- a resin is optionally injected into the bottom of the support through an orifice which may be provided on the bottom of the latter, after insertion of the "contact bulb” assembly into the body, or else, injected through the top of the support before insertion of the whole, all this in order to meet a possible specification, as regards the resistance to the extraction forces applied to the bulb.
- a vertical fold (14) is made on the contact in order to avoid contact with the glass of the bulb, and therefore the stresses which may result.
- An elastic beam (15) completed with a spherical stamp gives the necessary contact pressure on the circuit where the lamp is placed in order to ensure the electrical connection between the two.
