Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Verlegen von Verblendplatten (8), die eine geschäumte Unterlage (4) umfassen, die mit einem Hohlraum versehen ist, der in der geschäumten Unterlage (4) auf mindestens zwei entgegengesetzten Seiten und vorzugsweise über ihrem Umfang gebildet ist, wobei bei diesem Verfahren die Platten (8) auf der zu bedeckenden Oberfläche auf aneinanderstoßende Weise befestigt werden, wobei sie eine Einspritzkammer (3) bilden, die bei der Verbindungsstelle der Platten mit einer Einspritzöffnung (2) versehen ist, durch die ein schäumbares Material in die Kammer (3) eingespritzt wird, wobei die Verblendplatten (8) bei mindestens zwei entgegengesetzten Kanten, und vorzugsweise bei allen Kanten der Plattenfläche, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf die zu bedeckende Oberfläche aufgebracht zu werden, abgeschrägt sind, um bei der Verbindungsstelle der Platten einen Überdruck-Zwischenraum (5) zu bilden, damit sich der überschüssige Anteil des in die Einspritzkammer (3) eingefüllten, schäumbaren Materials auf der Rückseite der Platte ausbreiten kann.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schäumbare Material ein einkomponentiger Polyurethanschaum ist.
  3. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verblendplatte (8) Plättchen (1) aus Ziegelstein, Naturkalkstein, Bruchstein oder Ersatzmaterialien umfaßt, die in einer geschäumten Unterlage (4) mit Zwischenräumen (6) angeordnet sind, die gewöhnlichen Fugen entsprechen; die aus Sand bestehen, der durch das Material der geschäumten Unterlage gebunden ist, das auf seiner Rückseite vorzugsweise mit einem Blatt Papier (7) oder dergleichen versehen ist.
  4. Verblendplatte zur Verwirklichung des Verfahrens gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die eine geschäumte Unterlage (4) umfaßt, und auf mindestens zwei entgegengesetzten Seiten mit einem Hohlraum versehen ist, und zwar auf eine solche Weise, daß zwei identische Platten, die auf der zu bedeckenden Oberfläche auf aneinanderstoßende Weise verlegt werden, daraus eine Einspritzkammer (3) bilden, die an der Verbindungsstelle der Platten mit einer Einspritzöffnung (2) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie bei mindestens zwei entgegengesetzten Kanten der Plattenfläche, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf die zu bedeckende Oberfläche aufgebracht zu werden, abgeschrägt ist, um mit einer identischen, auf aneinanderstoßende Weise verlegten Platte einen Überdruck-Zwischenraum (5) zu bilden, damit sich der überschüssige Anteil des in die Einspritzkammer (3) eingefüllten, schäumbaren Materials auf der Rückseite der Platte ausbreiten kann.
  5. Verblendplatte gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie über ihren ganzen Umfang mit einem Hohlraum versehen ist.
  6. Verblendplatte gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie bei allen Kanten der Plattenfläche, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf die zu bedeckende Oberfläche aufgebracht zu werden, abgeschrägt ist.
  7. Verblendplatte gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Plättchen aus Ziegelstein, Naturkalkstein, Bruchstein oder Ersatzmaterialien umfaßt, die in einer geschäumten Unterlage mit Zwischenräumen angeordnet sind, die gewöhnlichen Fugen entsprechen, die aus Sand bestehen, der durch das Material der geschäumten Unterlage gebunden ist.
  8. Verblendplatte gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie auf ihrer Rückseite mit einem Blatt Papier oder dergleichen versehen ist.
