as in The embodiment of FIGS. 1-3 are therefore denoted by the same reference numerals provided and need not be described again.
The separable from the
Although provided in the above-described embodiments of the invention Screw mounting the closure cap part on the container part is preferred is the invention is not limited to such an assembly. It could also be one Plug-in assembly, in particular in the manner of a bayonet closure between the parts be provided. The cap-side rear gripping means could be other than be formed by a Anschlagkannte on the peripheral wall area. It could e.g. a Hintergreifvorsprung be formed on the inside of the Umfansgwandbereiches with which the Hintergreifnocken the container part in the course of assembly engage can. If desired, several first or second Main originality fuses of the inventive type circumferentially distributed be provided.
