Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Leuchte für Mikrowellenöfen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a lamp for microwave ovens according to the preamble of claim 1.

Bei Mikrowellenöfen allgemein besteht die zwingende Forderung, daß eine Abstrahlung von Mikrowellenenergie außerhalb des für die Wärmebehandlung von Lebensmitteln vorgesehenen Ofenraumes verhindert werden muß. Bei Mikrowellenöfen mit Leuchteinrichtung zur Ausleuchtung des Ofenraumes besteht diesbezüglich die Problematik, daß für die Leuchtanordnung in der Ofenwandung eine mehr oder weniger große Öffnung vorgesehen sein muß, durch die hindurch Mikrowellenstrahlen nach außen austreten könnten, wenn sich die Lampe nicht in der Lampenfassung befindet und/oder wenn sich nicht eine besondere, mikrowellendichte Abschirmung in korrekter Stellung auf der vorgenannten Öffnung mit allseitigem metallischen Kontakt zur Ofenwandung befindet. Diese Gefahr besteht bei einem evtl. vorzunehmenden Lampenwechsel. Bei einem bekannten Mikrowellenherd (DE-PS 29 37 499) ist die vorgenannte Öffnung in der Ofenwandung mikrowellendicht verschließbar durch eine auf die Öffnung aufsetzbare transparente Abdeckung, die ein metallisches Schirmgitter enthält und in der Schließstellung in unmittelbarem Kontakt mit der Ofenwandung steht. Diese Abdeckung besitzt eine metallische Fassung für die Lampe und steht in Verbindung mit einem Sicherheitsschalter, derart, daß erst mit dem korrekten Einsetzen von Abdeckung und Fassung der Sicherheitsschalter betätigt wird und der Mikrowellengenerator des Mikrowellenofens einschaltbar ist.In microwave ovens in general, there is an imperative requirement that radiation of microwave energy outside the oven space provided for the heat treatment of food must be prevented. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 1 ist mit 1 ein Teil der Ofenwandung, z.B. der Seitenwand eines Mikrowellenofens an sich bekannter Art bezeichnet, welche einen allgemein bei 2 angedeuteten Ofenraum umschließt. Im Bereich einer Einprägung 3 besitzt diese Ofenwandung eine Öffnung 4, hinter der sich eine durch ein Leuchtengehäuse 5 gebildete bzw. umschlossene Leuchtenkammer 6 befindet. Das Leuchtengehäuse 5 ist mit einem dieses umziehenden Flansch 7 unmittelbar mit der Ofenwandung 1 z.B. durch Verschweißen verbunden. Auf dem Flansch 7 befindet sich eine elastische Dichtung 8. An der in Fig. 1 oberen Seitenwand des Leuchtengehäuses 5 ist eine elektrische Lampenfassung 9 für eine darin einsteckbare bzw. einschraubbare Lampe 10 befestigt. In Höhe der Öffnung 4 besitzt das Leuchtengehäuse am Umfang verteilt mehrere, federartig nach innen gebogene Rastelemente 11, auf die eine aus glasartigem Material bestehende, transparente Abdeckung 12 mit einem umlaufenden, am Außenumfang verengten Kragen 13 aufsteckbar und verrastbar ist und von den Rastelementen 11 entfernbar ist. Die Abdeckung 12 stützt sich an der Dichtung 8 ab und verschließt die Leuchtenkammer 6 zum Ofenraum 2 hin mechanisch, so daß bei Betrieb des Mikrowellenofens keine Verschmutzung der Leuchtenkammer 6 stattfinden kann. Mit 14 ist eine in Form eines metallischen, gitterartigen Korbes ausgestaltete Abschirmung bezeichnet, die in der Schließstellung gemäß Fig. 1 und 3 Lampenfassung 9 und Lampe 10 nach vier Seiten hin umschließt und sich unmittelbar an den Wandungsteilen des Leuchtengehäuses 5 abstützt und mit dem Leuchtengehäuse 5 in metallischen Kontakt tritt. Die Abschirmung 14 ist schwenkbar um eine Schwenkachse 15 an einem stationären Ofenteil, d.h. im vorliegenden Fall am stationären Leuchtengehäuse 5 angelenkt. Auf der Schwenkachse ist ferner eine Drehfeder 16 gelagert, die sich einerseits am Leuchtengehäuse 5 und andererseits an der Abschirmung 14 mit Vorspannung abstützt und die bewirkt, daß die korbartige Abschirmung 14 nach dem Verschwenken in die Öffnungsstellung gemäß Fig. 2, in welcher vom Ofenraum 2 her die Lampe 10 aus der Lampenfassung 9 entnommen werden kann, selbsttätig durch die Kraft der Drehfeder 16 wieder in die Schließstellung gemäß Fig. 1 gelangt. In dieser Schließstellung verrastet die Abschirmung 14 mit einem Randteil in einem U-förmigen Rastelement 17 gemäß Fig. 4, das im Bereich einer Einschnürung 18 am Leuchtengehäuse 5 befestigt ist.
