Claims (9)

  1. Coffrage pour la construction en béton, composé d'une pièce découpée d'un matériau de coffrage sous la forme d'un matériau plat, plus particulièrement de la tôle d'acier, qui présente un profilage en forme de queue d'aronde, qui est formé de premiers segments profilés en forme de queue d'aronde (5) s'étendant dans une première direction axiale du matériau et de premiers espaces intermédiaires (6) également en forme de queue d'aronde situés entre lesdits segments profilés, caractérisé en ce que dans le but de connecter deux extrémités (9, 12) du matériau de coffrage se succédant dans la première direction axiale, le profilage en forme de queue d'aronde (5, 6) à une extrémité est transformé en un profilage (10, 11) qui, au lieu des premiers segments profilés en forme de queue d'aronde (5), présente des seconds segments profilés (10) pourvus de seconds espaces intermédiaires (11) situés entre lesdits segments profilés de telle manière que l'extrémité (9) pourvue du profilage transformé (10, 11) peut être insérée avec son profilage (10, 11) dans une direction axiale s'étendant transversalement au plan du matériau de coffrage dans le profilage en forme de queue d'aronde (5, 6) sur l'autre extrémité, et en ce que pour la connexion un second segment profilé transformé (10) s'engrène dans un premier segment profilé en forme de queue d'aronde (5).
  2. Coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les seconds segments profilés (10) sont des segments profilés sans contre-dépouilles.
  3. Coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les seconds segments profilés (10) sont des segments profilés rectangulaires pourvus d'espaces intermédiaires rectangulaires (11) situés entre lesdits segments profilés.
  4. Coffrage selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce découpée du matériau de coffrage est formée par plusieurs pliages autour d'une ligne de flexion, qui s'étend dans une seconde direction axiale transversalement respectivement perpendiculairement à la première direction axiale, dans une tôle brute (7') pour un élément de coffrage fermé (7), le profilage en forme de queue d'aronde dans le profilage transformé étant transformé sur une extrémité (9) de la pièce découpée (1).
  5. Coffrage selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les premiers segments profilés en forme de queue d'aronde (5) présentent une première largeur plus grande (a) et une seconde largeur plus petite (b), et en ce que les seconds segments profilés transformés (10) possèdent une largeur (b') qui équivaut environ à la largeur des premiers segments profilés (5).
  6. Coffrage selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les seconds segments profilés transformés (10) se situent à une distance (a') l'un de l'autre, qui est plus ou moins identique à la largeur plus grande (a) des premiers segments profilés en forme de queue d'aronde (5).
  7. Coffrage selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le matériau plat se compose au moins de deux bandes (2) qui présentent les premiers respectivement seconds segments profilés (5, 10) et qui sont connectées l'une à l'autre sur leurs bords par l'intermédiaire de troisièmes et quatrièmes segments profilés (3, 4) en forme de crochets.
  8. Coffrage selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone des coins des premiers respectivement seconds segment profilés (5, 10) sont prévues des ouvertures (17) dans le matériau.
  9. Procédé pour la fabrication du coffrage selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un outil de transformation (14) destiné à transformer le profilage en forme de queue d'aronde (5, 6) du matériau de coffrage à une extrémité, ledit outil de transformation (14) se composant au moins de deux parties d'outil, dont la première (15) est conçue en forme de poinçon et la seconde (16) en forme de matrice de telle manière que les parties d'outil, en position fermée de l'outil, forment entre elles une fente définissant le profilé transformé.
