Claims (10)
- Schaltgerät, dessen im wesentlichen gesonderte erste und zweite Sockelkörper (7, 8) mit einer Kupplungs-Vorrichtung (1) verbunden sind und mindestens einen Innenraum (14) mit, elektrisch leitende Teile einschließenden, Geräteelementen begrenzen, mit mindestens einem Kupplungsstück (2), das gesondert vom ersten Sockelkörper (7) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsstück (2) auch gesondert vom zweiten Sockelkörper (8) ausgebildet ist, daß das Kupplungsstück (2) als Zwischenstück zwischen den Sockelkörpern (7, 8) angeordnet ist, daß das Kupplungsstück (2) als Isolierkörper des Schaltgerätes (6) vorgesehen ist und daß das Kupplungsstück (2) eine Raum-Innenbegrenzung für den Innenraum (14) eines Sockelkörpers (8) bildet.
- Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) einen Plattenteil (13) aufweist, daß insbesondere mindestens ein Sockelkörper (7) zu wenigstens einem bedienungsseitigen Haupt-Schaltgerät (5) und mindestens ein zweiter Sockelkörper (8) zu mindestens einem Anbau-Schaltgerät (6) gehört, und daß vorzugsweise wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) einen von zwei gesonderten, vormontierbaren Bestandteilen (9, 13) wenigstens eines an ihm mit der Verbindung zu befestigenden Sockelkörpers (7, 8) bildet.
- Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) mindestens einen von solchen Bestandteilen wenigstens eines der beiden Sockelkörper (7, 8) bildet, die durch eine an einen Gehäuseraum angrenzende Gehäusewandung, mindestens einen Lagerverschluß, eine Schachtbegrenzung, ein Lagerschild, mindestens ein Axiallager, ein Radiallager (20), mindestens ein Distanzglied (25), eine Endabdeckung, einen Teilkörper eines im wesentlichen zweiteiligen Sockelkörpers (8) und eine Trenn- bzw. Schnappkupplung definiert sind und/oder daß wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) einen von einem Sockelkörper (7) vollständig und von einem weiteren Sockelkörper (8) teilweise gesonderten Bauteil bildet, daß insbesondere wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück aus einem nichtmetallischen Werkstoff, wie Kunststoff besteht und daß vorzugsweise wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück als Bestandteil des zweiten Sockelkörpers (8) ausgebildet ist.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) unmittelbar in mindestens einen Baukörper (9) eines Sockelkörpers (8) eingreift, daß insbesondere wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) zerstörungsfrei lösbar eingreift, daß mindestens ein Baukörper (9) das vom Kupplungsstück (2) abgekehrte Ende dieses Sockelkörpers (8) bildet und daß vorzugsweise wenigstens ein Baukörper (9) eine im wesentlichen ebene Platte ist, an die das Kupplungsstück (2) mit quer zur Plattenebene liegenden Quervorsprüngen (24) anschließt.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) für mindestens ein Schaltgerät (5, 6) eine um ein Zentrum angeordnete Verriegelung aus mindestens einem Riegelglied aufweist, daß insbesondere die Verriegelung die einzigen Ausricht- und Kupplungsglieder (26, 27 bzw. 28) für das Kupplungsglied (2) bildet, daß vorzugsweise alle Riegelglieder der Verriegelung eine im wesentlichen gegen ein gemeinsames Zentrum gerichtete Verriegelungsbewegung haben und/oder, daß zwischen einem und alle Riegelglieder in Peripherie-Kanten des zugehörigen Körpers (7, 9) eingreifen.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Kupplungsstück (2) auf einer Seite wenigstens ein Kupplungsglied (26, 27) zur im wesentlichen lagestarren Verbindung mit einem von einem Betätigungsende abgekehrten Ende eines Sockelkörpers (7) und auf der davon abgekehrten Seite mindestens ein Kupplungsglied (28) zur unmittelbaren Verbindung mit wenigstens einem Baukörper (9) eines weiteren Sockelkörpers (8) aufweist, daß insbesondere wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) zwischen diesen Seiten mindestens ein Endschild eines weiteren Sockelkörpers (8) bildet, daß vorzugsweise die Innenseite wenigstens eines Endschildes im wesentlichen freiliegt bzw. eine Gleitfläche bildet und/oder daß für den Eingriff mindestens eines Kupplungsgliedes (28) wenigstens eines Kupplungsstückes (2) eine eng angepaßte Randvertiefung (36) am zugehörigen Körper (9) vorgesehen ist und/oder daß mindestens ein Kupplungsglied (28) einen fensterartigen Durchbruch (29) aufweist.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) für den jeweiligen Sockelkörper (7, 8), insbesondere ausschließlich, im Bereich einer Verbindungslinie einander gegenüberliegende Kupplungsglieder (26, 27 bzw. 28) aufweist, daß vorzugsweise die Verbindungslinie der Kupplungsglieder (26, 27) auf einer Seite mindestens eines Kupplungsstückes (2) quer zur Verbindungslinie der Kupplungsglieder (28) auf der anderen Seite liegt und/oder daß mindestens ein Kupplungsglied (26) des Kupplungsstückes (2) mit Abstand innerhalb von dessen Außenkanten an dieses anschließt bzw. daß mindestens ein bis alle Kupplungsglieder (26, 27, 28) jeweils einen winkelförmigen Federarm bilden, von dessen Winkelschenkeln (31, 32) wenigstens der an das Kupplungsstück (2) anschließende Winkelschenkel (32) im wesentlichen über seine gesamte Länge seitlich mit Spaltabstand von dem übrigen Kupplungsstück (2) flankiert ist.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) mindestens einen Radiallager-Sperrnocken (30) für einen Lagerzapfen (37) wenigstens eines Schaltgerätes (5) aufweist, der in einer am Umfang mit einer Radial-Einführöffnung für den Lagerzapfen (37) versehenen Lageröffnung (18) zu lagern ist, daß insbesondere mindestens ein Sperrnocken (30) axial in eine zugehörige Einführöffnung einsetzbar ist bzw. im wesentlichen zwischen zwei benachbarten Schnappgliedern liegt und/oder daß wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) zur im wesentlichen spaltfreien Verbindung zweier Sockelkörper (7, 8) ausgebildet ist und daß insbesondere mindestens ein Kupplungsstück (2) über einen Sockelkörper (7) in Ansicht im wesentlichen nur an einer Seite vorsteht.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Anbau-Schaltgerät (6) ein Erfassungsschalter für den Schaltzustand mindestens eines Haupt-Schaltgerätes (5) ist, daß insbesondere wenigstens ein Anbau-Schaltgerät (6) im wesentlichen nur aus einem zwischen zwei Lagerschilden (9, 13) angeordneten scheibenförmigen Schaltrotor (16) besteht und daß vorzugsweise mindestens ein Lagerschild (13) durch wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) und/oder ein weiteres Lagerschild durch eine Leiterplatte (9) gebildet ist.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Sockelkörper (8) unmittelbar mindestens einen Steckerschuh (23) für einen elektrischen Anschlußstecker bildet, und daß insbesondere wenigstens ein Kupplungsstück (2) mindestens einen Steckerschuh (23), ein Rotor-Lager (19) und/oder zwei mit elektrisch leitenden Teilen versehene Isolierkörper (7, 9) unmittelbar trägt.
