In the direction of application of the adhesive strip 34 (arrow 35) behind the pressure roller 30, a web separating element which can be placed on the support roller 6 is fastened to the plate 25. A wheel 36 made of hard metal or hardened tool steel with a circumferential sharp cutting edge serves as a separating element, which is freely rotatably mounted in a fork-shaped extension of a pin 37. The wheel 36 cutting through the web 1 is attached to the plate 25 such that the dividing line runs approximately centrally through the applied adhesive strip 34.

Der Schlitten 23 wird quer über die Stützwalze 6 bewegt, wobei die Andrückrolle 30 noch solange angehoben bleibt, bis der äußere Rand der Bahnen 1 erreicht ist. Dann wird die Andrückrolle 30 gegen die Bahnen 1 gedrückt, um einen Klebemittelstreifen 34 unter Druck aufzubringen. Der Klebemittelstreifen 34 löst sich dabei von dem Trägerband 28, das in der Aufrollung 29 aufgewickelt wird. Die Vorratsrolle 26 wird durch den entstehenden Zug des Klebebandes 27 abgewickelt, die Aufrollung 29 wird mittels einer Übersetzung und einem Friktionsausgleich von der sich drehenden Vorratsrolle 26 angetrieben. Unmittelbar nach dem Auftragen des Klebemittelstreifens 34 werden die Bahnen 1 von dem Rad 36 entlang der Mitte des Klebemittelstreifens 34 durchgetrennt. So befindet sich sowohl am Bahnende als auch an den neugeschaffenen Bahnanfang ein Klebemittelstreifen 34. Beim Erreichen des anderen Randes der Bahnen 1 wird die Andrückrolle 30 etwas angehoben, dabei reißt der Klebemittelstreifen 34 durch. Der Schlitten 23 wird weiterbewegt, bis das Rad 36 die Bahnen 1 vollständig durchgetrennt hat. Claims (7)

  1. Winding machine for winding material strips (1), especially paper or cardboard strips, on winding cores
    - having a supporting or bearing cylinder (6) entwined at least partially by the strip (1),
    - having a strip cutting device and a device for applying a double-sided adhesive tab (34), which devices are disposed in the region of entwinement of the supporting or bearing cylinder (6), the cutting device containing a transversely transportable cutting element (36) which can be placed onto the entwined supporting or bearing cylinder (6),
    characterized in that next to the supporting or bearing cylinder (6) there is disposed an adhesive tape dispenser for an adhesive tape (27) having an adhesive coating adhering to a carrier tape (28), which adhesive tape dispenser contains a delivery roller (26) and a roll-up mechanism (29) for the empty carrier tape (28), the adhesive tape (27) being guided between the delivery roller (26) and the carrier tape roll-up mechanism (29), transversely to the strip (1), around a free-running thrust roller (30), which is mounted on a transversely transportable carriage (23) such that it can be thrust with the adhesive tape (27) against the entwined supporting or bearing cylinder (6), and in that the cutting element (36) is fastened to the carriage (23), in the direction of application (35) of the adhesive tab, behind the thrust roller (30).
  2. Winding machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the thrust roller (30) is mounted movably on the carriage (23), independently of the cutting element (36), against the supporting or bearing cylinder (6).
  3. Winding machine according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the delivery roller (26) and the carrier tape roll-up mechanism (29) are likewise fastened to the carriage (23).
  4. Winding machine according to Claim 3, characterized in that the delivery roller (26), jointly with the thrust roller (30), is fastened movably on the carriage (23) against the supporting or bearing cylinder (6).
  5. Winding machine according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the delivery roller (26) and the carrier tape roll-up mechanism (29) are fastened respectively to one side of the machine in fixed position.
  6. Winding machine according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized by a freely rotatably mounted wheel (36) as the cutting element, which wheel exhibits a sharp edge on its circumference and can be thrust resiliently against the supporting or bearing cylinder (6).
  7. Winding machine according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the cutting element (36) is disposed on the carriage (23) in such a way that the cutting line runs approximately centrally through the applied adhesive tab (34).
