Claims (9)

  1. Signalvorrichtung mit einem Anzeigeschild (1), dessen unterer Bereich (2) um eine quer verlaufende Achse schwenkbar durch eine Trageanordnung gehalten und befestigt ist, welche mittels mindestens eines Torsionsstabes (4, 5) elastisch zurückfedert. gekennzeichnet durch einen starren Sockelrahmen (3), der das Anzeigeschild trägt, sowie durch eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung, welche die elastisch zurückfedernde Trageanordnung in einer Position fixiert, in der das Schild nach oben und im wesentlichen senkrecht gerichtet ist, oder diese entriegelt, wenn das Schild (1) in die Ebene des Sokkels (3) zurückgeklappt werden soll.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Torsionsstabtrageanordnung zwei Torsionsstäbe (4, 5) umfaßt, die jeweils ein mittleres, an der Basis des Anzeigeschildes (1) im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufendes Torsionssegment (6), ein erstes, fest mit dem Anzeigeschild (1) verbundenes, abgewinkeltes Stabendstück (7), sowie ein zweites abgewinkeltes Stabendstück (8) aufweisen, welches in eine Rastkerbe (9, 21, 24) der Verriegelungsvorrichtung einrasten und von dieser gehalten werden kann, wenn sich das Anzeigeschild (1) in der ausgeklappten Position befindet, oder umgekehrt bei entriegeltem Mechanismus aus dieser Kerbe ausgeklinkt werden kann, um das Einklappen des Anzeigeschildes (1) zu ermöglichen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastkerbe (9) in einem Längsträger (10) ausgespart ist, welcher um eine Längsachse (13) schwenkbar am übrigen Sockelrahmen (3) befestigt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der beiden schwenkbaren Längsträger (10) jeweils an beiden Enden einen Standfuß (15) trägt, der sich in der ausgeklappten Position nach unten erstreckt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Längsträger (10) bezüglich seiner längs verlaufenden Schwenkachse (13) exzentrisch angeordnet ist und die entsprechenden Enden der beiden schwenkbaren Längsträger (10) untereinander über einen Federrückstellmechanismus (16) verbunden sind, der kinematisch so aufgebaut ist, daß bei Schwenken um die Drehachsen (13) der Längsträger (10) ein Totpunkt überschritten wird, derart daß für jeden Längsträger (10) zwei sich auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Totpunkts befindende, stabile Gleichgewichtspositionen definiert sind, nämlich eine erste Position des Längsträgers (10), in welcher der zugehörige Torsionsstab (4, 5) zum Einklappen des Schildes (1) entriegelt ist, sowie eine zweite, in welcher die Rastkerbe (9) des Längsträgers (10) den zugehörigen Torsionsstab (4, 5) in der ausgeklappten Stellung verriegelt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der beiden Längsträger (20) des unteren Sockelrahmens (3) durch ein Metallrohr mit Vierkantquerschnitt gebildet wird, das starr mit dem Sockelrahmen (3) verbunden ist. und im Inneren dieses rohrförmigen Längsträgers (20) ein Federdraht (21) im Zickzack in einer der beiden längs verlaufenden Diagonalebenen angeordnet ist und durch elastische Verformung unter Kraftaufwendung von der verriegelten in die entriegelte Position, und umgekehrt, gebracht werden kann, wobei diese Positionen den beiden Diagonalebenen entsprechen, und wobei die abgewinkelten, aus dem rohrförmigen Längsträger (20) herausragenden Enden (23) des elastischen Drahtes (21) sowohl zum Sockelrahmen (3) gehörige einklappbare Füße bilden, als auch als Bediengriffe zum Verstellen von der Entriegelungsposition in die Verriegelungsposition dienen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Längsträger (20) auf seiner Innenseite einen Verrieglungsklotz (22) trägt, der auf seiner Innenfläche eine vertikale Rastkerbe (21) aufweist, die nach oben offen ist und an ihrer Oberseite mit einer horizontalen Aussparung (23) in Verbindung steht. wobei der untere Bereich der vertikalen Rastkerbe (21) das zweite Stabendstück (8) eines Torsionsstabs aufnimmt, um diesen in der Verriegelungsposition zu fixieren, und die obere Aussparung (23) im Gegensatz dazu die Freigabe dieses zweiten Endstücks (8) ermöglicht.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastaussparung (24) in der Oberseite und in der senkrechten Außenseite eines feststehenden Längsträgers (20) vorgesehen ist, dessen Unterseite mit einem in senkrechter Richtung auf diese Rastaussparung (24) ausgerichteten Loch (25) versehen ist, wobei das zweite Stabstück (8) hakenförmig auf sich zurückgebogen ist und ein Schenkelende (8a) bildet, das in der Verriegelungsstellung in senkrechter Richtung in die obere Rastaussparung (24) und das untere Loch (25) des Längsträgers (20) eingeführt werden und sich in der Entriegelungsstellung frei im Inneren des Längsträgers (20) bewegen kann.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeich net, daß der Sockelrahmen (3) zwei Längsträger (20) mit jeweils einem horizontal verlaufenden Mittelteil besitzt, das an seinen beiden Enden durch äußere Teilstücke 20a, welche schräg gestellte, beispielsweise vom Rahmen (3) um 45° nach unten und außen geneigte Füße bilden, verlängert ist, derart daß die Signalvorrichtungen gestapelt werden können.
