Claims (11)
- Procédé d'alimentation en air de combustion, pour la combustion sur grille, par lequel l'air primaire de combustion est introduit à travers le combustible et l'air secondaire de combustion est introduit directement dans le courant des gaz de combustion, et par lequel, en outre, une partie des gaz de combustion est dérivée et ramenée de nouveau dans le cycle de combustion, par lequel les gaz de combustion sont aspirés, juste au-dessus du combustible, dans la zone d'une proportion élevée d'air primaire non utilisée, et ramenés dans l'air de combustion, caractérisé en ce que l'air de combustion peut être réduit en fonction de la quantité de gaz de combustion mélangée avec l'air de combustion, en ce que tout le débit de gaz de combustion peut être réduit dans la proportion de la quantité aspirée dans la zone arrière du foyer et réintroduite dans l'air de combustion.

- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la quantité de gaz de combustion aspirée correspond en volume à celle de l'air primaire de combustion, qui est amenée à la grille de combustion dans les zones arrières d'air primaire qui présentent une forte proportion d'air primaire de combustion non utilisée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la quantité de gaz de combustion aspirée est inférieure en volume à la quantité d'air primaire de combustion, qui est amenée à la grille de combustion dans les zones arrières d'air primaire, qui présentent une forte proportion d'air primaire de combustion non utilisée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la quantité de gaz de combustion aspirée est supérieure en volume à la quantité d'air primaire de combustion, qui est amenée à la grille de combustion, dans les zones arrières d'air primaire, qui présentent une forte proportion d'air primaire de combustion non utilisée.
- Installation de combustion pour la réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2 avec une grille de combustion (5), une installation (7 à 11) sous la grille de combustion (5) pour l'amenée d'air primaire de combustion à travers la grille de combustion (5), ainsi que les tuyères (21, 22) débouchant dans la chambre de combustion (14) au-dessus de la grille de combustion (5) pour l'amenée d'air de combustion secondaire, installation dans laquelle est prévue au moins une conduite d'aspiration de gaz de combustion (23, 24) dans la chambre de combustion (14) au-dessus de la grille de combustion (5), caractérisée en ce que la conduite d'aspiration (24) est reliée avec le côté aspiration d'un ventilateur (25) et dont le côté refoulement est relié avec une conduite (13) pour air de combustion primaire par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite (26).
- Installation de combustion pour la réalisation du procédé selon les revendications 1 et 3 ou 4 avec une grille de combustion (5), une installation (7 à 11) sous la grille de combustion (5) pour l'amenée d'air primaire de combustion à travers la grille de combustion (5), ainsi que les tuyères (21, 22) débouchant dans la chambre de combustion (14) au-dessus de la grille de combustion (5) pour l'amenée d'air secondaire de combustion, installation dans laquelle est prévue au moins une conduite d'aspiration (23, 24) de gaz de combustion dans la chambre de combustion (14) au-dessus de la grille de combustion (5), caractérisée en ce que le côté aspiration d'un ventilateur (25) exclusivement est relié avec la conduite d'aspiration (24) et dont le côté refoulement est relié aux tuyères (21, 22), débouchant dans la chambre de combustion (14) au-dessus de la grille de combustion (5) par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite (26) pour l'amenée d'air secondaire de combustion.
- Installation de combustion pour la réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'aspiration (23) de la conduite d'aspiration (24) est prévue sur au moins une paroi latérale (18) de la chambre de combustion (14), au-dessus de la grille de combustion (5).
- Installation de combustion pour la réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture d'aspiration (23) de la conduite d'aspiration (24) est prévue sur la face arrière (17) de la chambre de combustion (14) au-dessus de la grille de combustion.
