Claims (10)

1. A climbing device for a tower crane, comprising:
a climbing frame (1);
the jacking assembly comprises a jacking oil cylinder (2) movably hinged to the climbing frame (1) and a jacking cross beam (3) connected with the jacking oil cylinder (2), and the jacking oil cylinder (2) is used for driving the jacking cross beam (3) to be separated from a previous step (92) of the standard joint (9) and move downwards when the reduction operation is carried out;
the guide assembly comprises two guide rails (4) and two guide wheels (5), the two guide wheels (5) are respectively arranged on two sides of the jacking cross beam (3), the two guide rails (4) are arranged on the climbing frame (1) in a one-to-one correspondence mode and extend along the downward moving path of the jacking cross beam (3), and the guide rails (4) are used for guiding the correspondingly arranged guide wheels (5) to move downward towards the direction close to the next step (93) of the standard joint (9) so that the jacking cross beam (3) moves downward to be hung onto the next step (93) of the standard joint (9).
2. The climbing device for a tower crane according to claim 1, wherein the guide rail (4) comprises a first vertical section (41) and an inclined section (42) which are sequentially arranged on the climbing frame (1) from top to bottom, the first vertical section (41) extends along the height direction of the climbing frame (1), and the inclined section (42) is arranged in a downward inclined extending manner from the lower end of the first vertical section (41) to the direction of the next step (93) close to the standard knot (9).

The climbing device for a tower crane according to claim 2, wherein the guide rail (4) further comprises a second vertical section (43), the second vertical section (43) is connected with the lower end of the inclined section (42) and extends downwards along the height direction of the climbing frame (1), and the joint of the inclined section (42) and the second vertical section (43) is used for being higher than the upper end of the next step (93) of the standard knot (9) or being flush with the upper end of the next step (93) of the standard knot (9).

The climbing device for a tower crane according to claim 2, wherein a guide groove (44) is formed on the guide rail (4), the guide wheel (5) is used for entering the guide groove (44) and moving in the guide groove (44), and the inclined section (42) is provided with a joint gap (45) on one side groove wall of the guide groove (44) which is used for being close to the standard joint (9).
5. Climbing device for a tower crane according to claim 1, characterized in that the guide rail (4) is formed with a guide surface (46) for abutment with the side of the guide wheel (5) remote from the standard knot (9).
6. The climbing device for a tower crane according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the guiding assembly further comprises a plurality of welding connectors (6), the plurality of welding connectors (6) are arranged at intervals and weld the guide rail (4) on the climbing frame (1).

The climbing device for a tower crane according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the guiding assembly further comprises a plurality of detachable connection members (7), the plurality of detachable connection members (7) are arranged on the guide rail (4) at intervals and detachably mount the guide rail (4) on the climbing frame (1).

The climbing device for a tower crane according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the climbing device further comprises a bolt mechanism (8), the bolt mechanism (8) comprises a telescopic driving member (82) arranged on the jacking cross beam (3) and a connecting pin (83) connected with the telescopic driving member (82), and the telescopic driving member (82) is used for driving the connecting pin (83) to be inserted into or pulled out of a pin hole on a step of the standard knot (9).

The climbing device for a tower crane according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the guide wheel (5) comprises a cantilever shaft (51) transversely protruding from a side plate (32) of the jacking cross beam (3) and a roller body (52) arranged at one end of the cantilever shaft (51) far away from the side plate (32).
10. A tower crane, characterized in that it comprises a climbing device for a tower crane according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
