Claims (7)
- Procédé de préparation d'une surface structurée sur un demi-produit composé de cuivre ou d'un alliage de cuivre, en particulier sur des bandes ou tôles laminées ayant une épaisseur de 0,4 à 1 mm,
caractérisé en ce que
la surface du demi-produit est rendue rugueuse par rectification dans au moins une direction et le demi-produit reçoit alors un revêtement qui est appliqué par projection de poudre métallique. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la surface du demi-produit est rectifiée d'abord longitudinalement et ensuite transversalement. - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
la surface du demi-produit comporte, après le façonnage mécanique par rectification, une profondeur de rugosité moyenne allant de 0,5 à 20 µm. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
comme matière pulvérulente de projection thermique, on utilise du cuivre, du nickel, de l'aluminium ou de l'étain ou un alliage à base de ces matières. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
l'épaisseur du revêtement thermique se monte environ à 0,05 jusqu'à 0,8 mm. - Procédé d'un demi-produit sous la forme d'une bande produite selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, avec une surface structurée comme matériau pour l'habillage de façades et de toits ainsi que des parois et des plafonds dans l'intérieur de bâtiments.
- Utilisation d'un demi-produit sous forme de bande produite selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, avec une surface structurée comme matériau pour la production d'éléments d'échangeur thermique plans destinés à la climatisation de pièces.
