Description

The invention relates to a container, in particular a silo container, consisting of a plurality of wall parts provided with horizontal beads, at least two wall parts forming a joint, and wherein the wall parts in the region of the joint are connected to one another by at least one vertical support element, and each wall part comprising a plurality one above the other, forming a positive connection wall elements.

Silo containers often consist of separate silo chambers to hold different types of bulk goods, e.g. Cereals. The corrugated wall parts are held by square supports, each of which has a strip on its side facing the wall, which is designed according to the contour of the corrugated wall element, so that there is a positive connection in the vertical direction.

From DE-A-36 26 786 a silo container construction is known in which the wall parts have trough-shaped beads for stiffening in the longitudinal direction. In the area of butt joints, the wall parts are designed to be flat in order to enable a connection by appropriately designed support plates; the support plates are screwed to the wall parts. Also screwed here are the wall elements forming a wall part at their horizontal joints.

Container constructions are also known from DE-A-2 554 552 and DE-A-20 35 696, the individual wall elements forming a wall part obviously also being welded or screwed together.

A disadvantage of all of these known embodiments is the high assembly costs due to the screw connection of the wall elements to one another and also the high production outlay.

The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a container, in particular a silo container, the wall parts of which are simple and easy to manufacture and, above all, can be assembled quickly.

The object is achieved in that, in the case of the wall elements which form a fluid connection and are arranged one above the other, each wall element has claws on one horizontal edge and openings on the other, opposite edge. The openings can be roof-shaped, i.e. they are closed both upwards and on both sides. This roof-shaped design of the openings results in a tight connection between two wall elements.

According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the wall element having the openings overlaps the wall element having the claws beyond the region of the edge of the beads, so that the connection between the individual Wall elements is also form-fitting in the vertical direction. This ensures that such a wall part is able to carry vertical loads over the entire height due to the fluid connection of the individual wall elements.

The container denoted by 1 in FIG. 1 consists of several mutually separated chambers 2. The individual chambers 2 or the container itself is formed by wall parts 3, the outer wall parts being continuous. Such a container consisting of several chambers has butt joints in an angular form, for example corner points and crossing points.

Such a crossing point is shown in perspective in FIG. 2. The individual wall parts 3 are connected to one another by four diagonally arranged support plates 4 with a trapezoidal cross section. The wall parts 3 consist of individual wall elements 5 arranged one above the other, each of which has horizontal beads 6 in a trapezoidal shape. The legs 4a of the support plates 4 are designed to correspond to the shape of the beads 6 of the wall elements 5; i.e., they consist of beads 4b arranged one above the other, so that the support plates with their legs 4a can grip the wall parts 3 in a form-fitting manner. The positive connection of the support plates 4 with the wall parts 3 opens up the possibility of dissipating vertical forces acting on the wall parts through the support plates 4. The individual support plates themselves are connected to the wall parts 3 by means of screws 7.

Die Verbindung zweier Wandelemente 5 erfolgt hierbei derart, daß jeweils die Kante 5a des einen Wandelementes mit der Kante 5b des anderen Wandelementes eine formschlüssige Verbindung bildet.3 and 4 or FIGS. 5 and 6 show how the individual wall elements of a wall part are connected to one another. The connection of two wall elements 5 takes place in such a way that the edge 5a of one wall element forms a positive connection with the edge 5b of the other wall element.

In the first embodiment, shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, of a positive connection of the wall elements 5 to one another, roof-shaped openings denoted by 8 are provided, into each of which a claw 9 of the corresponding other wall element projects.

Here, the wall element 5 having the openings 8 overlaps the wall element having the claws 9 over the region of the fold (arrow A in FIG. 7) of the bead 6. Through the roof-shaped openings 8, which only have a slot downwards for the passage of the claws 9 have and are otherwise closed on all sides, a complete tightness of the connection of two wall elements 5 is achieved.

In the second embodiment of the connection of two wall elements shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the claws 10, which are bent at an angle, protrude into the openings 11. The form-fitting connection is brought about in particular by the angular design of the claws.
