Description

  • La présente invention concerne un panneau de signalisation de simple police ou de signalisation directionnelle du type caisson comprenant une façade avant et une façade arrière.
  • Les panneaux de type caisson comportant à la fois une façade avant et une façade arrière sont connus. L'assemblage de ces panneaux sur le profil d'assemblage ou de ceinture est généralement réalisé par emboutissage et éventuellement pliage (FR-A-2 580 537) ou par repoussage sur tour hydraulique. Ces techniques engendrent la plupart du temps une rétreinte et/ou une déformation de la matière qui limitent l'utilisation d'un produit anodisé ou décoré.
  • Le but de la présente invention est donc de proposer un panneau de type caisson dont les façades avant et arrière sont réunies au moyen d'un profil définissant la forme du panneau, l'assemblage étant réalisé sans qu'il soit nécessaire de déformer le profil.
  • Un autre but de l'invention est de proposer des moyens de fixation du panneau sur son support qui sont externes au panneau, évitant ainsi toute modification de ce dernier, et qui permettent un ajustage et une orientation aisés de la position du panneau par rapport à son support.
  • L'invention concerne à cet effet un panneau de signalisation de type caisson comprenant une façade arrière et une façade avant, panneau qui comporte un profil de ceinture du caisson muni de deux ailes prolongées chacune par une lèvre périphérique externe délimitant avec l'aile respective une collerette latérale destinée à recevoir la périphérie de la façade du panneau respectif, lesdites façades étant fixées par collage sur l'une des faces de chaque collerette latérale respective.
  • Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, les lèvres périphériques du profil sont prolongées de manière à délimiter également une cavité à section sensiblement trapézoïdale ou rectangulaire qui constitue une rainure de montage pour des moyens de fixation du panneau sur un support. Cette forme de réalisation particulière de l'invention permet un démontage et un montage rapides du panneau sur son support tout en simplifiant son ajustage et son orientation. De plus, elle facilite le nettoyage de la face arrière du panneau qui est généralement extrêmement sollicitée au niveau des dégradations.
  • D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront encore à la lecture de la description détaillée qui suit et des dessins joints, lesquels description et dessins étant donnés surtout à titre d'exemple. Dans ces dessins :
       La figure 1 représente une vue en coupe simplifiée du profil équipé d'une façade avant et arrière ; la figure 2 représente une vue en coupe simplifiée des moyens de fixation du panneau sur un support ; la figure 3 représente une vue éclatée en perspective du panneau prêt à être fixé sur son support.
  • Conformément aux figures 1 et 2, le panneau de signalisation comprend une façade avant 5a et une façade arrière 5b destinées à être assemblées ensemble au moyen du profil de ceinture 1. Ce profil est muni de deux ailes 2 prolongées chacune par une lèvre périphérique externe 3 délimitant avec les ailes 2 deux collerettes latérales 4. Ces deux collerettes latérales 4 ont pour fonction de recevoir les façades avant et arrière du panneau qui sont fixées sur le profil de ceinture par collage au moyen par exemple d'un ruban adhésif 11 double face ou par opposition d'un filet de colle. La mise en oeuvre de ce moyen particulier d'assemblage des façades du panneau permet d'éviter toute dégradation du décor porté par au moins une de ces façades du panneau.
  • Pour permettre la fixation du panneau sur son support, les lèvres périphériques 3 du profil sont prolongées de manière à délimiter une cavité 6 à section sensiblement trapézoïdale ou rectangulaire qui constitue une rainure de montage. Cette rainure de montage permet l'emprisonnement des moyens de fixation 7 du panneau sur son support. Ces moyens de fixation peuvent affecter une forme quelconque. Un exemple de réalisation est fourni dans les figures 2 et 3. Dans cet exemple particulier, les moyens de fixation 7 sont constitués par des griffes qui présentent un taraudage borgne 13 à l'intérieur duquel pénètre une pièce filetée ou vis 14 qui traverse également les lèvres périphériques d'une bride 15, ladite bride enchassant le support 8 de panneau. Le support de panneau affecte généralement, dans ce cas, la forme d'un profilé rectangulaire. Les griffes sont, conformément à la figure 2, encliquetées entre une des ailes 2 du profilé et sa lèvre périphérique interne, à l'intérieur de la rainure de montage 6, au moyen d'une portion en saillie en forme de nez. Il est à noter que cette rainure de montage 6, outre ses caractéristiques techniques, peut présenter un aspect esthétique intéressant par insertion d'un élément de décoration tel qu'une bande couleur à l'intérieur de ladite rainure.
  • Quand au profil lui-même, de préférence en alliage léger anidosé, il est formé à la géométrie du panneau par cintrage sur machines automatiques. Il est formé avec lui-même au moyen d'une éclisse (non représentée) qui coopère avec les ailes 2 et, éventuellement, les ailes périphériques internes 10 du profil 1. Ces ailes internes 10 du profil sont obtenues par le prolongement des ailes 2 du profil de ceinture au-delà de l'âme 9 du profil 1. L'adaptation de l'éclisse se fait par exemple par matage ou collage à l'intérieur du profil 1.
  • L'invention ne se limite pas aux formes de réalisation citées ci-dessus mais englobe au contraire un certain nombre de variantes qui demeurent dans le cadre de l'invention.

Claims (8)

  1. Panneau de signalisation de type caisson comprenant une façade arrière et une façade avant, panneau qui comporte un profil de ceinture (1) du caisson muni de deux ailes (2) prolongées chacune par une lèvre périphérique externe (3) délimitant avec l'aile (2) correspondante une collerette latérale (4a, 4b) destinée à recevoir la périphérie de la façade du panneau (5a, 5b) respectif, lesdites façades (5a, 5b) étant fixées par collage sur l'une des faces de chaque collerette latérale (4a, 4b) respective.
  2. Panneau de signalisation selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les lèvres périphériques (3) sont prolongées de manière à délimiter une cavité (6) à section sensiblement trapézoïdale ou rectangulaire qui constitue une rainure de montage pour des moyens de fixation (7) du panneau sur un support.
  3. Panneau de signalisation selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que les ailes (2) du profil de ceinture (1) sont prolongées chacune vers l'intérieur au-delà de l'âme (9) du profil (1).
  4. Panneau de signalisation selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que lesdites ailes (2) sont prolongées chacune par une aile périphérique interne (10).
  5. Panneau de signalisation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le profil de ceinture (1) est maintenu fermé au moyen d'une éclisse qui coopère avec les ailes internes (10) du profil de ceinture (1).
  6. Panneau de signalisation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que les façades (5a,5b) du panneau sont respectivement fixées par collage sur l'une des faces de chaque collerette latérale (4a,4b) au moyen d'un ruban adhésif (11) double face ou d'un filet de colle.
  7. Panneau de signalisation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation (7) du panneau au support (8) sont constitués par des griffes.
  8. Panneau de signalisation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de décoration est inséré dans la rainure de montage (6).
