Description

The invention relates to a stove with an oven muffle and a lower base panel and with an appliance drawer, the appliance drawer being arranged between the oven muffle and the base panel.

The kitchen cabinets on the market often have large differences in the respective base heights. Due to the high plinth panels that often run through several kitchen cupboards, the space behind the plinth cannot be used for drawer installation.

Diese Schienen sind an den Seitenwänden angebracht.DE-U-8915017 shows a device drawer which is guided in rails. These rails are attached to the side walls.

It is an object of the invention to design a slide-in cooker in such a way that it can be used for all base heights and for the installation of a drawer. So far, it has therefore been necessary to arrange the device drawer installation above the greatest base height. In kitchens with a low base height, therefore, the appliance space between the actual and maximum base height remains unused, which is to be avoided by the invention.

It is an object of the invention to design the device construction of the slide-in cooker in the area of the drawer installation such that the height of the drawer can be adapted to the base heights of the kitchen cupboards.

Starting from a stove with an oven muffle and a lower plinth as well as with a device drawer, the device drawer being arranged between the muffle and the plinth, the invention consists in the device drawer being guided in rails, each rail is inserted behind in one of several selected rear wall openings and is held at the front by a tab connected to the front of the cooker.

This constructive design of the guide rails and the rear wall openings for the device drawer makes it possible to adapt the device drawer to the available space depending on the height of the plinth panels, whereby the plinth panel can also be adapted to the desired installation conditions. It is advantageous if the device drawer has at least two castors. It is useful to arrange several mounting holes for holding the two brackets for the rails on both sides of the drawer on the front of the built-in cooker, the mounting holes lying vertically one above the other. It is envisaged that the number of rear wall openings and the receiving bores are the same, such that the guide rails to be used can be used at different heights. To ensure good guidance of the drawer, it is advantageous to also provide each rail with a roller, these rollers being arranged at the front in the rail and the rollers arranged on the drawer at the rear. This ensures that the drawer is well guided.

There are various options for attaching and aligning the base panel on the front wall of the device. This can be done, for example, in that the base panel is provided with screw bolts, a desired distance from the front device wall to the baseboard or base panel being able to be produced by inserting spacer rings of different thicknesses. But you can also screw washers on the bolts, which you counter on the back. It also exists Possibility to attach brackets attached to a wooden panel, which are provided with cutouts (serrations) on their underside. These brackets are inserted or hung in elongated holes in the front wall of the built-in cooker. You can also make elongated holes in the front wall in the area of the drawer panel, in such a way that the base panel can be adjusted higher or lower.

Fig. 2
1, but with a low plinth,

Die Haltewinkel werden dann entsprechend in Langlöcher am Sockelblech eingehangen.1, rear wall openings 2 are arranged in the rear rear wall 1 of a slide-in cooker, in which rails 3 with their elongated pins 4 can be inserted. At the front, the rails carry 3 tabs 6; Openings 5 are made in the front wall 8 such that the tabs can be held by means of screws 7. The appliance drawer has two rear rollers 10, and the rails 3 also have front rollers 11. The appliance drawer 9 is therefore supported at four points by rollers and can be easily pulled out of the built-in cooker. The device drawer 9 has a drawer front 12; it can be pulled out of the built-in cooker by means of a handle 13. The oblique hatching 14 illustrates the possible storage space of the device drawer. As can be seen, the base panel 15 runs below the drawer panel; here it is held on the base plate 17 by means of a screw 16. Spacers 18 give the base panel 15 the desired distance from the base, such that the base panel aligned with the kitchen furniture panels. Instead of these spacer rings and screws, a screw bolt can be used, which is attached to the base plate by means of lock nuts. There is also the option of attaching brackets to the base panel. These brackets can be provided with recesses (narrow teeth) on their underside. The brackets are then hooked into slots on the base plate.

Fig. 1 shows a comparatively high plinth and Fig. 2 a lower. In the former case, the rails 3 are inserted into the upper rear wall openings 2 and the tabs 6 are fastened in the upper openings 5 in such a way that the rails assume the upper position for the drawer. In the other case, the rails 3 are set lower and inserted into the rear wall openings 2 ', the lower openings 5' being used for inserting the screws for the tabs 6.

In the partially sectioned front view of the appliance drawer and the substructure according to FIG. 3, the front rollers 11 mounted in the rails 3 can be seen. The tabs 6 for holding the rails 3 on the wall parts 8 of the front wall are also illustrated here. The device drawer 9 has guide tabs 19 and is supported with the guide tabs on the wheels 11. The rear guide wheels 10 of the device drawer are not shown here. Bores 20 are made in the front wall of the appliance drawer 9; they are used to fasten the drawer panel 12.

In Fig. 4 the rear rollers of the drawer 9 are shown. As can be seen, the rails 3 are inserted into the slot-shaped opening 2 of the rear wall 1. The roller 10 is held with a bearing pin 21. As already described, the rails 3 can also be set lower, such as - as the arrow 22 shows - that they assume a lower position. In this case, the rails 3 are inserted into the slots 3 '.

It should also be noted that the guide tabs 19 are not designed continuously on the appliance drawer 9. Backwards is only left so much that the rollers 10 find enough space to run undisturbed.
