Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de bandes ou de tôles étamées en cuivre ou en un alliage de cuivre,
    caractérisé par
    la combinaison des étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - le produit semi-fini en cuivre en forme de bande est laminé au moyen d'un cylindre de travail texturé pour ajuster une profondeur de rugosité de surface moyenne dans la gamme de 3 à 12 µm,
    - recouvrement continu au produit semi-fini en cuivre sous forme de bande avec de l'étain ou un alliage à base d'étain, sous réserve que le rapport de la profondeur moyenne de rugosité à l'épaisseur de la couche d'étain soit supérieur à 1,2, de préférence supérieur à 2.
  2. Procédé de fabrication de bandes ou tôles étamées selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le traitement mécanique superficiel est réalisé au moins sur une face de la bande au moyen d'un cylindre texturé par traitement au faisceau laser ou au faisceau électronique.
  3. Procédé de fabrication de bandes ou tôles étamées selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le revêtement avec de l'étain ou un alliage à base, d'étain a lieu par galvanisation.
  4. Procédé de fabrication de bandes ou tôles étamées selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    de l'étain ou un alliage à base d'étain est appliqué par des moyens de fusion.
  5. Procédé de fabrication de bandes ou tôles étamées selon les revendications 3 ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'épaisseur de la couche d'étain se monte à environ 1 jusqu'à 8 µm.
  6. Utilisation d'un semi-produit en bande fabriqué conformément au procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, en tant que matériau pour le recouvrement d'un toit ou le revêtement d'une façade.
