Durch die Anordnung von zwei Drehpunkten in der Gesamtkonstruktion, erreicht durch die drehbare Nackenstütze (5) und durch die Kugeldrehverbindung (1), kann bei Arbeitsvorgängen ein optimaler Bühnenstandort unter Verwendung der Gesamtbühnenfläche erreicht werden. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine mobile Arbeitsbühne mit flexibler Arbeitsstellung.
  • Die bekannten mobilen Arbeitsbühnen arbeiten zum einen nach dem Prinzip der Scherenhebebühne und zum anderen nach dem Autodrehkrankonstruktionsprinzip. Alle bekannten mobilen Arbeitsbühnen haben den Nachteil, daß sie sich jeweils nur um einen Punkt drehen. Dadurch ergibt sich, daß bei ausgeschwenkter Arbeitsbühne bei seitlichen Arbeiten nur die Stirnseiten der Bühne als Arbeitsbreite zur Verfügung stehen (vgl. DEPS 39 13 645 C 1, DE OS 24 18 158).
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Arbeitsbühne in der Gesamtheit mit zwei Drehpunkte auszugestalten. Dadurch besteht die Möglichkeit, über das Grundprinzip des Autodrehkranes den Drehpunkt 1 zu nutzen. Eine Kugeldrehverbindung zwischen der Lastarmkonstruktion und der Bühne gestattet es, bei ausgeschwenktem Lastarm ein Drehen der Bühne zu ermöglichen. Dadurch ist die Voraussetzung gegeben, daß in jeder Arbeitsstellung die gesamte Bühnenfläche genutzt werden kann. Sowohl der Hub- als auch der Schwenkvorgang des Drehpunktes 1 und der Drehvorgang des Drehpunktes 2 werden durch den Einsatz der bordeigenen Hydraulik betrieben. Die Steuerung der Arbeitsvorgänge erfolgt über Elektromagnetventile und ist sowohl von der Arbeitsbühne aus in jeder Arbeitsstellung möglich als auch im Notfall vom Bodenpersonal durchzuführen.
  • Bevorzugtes Einsatzgebiet der Erfindung sind Montage-, Demontage- und Revisionsarbeiten an Oberleitungen für elektrisch betriebene Triebfahrzeuge.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten der mobilen Arbeitsbühne mit flexibler Arbeitsstellung sind aus der Zeichnung zu ersehen.

  • Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die drehbare Nackenstütze und die zwischen der Tragkonstruktion und der Arbeitsbühne angebrachte Kugeldrehverbindung als zwei Drehpunkte im Gesamtsystem die Flexibilität der Arbeitsbühne ermöglichen. Durch die flexible Arbeitsstellung ist es möglich, die Bühnenarbeitsstellung jeweils so zu wählen, daß ständig die optimale Arbeitsfläche am Montageort genutzt wird.

Claims (1)

1. Mobile Arbeitsbühne mit flexibler Arbeitsstellung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die drehbare Nackenstütze (5) und die zwischen Tragkonstruktion und Arbeitsbühne angebrachte Kugeldrehverbindung (1) als zwei Drehpunkte im Gesamtsystem die Flexibilität der Arbeitsbühne ermöglichen.
