Das gilt auch für Koksofentüraggregate ähnlichen Aufbaus (DE 27 55 020 A1). Zur Lösung dieses technischen Problems ist Gegenstand der Erfindung ein Koksofentüraggregat mit einem Koksofenkammerrahmen, einem Türkörper, zumindest einer mit dem Türkörper verbundenen Befestigungsplatte sowie daran angeschlossener Stopfenelement-Grundplatte und mit einer Abdichtungsmembran, die zwischen zumindest einer Befestigungsplatte und zumindest einer Stopfenelement-Grundplatte angeordnet ist und an die im Bereich des Koksofenkammerrahmens ein Dichtschneidenrahmen angeschlossen ist, welcher Dichtschneidenrahmen von einstellbaren Federandrückelementen, die mit dem Türkörperrahmen verbunden sind, druckbeaufschlagt ist, mit den folgenden Merkmalen:

  • 1.1) die Befestigungsplatte ist gegenüber dem Türkörper in Richtung auf die Koksofenkammer hin und zurück mit Hilfe von Verstellelementen verstellbar,
  • 1.2) die Verstellelemente weisen eine Andrückschraubenhülse und eine in der Andrückschraubenhülse geführte Rückstellschraube auf,
  • 1.3) die Andrückschraubenhülse ist in den Türkörper eingeschraubt sowie zur Koksofenkammer hin und zurück schraubverstellbar,
  • 1.4) die Rückstellschraube ist in der Befestigungsplatte zur Koksofenkammer hin und zurück schraubverstellbar sowie mit einem Außenbund versehen, der an einem Innenbund der Andrückschraubenhülse in bezug auf eine von der Koksofenkammer wegweisende Richtung abgestützt ist,

Wird beispielsweise ein Koksofentüraggregat bei einer Koksofenbatterie vor einer Koksofenkammer zum ersten Mal in Betrieb genommen und erfährt der Koksofenkammerrahmen die beschriebenen wärmedehnungsbedingten Verformungen, so kann über die Verstellelemente mit ihren beiden Freiheitsgraden die zunächst wegen der Wärmedehnungen des Koksofenkammerrahmens verformte Abdichtungsmembran so eingerichtet werden, daß sie im betrieblichen Zustand vollkommen eben verläuft. Insbesondere aus den Fig. 1 und 3 entnimmt man, daß die Befestigungsplatte 3 bzw. jede Befestigungsplatte 3 gegenüber dem Türkörper 2 in Richtung auf die Koksofenkammer und zurück mit Hilfe von Stellelementen 8 verstellbar ist. Aus der Fig. 3 entnimmt man, daß die Verstellelemente 8 eine Andrückschraubenhülse 9 und eine in der Andrückschraubenhülse 9 geführte Rückstellschraube 10 aufweisen. Die Andrückschraubenhülse 9 ist in den Türkörper 2 eingeschraubt sowie zur Koksofenkammer hin und zurück schraubverstellbar. Die Rückstellschraube 10 ist in der Befestigungsplatte 3 zur Koksofenkammer hin und zurück schraubverstellbar sowie mit einem Außenbund 11 versehen, der an einem Innenbund 12 der Andrückschraubenhülse 9 in bezug auf eine von der Koksofenkammer wegweisende Richtung abgestützt ist.
