Gemäß Fig. 1 ist ein Querschnitt durch einen erfindungsgemäßen Greifer 1 dargestellt; Fig. 2 zeigt den dazugehörigen Schnittverlauf gemäß der Linie A-B. Ein Klemmstück 2 mit Laschen 3; 4 umschließt die Greiferwelle 6. Mittels einer Klemmschraube 7 ist das Klemmstück 2 auf der Greiferwelle 6 klemmbar angeordnet. Das Klemmstück 2 ist von dem Greifergehäuse 8 umgeben, welches einen Greiferarm 9 mit Greiferfinger 11 besitzt. Der Greiferfinger 11 weist eine Druckfläche 12 auf, welche über den festzuhaltenden Bogen 13 auf die Fläche 14 der Greiferauflage 16 wirkt. Zwischen dem Greifergehäuse 8 und dem Klemmstück 2 ist ein elastisches Material 17 angeordnet, welches durch radial verlaufende Stege 18 getrennt bzw. begrenzt ist. Die Stege 18 können aus Metall bestehen und besitzen eine Lagerfunktion. Das elastische Material 17 kann je nach Einsatzort des Greifers 1 beispielsweise aus Kautschuk, Silikonkautschuk, Chlorkautschuk oder Polyurethan bestehen. Gemäß Fig. 3 und 4 ist eine zweite Ausführungsvariante eines Greifers 19 gezeigt. Ein bügelförmiges Klemmstück 21 ist mittels einer Schraube 22 auf der Greiferwelle 23 befestigt. Das Klemmstück 21 ist wiederum von einem Greifergehäuse 24 umgeben, wobei dieses Gehäuse 24 entsprechend der bügelförmigen Ausgestaltung des Klemmstückes 21 nur halbseitig ausgebildet ist. Der Greiferfinger 11 weist eine Druckfläche 12 auf, welche über den festzuhaltenden Bogen 13 auf die Fläche 14 der Greiferauflage 16 wirkt. Zwischen dem Greifergehäuse 24 und dem Klemmstück 21 ist das elastische Material 17 angeordnet. Das Klemmstück 21 besitzt eine Lasche 27, welche sich parallel zum Greiferarm 26 erstreckt. Eine ebenfalls gute Dämpfungseigenschaft des elastischen Materials, verbunden mit hoher Zugfestigkeit und Bruchdehnung bei einer guten Beständigkeit gegen Öle und Waschmittel wird erzielt, wenn Polyurethan mit einer Härte von 70° bis 90° Shore eingesetzt wird. Sollen Greifer mit hoher Alterungs- und Hitzebeständigkeit ausgestattet sein, dann empfiehlt sich die Verwendung von Silicon-Kautschuk als elastisches Material. Claims (8)
