Claims (10)
- Sensor zur Kontrolle der Sekundärkühlung einer Stranggießmaschine, welche Sekundärkühlungsgalerien (21) aufweist, die mit Wasserdiffusoren versehen sind und in den die Rollen (23) trennenden Fächern (32) angeordnet sind, wobei der Sensor so bewegt wird, daß er vor den Kühlgalerien (21) vorbeiläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er durch einen dichten Raum (1) mit reduziertem Volumen gebildet ist, welcher eine Wand (3) aus isolierendem Material aufweist, die mit einer thermisch leitenden Steckstelle (12) versehen ist, die so angeordnet ist, daß sie den Kühlgalerien (21) beim Umlaufen des Sensors zugekehrt ist, wobei die anderen Wände des Raumes (1) thermisch isolierend sind, dadurch, daß wenigstens ein elektrischer Heizwiderstand (6, 7) in dem Raum angeordnet ist, daß der oder die Widerstände (6, 7) so gesteuert werden, daß die Temperatur in dem Raum auf einen Sollwert geregelt wird, und daß er einen in dem abgedichteten Raum angeordneten Temperatursensor (11) aufweist.
- Sensor zur Kontrolle der Sekundärkühlung einer Stranggießmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Temperatursensor (11) durch eine integrierte Schaltung gebildet ist.
- Sensor zur Kontrolle der Sekundärkühlung einer Stranggießmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zwei in dem Raum angeordnete elektrische Heizwiderstände aufweist, einen Widerstand (6) geringer Leistung zum Aufheizen und einen Widerstand (7) hoher Leistung zur Regelung der Temperatur der Umgebungsluft an der Steckstelle (12).
- Sensor zur Kontrolle der Sekundärkühlung einer Stranggießmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Solltemperatur der Regelung ungefähr 70°C beträgt.
- Sensor zur Kontrolle der Sekundärkühlung einer Stranggießmaschine nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zeitkonstante der Temperaturregelvorrichtung über der Zeit für den Durchgang vor einer Kühlgalerie und unter der Zeit für den Durchgang zwischen zwei Kühlgalerien liegt.
- Anfahrstück für die Überwachung einer Kokillenstranggießmaschine, dessen Kopf mit Mitteln zur Kontrolle der Maschine versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zwei Reihen von Sensoren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 aufweist, wobei eine Reihe der äußeren Wölbfläche der Kokille und die zweite Reihe der inneren Wölbfläche der Kokille zugekehrt angeordnet ist.
- Anfahrstück nach Anspruch 6, bestimmt zur Überwachung des Arbeitens von Sekundärkühlgalerien, die jeweils mehrere Wasserdiffusoren aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoren des Anfahrstücks jeweils so angeordnet sind, daß sie vor einem Diffusor einer Galerie vorbeilaufen.
- Anfahrstück nach Anspruch 6, bestimmt zur Überwachung des Arbeitens von Sekundärkühlgalerien, die jeweils mehrere Wasserdiffusoren aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Senoren des Anfahrstücks so angeordnet sind, daß sie vor der Überdeckungszone von zwei benachbarten Diffusoren einer Galerie vorbeilaufen.
- Verfahren zur Überwachung der Sekundärkühlgalerien einer Stranggießmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anfahrstück nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8 laufen gelassen wird, daß eine Temperaturkurve aufgenommen wird, und daß diese Temperaturkurve mit einer Referenztemperaturkurve verglichen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Signal verwendet wird, welches dem Differentialquotienten der von den Sensoren gelieferten Temperatur entspricht.
