Abstract
Invenţia se referă la tehnologia chimică a combustibililor, în particular la procedeele de prelucrare a materiei prime ce conţine carbon, inclusiv a deşeurilor menajere, prin piroliza şi gazificarea componentei organice a materiei prime, şi poate fi aplicată în industriile chimică, a combustibililor şi energetică.Procedeul de prelucrare termochimică a materiei prime ce conţine carbon include încărcarea materiei prime în camera de uscat ermetică; reîncărcarea materiei prime uscate în reactorul de tip mină; formarea în reactor a unei coloane de materie primă permeabilă la gaze; iniţierea arderii materiei prime în partea de fund a reactorului, în care materia primă se află consecutiv în zonele de încălzire-uscare completă, piroliză, cocsificare, ardere-gazificare şi răcire; instalarea fluxului de abur şi gaz prin materia primă prin debitarea agentului ce conţine oxigen - aerului şi vaporilor de apă în zona de răcire; evacuarea din partea superioară a reactorului a produselor gazoase şi lichide ale prelucrării sub formă de produs-gaz, iar din partea de fund - a produselor solide ale prelucrării; reglarea volumului şi vitezei insuflării aerului cu abur şi/sau volumului şi vitezei evacuării produsului-gaz şi/sau cantităţii de produse solide descărcate ale prelucrării şi/sau cantităţii de materie primă încărcată în reactor pentru menţinerea temperaturii în zona de ardere de 900…1200°C, în zona de cocsificare de 850…950°C, în zona de piroliză de 550…600°C,a temperaturii produsului-gaz evacuat din reactor de300…350°C. Totodată, la debitarea din reactor a produsului-gaz în camera de uscat materia primă se încălzeşte până la temperatura de 200…300°C, iar produsul-gaz se evacuează din camera de uscat la temperatura de 150…200°C.
