Definitions

  • the invention relates to an installation block with a frame frame, which is connected to a support frame that can be supported on a bare floor, to which at least one sanitary body and supply and disposal lines are attached, while fittings, lines, etc. and, if necessary, embedded in the frame frame in sound-insulating material a cistern is arranged, the front of the installation block by one or more, for. B. is formed as a plaster or tile support cover elements, of which at least one is fastened in folds on the frame frame.
  • Such an installation block is known from DE-PS 38 00 840.
  • the cover element which closes the front of the installation block approximately above the height of the frame and is fastened to the frame on three sides in folds, consists of an expanded metal grid panel that also serves as a plaster or tile support.
  • This expanded metal lattice panel is a relatively unstable component that cannot make any significant contribution to stiffening the frame frame or increasing its static strength.
  • Another Disadvantage of this known solution is that through the expanded metal grille, the soundproofing insulating material, which is located within the frame frame for embedding fittings, lines, etc., can easily escape or, depending on the nature of the insulating material, also trickle out.
  • a suitable stable, slotted or perforated, flat sheet metal plate can be used to remedy the first-mentioned defect.
  • such cannot be permanently and securely fastened in the folds on the frame frame and, as a simple perforated or slotted plate, it cannot prevent the insulation material from escaping.
  • the invention has for its object to provide an installation block in which the above disadvantages are avoided and which has at least one cover element which can be reliably fastened in the folds on the frame frame, which increases the static strength of the frame frame and the undesired leakage of insulating material from the installation block in Significantly reduced compared to the prior art.
  • the above object is achieved in that the cover element fastened to the frame frame consists of a thin-walled metal plate with slot bridge perforations, and that edge-side bridge sections of the slot bridge holes partially or completely engage in the folds on the frame frame and accordingly over their engagement length when pressing the metal plate into the folds reshaped clamping sections in the Form folds that reinforce the clamping connection between the metal plate and the frame.
  • the material thickness of the metal plate can easily be chosen so that it contributes to a significant increase in the static strength of the frame.
  • the slot bridge perforations in the metal plate also advantageously lead to a noticeable reduction in the leakage or trickling out of insulating materials from the installation block compared to the prior art.
  • Embodiments of the invention emerge from the subclaims.
  • a preferred embodiment of the invention results from claim 2.
  • This solution prevents sharp-edged parts on the outer edges of the metal plate, which otherwise pose a risk of injury to personnel when assembling the installation block.
  • the thin-walled metal plate fixed to the frame and serving as a cover element expediently consists of a sheet steel plate with a material thickness of approximately 0.7 mm to 0.8 mm.
  • the steel sheet has a material thickness of 0.75 mm.
  • the bridge sections of the slot bridge perforations expediently have a length of approximately 22 mm, a width of approximately 5 mm and a height of approximately 3 mm.
  • a metal plate or sheet steel plate with such slotted bridge perforations is preferably used because it also perfectly fulfills its purpose as a plaster or tile support, and the tiles can be laid using the so-called thin-bed method (adhesive method).
  • the installation block 10 has a frame frame 11 in the form of an inverted U, on the two vertical parts 11a, 11b of which a support frame 12 is attached below is.
  • This support frame 12 comprises two vertical rails 13 with a substantially U-shaped cross section, at the lower ends of which a cross member 14 is welded. Height-adjustable threaded bolts 15 are arranged on the outside of this crossbeam 14, and foot plates 16 are welded to the lower ends of them for fastening to the respective raw floor.
  • the support frame 12 serves to hold a sanitary body, which in FIG. 2 is partly in dash-dotted lines, for example as a toilet bowl 9 is indicated.
  • the toilet bowl 9 is of a within the frame frame 11 in sound-insulating material, for. B.
  • Rockwool embedded cistern 17 is supplied with flushing water via a flushing pipe 8, which is also surrounded by the insulating material. Behind the support frame 12 there is a so-called assembly space for a drain elbow 18 for the waste water from the toilet bowl 9 below the frame frame 11. This drain elbow 18 is held by a pipe clamp 6 which is fastened to the support frame 12. The flushing pipe 8 is fixed by a pipe clamp 7, which is also attached to the support frame 12.
  • the front of the installation block 10 is closed off by a cover element 19 fastened to the frame frame 11 on three sides and by a lower cover element 20 fastened to the support frame 12.
  • the cover element 20 closes off the mounting space below the frame frame 11 behind the support frame 12 and is screwed to it.
  • the fastening screws for the cover element 20 are screwed into bores 21, which are worked out in the exemplary embodiment in the lower cross member 14 and an upper cross member 22 which extends between the lower ends of the vertical parts 11a 11b of the frame frame 11.
  • the lower cover element 20 consists of a steel plate with so-called slot bridge perforations 23, which can be the same or different from the slot bridge perforations 23 in the upper cover element 19 described below.
  • a steel sheet with a material thickness of 0.75 mm is preferably used as the upper cover element 19. However, this material thickness can vary in a range from approximately 0.7 mm to approximately 0.8 mm.
  • This steel sheet is the same as the other metallic parts of the installation block 10 with a zinc coating as a rust protection skin and it already shows mentioned slot bridge perforations 23 (Fig. 3).
  • the slot bridge perforations 23 contain bridge sections 25 which protrude over one (front) side of the sheet steel plate and whose cross section is essentially in the form of a flat U. The two legs of each bridge section 25 merge into the sheet steel plate on the inside and extend at an acute angle to the sheet steel plate.
  • the bridge sections 25 each have z. B. a length L of about 22 mm, a width B of about 5 mm and a height H of about 3 mm.
  • the slot bridge perforations 23 are parallel and offset in numerous vertical rows and from row to row, the bridge sections 25 of adjacent vertical rows overlapping.
  • the slot bridge perforations 23 also come close to the outer edges of the steel sheet, but do not cut them. This means that all edge-side bridge sections 25 are also complete.
  • the frame 11 is composed of the vertical parts 11a and 11b of the same cross section and an upper horizontal part 11c. All parts 11a - 11c of the frame frame 11 are provided on their outer side with a fold 26 over their entire length, which serve for the clamping fastening of the cover element 19 on three sides.
  • the bridge sections 25 which partially or completely engage in the folds 26 are reshaped over their respective engagement length in order to form clamping sections 25a in the folds 26, which are only very slightly on the outside or the front of the steel sheet protruding.
  • the upper cover element 19 is mounted so that the bridge sections 25 of the slot bridge perforations 23 protrude outwards (FIG. 3), so that the cover element 19 can simultaneously be used as a plaster or tile support. Furthermore, the arrangement is such that the outside of the upper cover element 19 is substantially flush with the outside of the lower cover element 20.
  • An embodiment of the invention is also provided which has only a single covering element which extends over the overall height of the installation block.
  • the latter can have a hinged part in the area of the assembly space.
  • This cover element consists of a sheet steel plate with a thickness of z. B. 0.75 mm and contains the same slot bridge perforations 23rd
