Abstract

The invention relates to flat steel concrete anchors for precast concrete parts, which customarily comprise a connecting region, lying close to the surface of the precast concrete part and having an opening for a hoist, and an anchoring region, lying deeper in the precast concrete part and possessing, at at least one point, portions which project from the plane of the flat steel and through which saddle-mounting faces directed substantially transversely with respect to the loading direction are formed for the concrete. These projecting portions are formed by hook-shaped bends which are at the same time intended to grip round reinforcement bars or secondary reinforcement bars. As a result of this shape, the flat steel concrete anchors are dependent, with respect to their position, on the direction of the secondary reinforcement bar, which can lead to problems in particular with very narrow concrete parts. The flat steel concrete anchor is to be provided in the anchoring region of the flat steel with an opening (5), beside which run lateral webs (6, 7) which are arched in opposite directions out of the plane of the flat steel by deformation. As a result of this shape, the opening is to have, in addition to the opening cross-section existing orthogonally to the flat steel plane, also an opening cross-section parallel to the flat steel plane. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a flat steel concrete anchor for precast concrete of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.

Such a flat steel concrete anchor is known for example from DE-C 39 04 772. The flat steel part in this embodiment has at least two sections in the anchoring area, which are shaped in opposite directions to form hook-shaped bends and, seen in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing bar to be inserted, form an essentially closed shape. Although the known arrangement offers sufficiently large saddle surfaces for the concrete and also a good connection to the reinforcing bar, the orientation of the flat steel concrete anchor is always tied to the direction in which the reinforcing bar or the additional iron runs.

It is the object of the present invention to provide a flat steel concrete anchor of the generic type which is simpler and cheaper to manufacture. In addition, in a preferred embodiment, the anchor should not be tied to the direction and position of reinforcing bars or additional bars.

This object is achieved in a generic flat steel concrete anchor by the characterizing features of claim 1.

The main advantages of the invention can be seen in particular in the fact that the flat steel concrete anchor forms a closed force corner in its anchoring area, which can withstand extremely high loads. In addition, only simple stamping and embossing processes can be carried out, which enable precise series production with simple means. Finally, it should be emphasized that the flat steel concrete anchor according to the invention can be used with or without additional iron, since the saddle surfaces can also transmit the anchoring forces within certain limits and that the arrangement of the flat steel concrete anchor in the concrete part is completely independent of the direction of the additional iron, provided that this is for the Interaction with the flat steel concrete anchor are provided.

So that the load on the saddle surfaces is even and the forces are evenly transmitted from the flat steel concrete anchor to the concrete part, it is advantageous to arch the side webs symmetrically out of the flat steel level. The opening in the anchoring area is preferably formed by a punched hole with an elongated shape, the longer extension of which extends in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the flat steel. The elongated shape of the opening results in a corresponding length of the webs, so that the webs can be curved without excessive tensile stress in the material.

In order to ensure that, with a corresponding load, a secure load pick-up is guaranteed within the anchoring area, it is proposed according to a further embodiment of the subject matter that the distance of the opening in the anchoring area from the end of the flat steel corresponds at least to the distance that the opening for the hoist from the end the connection area is distant. In addition, the distance of the opening arranged in the anchoring area from the end of the flat steel should be greater than the width of each of the webs arranged on the side of the opening.

Due to the shape of the opening in the anchoring area specified in claim 1, it is possible to carry out one or more additional iron in any direction. So that the flat steel concrete anchor is securely held on an additional iron running in the plane of the flat steel concrete anchor, but transversely to this, even before it is embedded in the concrete, the opening in this direction should have a corresponding cross-section through which the flat steel surrounds the additional iron in a form-fitting manner. In order to achieve this shape, it is considered particularly suitable that the opening cross section in the parallel to the flat steel plane has a width which corresponds at least approximately to the thickness of the flat steel. So that several allowance irons can be easily guided through a common opening in the anchoring area, it is proposed that the elongated hole have a shorter extension transversely to the longitudinal axis, which is at least 0.3 times and at most 0.6 times, preferably approximately 0.35 -fold to 0.5 times the longer extension. It is assumed that this shorter extension of the elongated hole or opening is not much larger than the diameter of the additional iron.

The shape of the opening in the anchoring area can be that of an oval or an ellipse, seen in the top view of the flat steel. It is proposed as particularly suitable that the opening, viewed in plan view of the flat steel, has the shape of an elongated hole with parallel side edges and semicircular end sections.

The flat steel concrete anchor 1 shown in Fig. 1 has a connection area 2 with an opening 3 for hanging a - not shown in the drawing - hoist and an anchoring area 4, which is embedded, for example, in a precast concrete part. The anchoring area 4 has an opening 5, in addition to which there are lateral webs 6 and 7. These webs 6 and 7 run parallel to a longitudinal central axis 8. However, they are arched out of the plane of the flat steel, in opposite directions, i.e. in relation to the flat steel plane, the web 6 is curved downwards and the web 7 is curved upwards. This curvature of the webs 6 and 7 ensures that the opening 5 also has an opening cross section parallel to the flat steel plane in addition to the opening cross section which is present orthogonally to the flat steel plane. In addition, saddle surfaces 9 and 10 for the concrete are formed by the curvatures of the webs 6 and 7, which are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the longitudinal central axis 8 and thus lead to a uniform force distribution under load.

Fig. 2 shows the side view of the flat steel concrete anchor 1 with its connection area 2, the anchoring area 4 and the openings 3 and 5. From this side view, the oppositely curved shape of the webs 6 and 7 with their saddle surfaces 9 and 10 can be seen. In the direction parallel to the flat steel plane, the opening 5 has an opening cross section with a clear width W, which in the example in FIG. 2 is slightly larger than the thickness D of the flat steel. This opening cross-section enables an additional iron or reinforcing bar to be carried out at least approximately parallel to the flat steel plane.

Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Abstand A geringfügig größer als die Strecke S.3a and 3b each show a top view of the flat steel concrete anchor 1, the flat steel concrete anchor in FIG. 3a having an opening 5 'formed as an elongated hole with two parallel side edges 11 and end semicircles 12 and that in FIG. 3b an oval opening 5' 'owns. In the connection area 2, the opening 3 for hanging a hook or the like is provided, which is arranged in a distance S from the end of the flat steel. The opening 5 'or 5' 'has a longer axis L which extends in the longitudinal direction of the flat steel concrete anchor 1 and a shorter axis 1 which runs transversely to the axis L. The extension of the shorter axis 1 in FIG. 3a is 0.35 times the longer axis L. In contrast, the shorter axis 1 in FIG. 3b is 0.5 times the longer axis L. The width of the webs 6 and 7 is labeled B. The distance A of the opening 5 'or 5' 'from the end of the anchoring area 4 should correspond at least to the distance S. In the exemplary embodiment, the distance A is slightly larger than the distance S.

Im übrigen stimmen die Bezugszeichen in Fig. 4 für gleiche Teile mit denjenigen in Fig. 1 überein.FIG. 4 shows a flat steel concrete anchor 1 in a perspective view as in FIG. 1, but with a bent additional iron 13 led through the opening 5. Otherwise, the reference symbols in FIG. 4 correspond to those in FIG. 1 for identical parts.

The allowance iron 14 runs orthogonally to the plane of the flat steel and the allowance iron 15 in the flat steel plane, the allowance iron 15 lying in the curvatures of the webs 6 and 7, respectively. Crossed by the arranged additional iron 14 and 15, the flat steel concrete anchor 1 is already securely positioned before embedding in the concrete, so that additional securing of the position is not required.

Finally, in a further exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 6, the possibility is also described of providing a third additional iron 16, as a result of which an even more favorable force distribution within the precast concrete part is achieved when it is lifted by a lifting device.

The connection area 2 protrudes into a hemispherical depression 18 on the surface of the concrete pipe 17, so that the opening 3 in the connection area 2 is easily accessible. The anchoring area 4 is embedded in the concrete pipe and two additional iron 19 and 20 extend through the opening 5 in the anchoring area 4. Here, the additional iron 19 is arranged in the plane of the flat steel and the additional iron 20 runs in an arc shape corresponding to the curvature of the concrete pipe 17 and thus occurs approximately at a right angle to the flat steel plane through opening 5.
