Description

The invention relates to a loading wagon for transporting and storing bulk goods, with a chassis frame supported on rail bogies, a car body provided for storage with a floor conveyor belt located in the floor area thereof and running in the longitudinal direction of the wagon, and a cantilevered drive projecting over the chassis frame and by a swivel drive an axis of rotation pivotable transfer conveyor.

Such a loading wagon is already known from US Pat. No. 4,576,538, which is connected in a particularly advantageous manner to other loading wagons of the same type to form a loading train. In each case, the transfer conveyor belt protrudes over the car body of the connected loading wagon, so that it can be filled with the aid of the projecting transfer conveyor belt. With such a loading train, which can be extended as required by a corresponding number of loading wagons, it is possible to transport and store the bulk goods, for example, from a ballast bed cleaning machine, from one end of the loading train via the respective floor and transfer conveyor belts to the foremost loading wagon. Each projecting transfer conveyor belt is detachably connected to the receiving area of the adjoining car body by a centering device, so that an automatic pivoting of the transfer conveyor belt about its vertical axis of rotation can be achieved in track bends. This ensures that the discharge area of the transfer conveyor belt is always in the middle of the track with respect to the adjoining car body. The pivoting drive of the transfer conveyor belt is in the floating position, so that an unobstructed pivoting movement can be carried out. The transfer conveyor belt of the first or foremost loading wagon in the conveying direction, which is naturally not guided by an upstream centering device, but must be locked by ropes in a position running in the longitudinal direction of the carriage for safety reasons.

The object of the present invention is to create a loading wagon of the type described in the introduction, in which an unintentional pivoting of the transfer conveyor belt into an area outside the clearance profile is reliably excluded.

This object is achieved in that the transfer conveyor is connected to a blocking device for optionally limiting the pivoting range of the transfer conveyor. Such a blocking device makes it possible, on the one hand, to allow the transfer conveyor belt to pivot slightly for operation, but on the other hand to reliably rule out uncontrolled pivoting into an area outside the clearance profile. This blocking also allows for a very simple and rapid total blocking of the transfer conveyor belt which is located at the foremost loading wagon and has previously had to be secured in a time-consuming manner with ropes in a position running in the longitudinal direction of the wagon. In addition, however, each transfer conveyor belt can be pivoted in an unhindered manner, even after the corresponding blocking device has been released, beyond the clearance space limit to discharge the bulk material stored in the car body.

The embodiment of the invention according to claim 2 allows a simple, as well as avoiding expensive retrofitting adaptable to the pivotability of the transfer conveyor to the respective Operating conditions.

The development of the loading wagon according to claim 3 enables a stable blocking device that is easily controllable at any time and that can also be used at any time to support the transfer conveyor belt. In addition, this blocking device can also be easily retrofitted on loading wagons already in use.

The flaps designed according to a further embodiment of the loading wagon according to claim 4 enable, on the one hand, a secure blocking of the pivoting movement and, on the other hand, a completely unimpeded pivoting beyond the clearance profile if required.

The further embodiment of the loading wagon according to claim 5, with the aid of only the two flaps and their simple pivoting, enables a total of three different settings of the blocking device that can be changed quickly as required.

The design of the loading wagon described in claim 6, in conjunction with rapid adjustability of the flaps, also ensures their secure locking.

With the embodiment described in claim 7, there is the possibility of locking the transfer conveyor belt in a position running in the longitudinal direction of the wagon without play for a safe transfer of the loading wagon.

Finally, a further embodiment of the blocking device according to claim 8 has the advantage of a particularly simple design with a possible remote-controlled longitudinal displacement of the bolt.

The invention is described in more detail below with reference to two exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing.

A loading train 1 shown in FIG. 1 is composed of a plurality of loading wagons 2 connected to one another. Each of these loading wagons 2 designed for transporting and storing bulk goods consists essentially of a chassis frame 4 supported on rail running gear 3 and a wagon body 5 connected to it. This is open at the top and bottom and has a drive 6 connected to it instead of a bottom surface Floor conveyor belt 7 running in the longitudinal direction of the wagon. A transfer conveyor belt 10 connected to a drive 9 is located next to the front end region of the floor conveyor belt 7 with respect to the conveying or transport direction of the loading train 1, which is connected to a drive 9. This transfer conveyor belt 10, which projects over a buffer breast 11 and is inclined, is one vertical axis of rotation 12 pivotally mounted on the chassis frame 4 and connected to a pivot drive 13. To support the projecting transfer conveyor belt 10 is a cable connection 15 variable in length by a drive 14 is provided. The various drives are supplied with energy by an internal combustion engine 16 connected to a hydraulic system.

At the rear end of each car body 5 there is a centering device 17, which is designed to support the free end area of the transfer conveyor belt 10 and to guide it in the curved track area. A blocking device 19 is connected to the front end of the chassis frame 4 between the axis of rotation 12 and a discharge area 18 of the transfer conveyor belt 10.

As can be seen in FIG. 2, the blocking device 19 is designed as a conveyor belt support 20 fastened to the chassis frame 4 with a support beam 21 running transversely to the longitudinal direction of the carriage and horizontally and flaps 22 connected thereto for abutment against a side surface 23 of the transfer conveyor belt 10. Each of the two flaps 22 is about an axis 24 running in the longitudinal direction of the carriage from an approximately horizontal release position (shown with dash-dotted lines) below the underside of the transfer conveyor belt 10 to a blocking position provided for contacting the side surface 23 (see right half Fig.2) pivotally mounted. The arrangement of two holes means that, in addition to the blocking position mentioned, each flap can also be locked in a working position (shown in the left half with solid lines) in which the two flaps 22 are so far apart in the transverse direction of the carriage that the intermediate conveyor belt 10 is freely pivotable about its axis of rotation 12 within the clearance profile. Each flap 22 can be locked in the mentioned blocking or working position with the aid of a plug pin 25. The upper end of each flap 22 is one Threaded plug-in spindle 26 is connected to the side surface 23 of the transfer conveyor belt 10 for play-free contact.

For the transfer travel, the transfer conveyor belt 10 of the foremost loading wagon 2 in the conveying direction is lowered onto the support beam 21 and locked in the blocking position by the two flaps 22 being placed on the side surfaces 23 and locked in this position with the aid of the plug pin 25 (see right Half of Fig.2). Subsequently, the plug spindle 26 is rotated until any play between the flaps 22 and the side surfaces 23 of the transfer conveyor belt 10 is excluded. In this way, the transfer conveyor belt 10 is reliably fixed in a position running in the longitudinal direction of the carriage with respect to the chassis frame 4. The blocking devices 19 of the remaining loading wagons 2 are each set in the already mentioned working position, the flaps 22 (see left half of FIG. 2) being spaced so far apart that the transfer conveyor belt 10 - slightly lifted from the support bar 21 - is within the clearance profile can move freely. For this purpose, the swivel drive 13 is in the floating position. This ensures that the transfer conveyor belts 10 lying in the discharge area 18 via the respective centering device 17 on the upstream car body 5 can adapt to the curvature in curved track sections. In the event that for any reason the contact of the transfer conveyor belt 10 with the centering device 17 is lost, the flap limitation prevents a completely uncontrolled pivoting into an area outside the clearance profile. If, for example, the stored bulk goods are placed in a landfill site that runs parallel to the track thrown, the flap 22 located on the side facing the landfill site is pivoted in each loading wagon 2 by removing the plug pin 25 into the release position shown in broken lines in FIG. 2. The transfer conveyor belts 10 are then pivoted up to an angle of approximately 45 ° about the axis of rotation 12 while the corresponding swivel drives 13 are acted on. This is followed by the simultaneous emptying of all loading wagons 2 by applying the drives 6 and 9.

A variant of a blocking device 27 shown in FIG. 3 consists of a turntable 30 rotatable about an axis of rotation 28 and connected to a transfer conveyor belt 29, which is mounted on a chassis frame 31 and can be rotated about the axis of rotation 28 with the aid of a drive (not shown).
