Claims (11)

1. Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Beuteln unterschiedlicher Größe unter Bildung von Körben, insbesondere Abfallkörben, die ein erstes vertikales Stützteil (1, 2, 3) in Form eines umgekehrten V aufweist, dessen Winkel zur Aufhängung der vorrichtung dienen kann, oder in Form eines U bzw. H, sowie ein vom ersten Stützteil (1, 2, 3) getragenes zweites Stützteil (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9), das zwei symmetrische elastische Arme mit Trageinrichtungen (4, 9) an ihren Enden für die gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Beutels aufweist,, sowie ein drittes Stützteil (10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15) in Form einer horizontalen Basis, die mit dem unteren Abschnitt des ersten Stützteils (1, 2, 3) so zusammenwirkt, daß die vorrichtung auf dem Boden abstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
- bei V-förmigem ersten Stützteil die dieses bildenden Arme in der Nähe des zwischen ihnen eingeschlossenen Winkels (3) abgerundete Schultern bilden, wobei um den Winkel der Griff des zu stützenden Beutels aufsetzbar ist, und an ihren Enden Einrichtungen (1, 2) aufweisen, in denen eine Achse des zweiten Stützteils schwenkbar ist,
- daß die Achse des zweiten Stützteils an seinen Enden die beiden elastischen Arme (4, 5, 6 und 7, 8, 9) trägt, die ein weit offenes U bilden, wobei die Schwenkbewegung des zweiten Stützteils gegenüber dem ersten Stützteil (1, 2, 3) es zuläßt, daß die Trageinrichtungen (4, 9) die Wandungen des Beutels an verschiedenen Stellen so halten, daß die Größe und Form der Beutelöffnung veränderbar ist, und
- daß die das dritte Stützteil bildende Basis biegsam ist und auf der Achse des zweiten Stützteils (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) drehbar ist, wobei die Basis Verriegelungseinrichtungen (10, 15) aufweist, die so gestaltet sind, daß sie mit dem ersten Stützteil (1, 2, 3) unter Verriegelung desselben mit der Basis unter Einschluß eines Winkels von 90° zusammenwirken, während das zweite Stützteil (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) frei dazwischen schwenkbar ist, und die Basis entriegelbar und so auseinanderfaltbar ist, daß der Durchtritt von Beuteln großer Höhe möglich ist, wenn die Abstützung über das erste Stützteil aufgehängt ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trageinrichtungen (4, 9) der beiden Arme des zweiten Stützteils einen Ösenhaken und eine Öse aufweisen, wovon der Haken zum Durchstoßen der Seitenwand des Beutels dient und die Öse zum Halten des durchstoßenen Abschnitts, wobei sie ein Abrutschen desselben nach unten verhindert und der Haken eine Schutzkappe aufnehmen kann, wenn diese von außerhalb der Öse aufgesetzt wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden verschwenkbaren Arme (4, 5, 6 und 7, 8, 9) des zweiten Stützteils symmetrisch schräg stehen und um einen Punkt (5, 8) auf den Armen unter Bildung eines Winkels so geneigt sind, daß die bei Aufhängung des Beutels an den Enden der Arme auf die Beutelwandung wirkende Zugkraft geringer wird, wobei die auf diese Weise geneigten Arme ein dauerhaft anzubringendes Schmuck- oder Werbeelement tragen können, ohne daß sich der Schwerpunkt der Vorrichtung bei zunehmend stärkerer Füllung des Beutels verlagert.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis aus einer Stange aus elastischem Material in Form eines liegenden U besteht und zu jedem Ende hin zu einem Bügel (11, 14) geformt ist, durch den die Achse des zweiten Stützteils (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) verläuft, wobei die Basis sich beiderseits des ersten Stützteils (1, 2, 3) erstrecken kann und in diesem Fall die Stange um einen ausreichenden Abstand über diese Bügel (11, 14) hinaus verlängert werden muß, um die Stabilität des ersten Stützteils zu gewährleisten, und wobei die Verriegelungseinrichtung (10, 15) zur Befestigung der Basis am ersten Stützteil aus Haken an Verlängerungen der Stange besteht, die sich automatisch an den Armen des ersten Stützteils (1, 2, 3) festhaken, wenn die Basis ihre horizontale Stellung erreicht.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse des zweiten Stützteils (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) mehrere Paare von Armen aufweist, die von der einen oder anderen Seite des ersten Stützteils (1, 2, 3) aus schwenkbar sind, wobei die Armpaare unter Bildung einer H-förmigen Anordnung durch eine Stange miteinander verbunden sind, und ihre unteren Enden Bügel aufweisen, durch welche die Achse verläuft, während ihre oberen Enden Einrichtungen zum Tragen des Beutels aufweisen, dessen gegenüberliegende Seite durch eine benachbarte Stütze gehalten wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Stützteil (1, 2, 3) entlang seiner beiden Arme Abstützeinrichtungen zur Befestigung einer Basis aufweist, die das erste Stützteil in vertikaler Stellung halten, und/oder zur Halterung weiterer Stützen beliebiger Form, wobei die Stützen und/oder die Basis frei verschwenkbar und verriegelbar sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem das erste Stützteil U-förmig (52, 53, 54, 55) oder H-förmig (56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus elastischem Werkstoff besteht, daß das obere Ende jedes Armes des ersten Stützteils eine Einrichtung mit Öse und Ösenhaken (52, 55, 56, 58) zum vierarmigen Halten des Beutels aufweist, während die unteren Enden der Arme des H-förmigen Stützteils jeweils einen Bügel (57, 59) aufweisen, so daß das erste Stützteil gegenüber der Achse des zweiten Stützteils verschwenkbar ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 4, 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Basis aus einer oberen Stange (45) und einer unteren Stange (46) besteht, die kreuzförmig angeordnet sind und in ihrer Mitte über eine Achse (44) angelenkt sind, wobei die obere Stange (45) mit den unteren Enden der beiden Arme des ersten Stützteils (1, 2, 3) zusammenwirkt und ein Unterteil aufweist, das sich auf gleicher Höhe wie die Unterseite der unteren Stange (46) befindet, während die obere Stange (45) und die untere Stange (46) so gestaltet sind, daß sie drehbar und auseinanderspreizbar sind, um eine aufrechte Stellung der Vorrichtung zu ermöglichen.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die horizontale Basis statt der mit der Achse des zweiten Stützteils (4, 5, 6, 7, 8,) zusammenwirkenden Bügel Schwenkzapfen aufweist, so daß keine Achse mehr verwendet werden muß, wobei die Basis immer Verlängerungen aufweist, die mit Verriegelungseinrichtungen (10, 15) an den Armen des ersten Stützteils (1, 2, 3) versehen sind.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 6 und 7, gekennzeichnet durch ein Ausleerteil (51), das am ersten Stützteil (1, 2, 3) so angebracht ist, daß es zur Beutelöffnung hin vorsteht, wobei das Ausleerteil die Form eines Kreises oder eines Rundteils mit Ausnehmung aufweist.
11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seine einzelnen Bestandteile vollständig aus elastischen kunststoffummantelten Metallstäben oder aus elastischen Stäben aus Kunststoffmaterial bestehen.
