Definitions
- the invention relates to a climbing device for inserting and removing tower pieces or from towers of tower cranes, working platforms or the like. consisting of a part to be lifted or lowered on the part to be lifted or lowered, for example a crane upper part, a stage base or a tower section, forming a guide piece and enclosing the tower with an at least partially open insertion side, with a hydraulic press articulated on a crossbar of the rod assembly, the piston rod of which carries a press thrust with a climbing traverse which can be supported on the corner posts of a tower section, and with a support articulated on the crossbar with a support cross-piece that can be supported on corner posts and an end-side support shoe.
- Climbing devices of this type are usually used on tower cranes, the towers of which support the upper crane parts, depending on the construction progress, have to be extended at intervals by installing a tower section. Conversely, when dismantling the tower cranes, it is again necessary to lower the upper crane part by removing individual tower sections.
- Climbing devices of the type specified at the outset are known for installing and removing tower sections. In order to lift the upper crane part or a tower section to install a tower section, the climbing frame is attached to the base of the upper crane part, for example the slewing ring support, or the lower end of the tower section to be lifted, the connection of the upper crane part to the next following tower section or the connection between the two tower sections is released.
- the upper part of the crane or the released tower section is lifted gradually by lifting the climbing frame until a new tower section can be inserted through the open side of the climbing frame, which can then be connected in the usual way to the upper crane section and / or the tower section or sections.
- the press shoe is lowered in the middle onto the upper crossbar of a climbing association of the tower section, the climbing crossbar connected to the press shoe being supported on the corner posts of the tower section, so that the crossbar is only loaded in the vertical direction and the horizontal forces are via the climbing crossbar into the corner posts be initiated.
- the climbing structure of the tower sections consists of an upper crossbar with a central node, where the upper ends of two diagonal bars meet, the lower ends of which are articulated or fastened to the ends of the next lower crossbar in the area of the corner posts.
- the known climbing device is sufficient for the climbing towers of conventional rotating cranes.
- the support forces of the support shoes and the press shoes of the supports and hydraulic presses can become so great that deformations of the crossbars of the climbing associations can be feared.
- Chimney towers are particularly heavy, large and tall towers.
- the construction of such towers requires upper work platforms and platforms that also carry cranes, which have to be supported on towers, which also have to be extended in accordance with the construction progress.
- the towers, or at least the climbing associations of the individual tower sections would only have to be significantly strengthened so that they can absorb the supporting forces of the climbing device. It would therefore be necessary to oversize the individual tower sections only in order to be able to install tower sections that extend the tower with a climbing device.
- the object of the invention is to provide a climbing device which allows climbing without oversizing the tower even if the tower is designed for greater supporting forces.
- the invention is based initially on the knowledge that simply doubling the hydraulic presses and the supports with support shoes does not lead to greater lifting forces of the climbing frame leads because the lifting forces must be introduced into the crossbars of the climbing structures of the tower sections via two support shoes or press shoes and because two support points each lead to statically indeterminate systems in such a way that even support is only guaranteed if it is caused by deformation the cross bars have come to a balance of forces. While the balancing of forces in the press shoes can be achieved hydraulically by connecting the press cylinders, this is not possible in the case of the support shoes of the supports, which act on cross bars of climbing associations located at different heights.
- the invention thus consists not only in doubling the hydraulic presses and supports with support shoes, but in particular in that a compensation device is provided for the support shoes, which distributes the support forces evenly over both support shoes.
- This uniform distribution of the support forces makes it possible to use a climbing device with a climbing frame without overdimensioning the tower sections, which is provided with two hydraulic feeds and supports with end support shoes, which each engage different cross bars of the climbing associations of the tower section or sections.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention is the subject of claim 2.
- a uniform distribution of the support forces on the two shoes is achieved on the rocker-like compensator, which is always aligned in such a way that the support forces evenly on both loaded cross bars of the climbing association.
- the articulated connection of the compensating piece with the upper support is expediently located approximately centrally between the support shoe part and the articulated connection with the lower support.
- the tower section 1 enclosed by the climbing frame 10 of the climbing device has an approximately square cross section and consists of the corner posts 2, 3, 4, 5 which run parallel to one another and are connected to one another by rods.
- the rods located between the corner posts 2.4 form the climbing association, which consists of parallel bars 6 and diagonal bars 7, 8 which are connected to the corner posts 2.4 and whose upper ends are each connected to the cross bars 6 at their central node 9 and whose lower ends in the area of the corner posts 2, 4 are connected to the latter and the transverse bars 6 below.
- a climbing bandage is created, from which cross bars 6 are able to absorb the vertical support forces transmitted from the support shoes and press shoes in their central region.
- the remaining three sides of the tower section are formed by diagonal bars 11, 12 which run in a zigzag shape between the corner posts and are connected to one another and to the corner posts at common nodes.
- corner posts are connected to one another by cross bars that lie in a common plane.
- the climbing frame enclosing the tower section 1 also consists of four corner posts 14, 15, 16, 17, which are transverse and diagonal Rods are interconnected.
- the climbing frame 10 On its side opposite the climbing bandage 6, 7, of the tower section 1, the climbing frame 10 has an open area 18, which is used for inserting tower sections or extending tower sections. Below this open area, the climbing frame 10 can be connected to one another by detachable rods that can be removed so that, if necessary, the climbing device with the climbing frame can be lifted sideways after removal of the rods after assembly.
- the climbing frame On the side of the climbing association of the tower section 1, the climbing frame is provided with two cross bars 21, 22, which are connected at middle nodes to the lower ends of two diagonal bars 22, 23, the upper ends of which in the area of the cross bars above them and the corner posts 14, 17 are connected.
- the transverse rods 21, 22, which are supported in the middle in this way, have on their undersides articulated pieces to which the cylinders 26, 27 are articulated by hydraulic presses, the piston rods 28, 29 of which carry press shoes 30, 31 and the outer ends of the climbing beams 32, 33 in the center are connected, which are provided at their ends with downwardly projecting legs 34.
- Profiled support rods 38, 39 are articulated on both sides of the cylinder 26 of the upper press in the central region of the cross bar 20, and rocker-like compensating pieces 40, 41 are articulated at their lower ends.
- These rocker-like compensating pieces 40, 43 have approximately the basic shape of an isosceles triangle, the support rods 38, 39 being articulated in the region of the tips of the approximately triangular compensation pieces.
- the inner part of the base surface 42 of the compensating piece forms a support shoe which is supported on a crossbar of the climbing association of the tower piece 1.
- supports 46, 47 are mounted around the hinge pins 44, 45, the lower ends of which form support shoes which are supported on a lower cross bar 48 of the climbing association of the tower piece.
- the supports 38, 39 and 46, 47 are provided above the compensating pieces 40, 41 and above the support shoes with support cross members 50, 51, which are best shown in FIG. 1 can be seen and which are supported on the corner posts 14, 17 of the climbing frame.
- the distance of the compensating pieces 40, 41 from the ends of the supports 46, 47 forming the lower support shoes is selected such that the support shoe parts of the compensating pieces 40, 41 and the support shoes of the supports 46, 47 are supported on successive cross bars of the climbing association.
- the triangular compensating pieces 40, 41 form rocker-like parts which can pivot about the upper articulated connection with the supports 38, 39 in such a way that the inner support shoe part of the base and the lower support rods 46, 47 with the support shoes absorb approximately the same supporting forces.
- the climbing traverses 32, 33 are attached to the press shoes 30, 31 in such a way that the faces hang in a pendulum-like manner with an inclined position toward the inside.
- the support cross members 50, 51 are fastened to the supports 38, 39 and 46, 47 in such a way that they too hang in an inclined position directed inward.
- the press shoes and the support shoes each find their support position on the cross bars of the climbing association, without these having to be lifted.

Description
The invention relates to a climbing device for inserting and removing tower pieces or from towers of tower cranes, working platforms or the like.
consisting of a part to be lifted or lowered on the part to be lifted or lowered, for example a crane upper part, a stage base or a tower section, forming a guide piece and enclosing the tower with an at least partially open insertion side,
with a hydraulic press articulated on a crossbar of the rod assembly, the piston rod of which carries a press thrust with a climbing traverse which can be supported on the corner posts of a tower section, and
with a support articulated on the crossbar with a support cross-piece that can be supported on corner posts and an end-side support shoe.
Climbing devices of this type are usually used on tower cranes, the towers of which support the upper crane parts, depending on the construction progress, have to be extended at intervals by installing a tower section. Conversely, when dismantling the tower cranes, it is again necessary to lower the upper crane part by removing individual tower sections. Climbing devices of the type specified at the outset are known for installing and removing tower sections. Then the upper part of the crane or the released tower section is lifted gradually by lifting the climbing frame until a new tower section can be inserted through the open side of the climbing frame, which can then be connected in the usual way to the upper crane section and / or the tower section or sections. For lifting, the press shoe is lowered in the middle onto the upper crossbar of a climbing association of the tower section, the climbing crossbar connected to the press shoe being supported on the corner posts of the tower section, so that the crossbar is only loaded in the vertical direction and the horizontal forces are via the climbing crossbar into the corner posts be initiated. The climbing structure of the tower sections consists of an upper crossbar with a central node, where the upper ends of two diagonal bars meet, the lower ends of which are articulated or fastened to the ends of the next lower crossbar in the area of the corner posts. After lifting the climbing frame by one step, the support shoe of the support collapses and is supported on the crossbar of the climbing association after the press has been retracted somewhat, so that the support shoe comes to rest firmly on the crossbar. The crossbar connected to the support is supported on the corner posts of the climbing frame, so that the crossbar of the climbing association of the tower section in turn only has to absorb vertical forces and no horizontal supporting forces. As soon as the support shoe has come to rest firmly on the crossbar, the hydraulic press can be retracted so that the press shoe can lay on the next higher crossbar to lift the next step.
The design and mode of operation of the climbing device described at the outset is known, for example, from the Liebherr brochure "The large HC cranes", LBC-0181-A-01 / 90-2.d and the operating instructions belonging to the HC cranes.
The known climbing device is sufficient for the climbing towers of conventional rotating cranes. However, if the climbing towers or the upper crane parts to be lifted are larger and heavier, the support forces of the support shoes and the press shoes of the supports and hydraulic presses can become so great that deformations of the crossbars of the climbing associations can be feared.
Chimney towers are particularly heavy, large and tall towers. The construction of such towers requires upper work platforms and platforms that also carry cranes, which have to be supported on towers, which also have to be extended in accordance with the construction progress. If customary climbing devices were used for such towers, the towers, or at least the climbing associations of the individual tower sections, would only have to be significantly strengthened so that they can absorb the supporting forces of the climbing device. It would therefore be necessary to oversize the individual tower sections only in order to be able to install tower sections that extend the tower with a climbing device.
The object of the invention is to provide a climbing device which allows climbing without oversizing the tower even if the tower is designed for greater supporting forces.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in a climbing device according to the preamble of
The invention is based initially on the knowledge that simply doubling the hydraulic presses and the supports with support shoes does not lead to greater lifting forces of the climbing frame leads because the lifting forces must be introduced into the crossbars of the climbing structures of the tower sections via two support shoes or press shoes and because two support points each lead to statically indeterminate systems in such a way that even support is only guaranteed if it is caused by deformation the cross bars have come to a balance of forces. While the balancing of forces in the press shoes can be achieved hydraulically by connecting the press cylinders, this is not possible in the case of the support shoes of the supports, which act on cross bars of climbing associations located at different heights. The invention thus consists not only in doubling the hydraulic presses and supports with support shoes, but in particular in that a compensation device is provided for the support shoes, which distributes the support forces evenly over both support shoes. A preferred embodiment of the invention is the subject of
