Claims (16)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Formen eines Bandmaterials, ausgestattet mit
    - einem Träger (10) zur Aufnahme mindestens eines Bundes dieses Bandmaterials;
    - einer Bandzuführvorrichtung (14) mit Zuführwalzen (64,66) zur Zuführung des Bandmaterials (30) von einem auf dem Träger (10) gelagerten Bund (28) dieses Bandmaterials;
    - einer an der Bandzuführvorrichtung (14) angeordneten Schneidvorrichtung (72,74) zum Abschneiden einer vorbestimmten Länge des Bandmaterials (30), während dieses zugeführt wird;
    - mindestens einer Walzformeinheit (16), die mit Formwalzen (16) ausgestattet und lösbar so an die Bandzuführvorrichtung (14) angrenzend angeordnet ist, daß sie das von dieser kommende, zugeschnittene Bandmaterial in Längsrichtung abnimmt;
    - einem Mittel (42) zum Antrieb der Zuführwalzen (64,66) sowie einem Mittel zum Antrieb der Formwalzen (16), wobei dieser letztgenannte Antrieb von den Zuführwalzen (64,66) abgeleitet ist;
    wobei das Bandmaterial (30) beim Betrieb der Vorrichtung in seinem Querschnitt durch die Formwalzen (16) umgeformt wird und die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Formwalzen mindestens ebenso hoch wie die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Zuführwalzen (64,66) ist.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Antriebsmittel (42) an der Zuführeinheit (14) montiert ist und bewirkt, daß die Walzen der mindestens einen Walzformeinheit (16) mit derselben Umfangsgeschwindigkeit angetrieben werden wie die Walzen der Bandzufuhreinheit (14).
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Zuführeinheit (14) ein von dem Antriebsmittel (42) angetriebenes Abtriebsritzel (52) aufweist, das sich mit einem Antriebsritzel (58) der Walzformeinheit (16) in Eingriff bringen läßt, und die Teilkreise dieser Ritzel eine gemeinsame Tangente aufweisen, die auf den aneinandergrenzenden Endflächen der Zuführeinheit (14) bzw. Walzformeinheit (16) liegt.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, wobei das Antriebsmittel (42) einen Motor (42) umfaßt, der ein flexibles Antriebselement (46) antreibt, und dieses um mehrere Räder läuft, welche die Zuführwalzen und die Antriebswalze in eine Drehbewegung versetzen.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Zuführeinheit überdies eine BandlängenAufzeichnungseinheit (67) umfaßt, die ein Signal erzeugt, sobald der Zuführeinheit (15) eine vorbestimmte Länge des Bandmaterials zugeführt wurde.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, die zudem über eine der Schneidvorrichtung zugeordnete Kupplung (50) verfügt, die sich über das vorgenannte Signal betätigen läßt.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei es sich bei der Schneidvorrichtung (72,74) um eine Drehschneidvorrichtung handelt.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei diese Drehschneidvorrichtung (72,74) eine erste Walze (74) mit einem an deren Umfang angeordneten Klinge (86), eine zweite Walze (72) mit einer entsprechenden Umfangsnut (84) und Mittel zur Lagerung dieser Walzen zum Zwecke ihrer gegenläufiger Drehung aufweist, und wobei eine dieser Walzen (72) so außermittig gelagert ist, daß in einer Drehstellung das Bandmaterial (30) ungehindert zwischen der ersten (74) und zweiten (72) Walze hindurchlaufen kann und nach der Herausdrehung aus dieser Stellung die Klinge (86) mit dem Bandmaterial (30) in Berührung gebracht wird, um dieses abzuschneiden.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die mindestens eine Walzformeinheit (16) zu einem Satz vergleichbarer Einheiten gehört, die sich wahlweise an der Bandzuführeinheit (14) ansetzen lassen, um dem gewalzten Bandmaterial ein unterschiedliches Profil zu verleihen.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Träger (10) für einen Bund des Bandmaterials eine im wesentlichen waagerechte Auflagefläche aufweist, auf der der Bund so befestigt wird, daß seine Achse senkrecht verläuft.
  11. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10, wobei mehrere horizontale Träger zur Aufnahme mehrerer Bunde vorgesehen sind, von denen sich ein jeweils ausgewähltes Bandmaterial zuführen läßt.
  12. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10 oder 11, wobei eine Bandführung (12) vorgesehen ist, die die Lage des Bandmaterials so verändert, daß dieses beim Eintritt in die Zuführeinheit (14) in der waagerechten Ebene liegt.
  13. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens eine Walze der mindestens einen Walzformeinheit eine Welle mit einem darauf angeordneten Längskeil, zwei endseitige Walzenteile (104, 104) mit jeweils einer mit diesem Längskeil zusammenwirkenden Keilnut (120), Mittel zur lösbaren Verriegelung dieser endseitigen Walzenteile (104,108) in einem axial verschieblichen Zustand auf der Welle sowie mindestens ein zylindrisches Mittelteil (106) aufweist, das auf dieser Welle zwischen den endseitigen Walzenteilen befestigt ist und ebenfalls über eine mit dem Längskeil zusammenwirkende Keilnut verfügt.
  14. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 13, wobei das mindestens eine zylindrische Mittelteil ein Paar halbzylindrischer Mantelmittelteile (114a, 114b) umfaßt, die jeweils an einem ihrer axialen Enden einen Fortsatz oder eine Vertiefung (16) aufweisen, und wobei die Stirnfläche des endseitigen Walzenteils, das diesem einen axialen Ende entspricht, einen entsprechenden Fortsatz bzw. eine entsprechende Vertiefung aufweist, und zwar dergestalt, daß die Fortsätze in die Vertiefungen eingreifen und die Mantelteile in ihrer Lage fixieren, wenn das genannte Mantelteil-Paar gegen das endseitige Walzenteil geklemmt wird.
  15. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 13 oder 14, ausgestattet mit mindestens zwei Paaren halbzylindrischer Mantelmittelteile (112a,112b;114a,114b), die auf der genannten Welle zwischen den endseitigen Walzenteilen (104,108) montiert sind, wobei die Mantelteile eines Paares (112a,112b) an einem axialen Ende jeweils einen Fortsatz (118) aufweisen und die Mantelteile des anderen Paares (114,114b) an der den Mantelteilen dieses vorgenannten Paares gegenüberliegenden Seite jeweils mit einer Vertiefung (116) ausgestattet und die Keilnuten (120,122) in den Mantelteilen um 190° versetzt sind, und wobei [die Fortsätze in die entsprechenden Vertiefungen eingreifen und] die Mantelteile in ihrer Lage fixieren, wenn die genannten Mantelteil-Paare geklemmt werden.
  16. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 14 oder 15, wobei die Fortsätze (118) und Vertiefungen (116) halbkreisförmige Randansätze bzw. Nuten umfassen.
