Description
- La présente invention concerne un élément de signalisation temporaire pour voie publique du genre panneau ou barrière de signalisation d'une zone provisoirement dangeureuse ou interdite du fait par exemple de travaux en cours sur la voie.
- Il existe de nombreux types de panneaux destinés à cette fonction, métalliques ou en matière plastique, qui sont posés sur le sol au moyen d'un piètement approprié conférant au panneau un polygone d'appui suffisamment grand pour en assurer la stabilité. La nécessité de disposer de ce polygone d'appui important conduit à des dispositifs relativement encombrants dont le stockage et le transport sont malaisés. En outre, il est souvent indispensable de lester ces dispositifs à leur base ou de procéder d'une manière quelconque au renforcement de leur stabilisation au sol par des moyens de fortune disponibles sur le lieu du chantier à signaler. Ces moyens (cales, pierres, objets pesants....) ne sont jamais adaptés à un calage approprié de ces panneaux, si bien qu'ils n'assurent pas leur fonction d'une manière efficace très longtemps et qu'ils finissent par encombrer la chaussée du fait de leurs déplacements intempestifs.
- L'invention entend remédier à ces inconvénients en proposant un matériel adapté d'une part à une mise en place dont la stabilité est assurée d'une manière efficace et permanente par des moyens simples souvent disponibles sur le lieu de leur usage et d'autre part, à un stockage et un transport sous un volume réduit.
- A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un élément de signalisation temporaire pour voie publique ou analogue, comportant un panneau solidaire d'un piètement pour son appui au sol, dans lequel ce piètement comporte à sa base au moins deux tronçons de tube orthogonaux au panneau et orientés pour reposer sur le sol par l'une de leur génératrice et pour recevoir à l'intérieur une pièce de lestage sensiblement cylindrique.
- De manière préférée, la pièce de lestage est constituée par une enveloppe cylindrique déformable remplie d'un matériau divisé pondéreux de longueur plus importante que celle du tronçon qui la reçoit.
- Dans une forme de réalisation, l'élément est en forme d'une paroi mince en caisson ouvert équipé des tubulures à deux sommets adjacents, l'axe des tronçons de tube étant sensiblement perpendiculaire à ladite paroi.
- Dans cette forme de réalisation, afin de permettre un rangement compact des éléments, chaque piètement est délimité par deux surfaces emboitantes.
- Enfin, dans une réalisation particulière, le panneau est en une seule pièce avec le piètement et est constitué par une paroi mince délimitée par deux surfaces emboîtantes en continuité avec celles des surfaces délimitant le piètement.
- D'autres caractéristiques et avantages ressortiront de la description de plusieurs modes de réalisation de l'invention donnés ci-après à titre d'exemples.
- Il sera fait référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :
- la figure 1 illustre par une vue extérieure un élément de signalisation conforme à l'invention dans lequel le panneau et le piètement sont en une seule pièce,
- la figure 2 est une coupe par le plan II-II de la figure 1,
- la figure 3 est la représentation d'un élément ayant une autre forme de panneau,
- la figure 4 représente partiellement un élément, du genre barrière, dans lequel panneau et piètement sont séparés.
- Un élément de signalisation conforme à l'invention comporte un panneau 1 dont le contour correspond à l'un des contours normalisés en matière de signalisation routière, par exemple rectangulaire comme à la figure 1 ou circulaire comme à la figure 2 (qui pourrait être hexagonal ou triangulaire...), et un piètement 2 qui, dans le cas des figures 1 à 3, est en une seule pièce avec le panneau 1.
- Pour ces figures 1 à 3, ce piètement est essentiellement constitué par deux tronçons de tube 3 et 4 tronconiques dont l'axe est pratiquement orthogonal au plan du panneau 1. Ces tronçons tubulaires constituent des logements pour des pièces de lestage 5, 6, qui y sont introduites. Ces pièces sont en forme de manches cylindriques en matière souple (textile, feuille de plastique...) remplie d'une matière pondéreuse divisée du genre sable, gravier, terre... Ces pièces de lestage peuvent être confectionnées sur place à partir d'un "tube" souple stocké aplati (ou des tronçons) qui est donc aisément stockable et transportable, du matériau disponible sur le lieu au chantier d'utilisation, et de deux liens pour ligaturer les extrémités du boudin ainsi constitué. La longueur de ces boudins 5, 6 sera déterminée soit par le constructeur soit par l'utilisateur mais de toute façon nettement plus grande que la longueur axiale des tronçons tubulaires pour assurer un bon maintien de l'élément de signalisation sur le sol.
- On comprend l'avantage de ces pièces de lestages déformables qui permettent d'absorber les irrégularités du sol qui peuvent se déformer tout en conférant au panneau une excellente stabilité. En outre, ces lests sont jetables après usage et n'encombrent pas inutilement les magasins de stockage du matériel ou les véhicules de transport. Le diamètre de chaque boudin sera adapté pour pénétrer librement dans le tronçon tubulaire 3 ou 4 ou pour s'y coincer légèrement si cela s'avère utile.
- A la figure 4 on a représenté un jambage A de piètement 2 équipé des tronçons tubulaires tronconiques 3 et 4, ce jambage A avec au moins un autre identique pouvant constituer le piètement d'une barrière 1 (tenant lieu et place d'un panneau). Cette barrière n'est pas en une seule pièce mais est rapportée au sommet du jambage A par des moyens de fixation démontables non représentés.
- Le piètement ou l'élément dans son entier s'il est en une seule pièce peut être fabriqué à partir de toute matière adéquate et notamment en matière plastique. En outre, il sera avantageux de lui conférer une structure en caisson ouvert ayant une paroi mince qui forme également la paroi des tronçons tubulaires.
- Il est ainsi possible de limiter cette paroi mince, raidie par sa structure en caisson et en une seule pièce avec les tubes de base par lesquels elle repose sur le sol, par deux surfaces complexes qui sont emboîtantes comme l'illustre la figure 2.
- Sur cette figure, on a représenté en coupe le profil de deux éléments de signalisation ou piètements selon l'invention 7 et 8 qui, identiques, sont emboîtés l'un dans l'autre pour illustrer le caractère emboîtant des deux surfaces 9, 10 et 9a, 10a qui limitent ces pièces. En d'autres termes, la surface 9 de l'élément 7 est sensiblement concave ou en creux tandis que la surface 10, qui sera de préférence la surface équipée des signes et pictogrammes de signalisation, est convexe et peut être logée dans la surface concave 9a (identique à 9) d'un élément 8 adjacent. La figure 2 fait également apparaître pour cette raison d'emboîtement, la nécessité d'avoir prévu les tronçons tubulaires tronconiques.
- Elle illustre la compacité du stockage et du rangement des éléments ou piètements que les mesures de l'invention permettent d'atteindre.
Claims (6)
- Elément de signalisation temporaire pour voie publique ou analogue, comportant un panneau (1) solidaire d'un piètement (2) pour son appui au sol, caractérisé en ce que le piètement (2) comporte à sa base au moins deux tronçons (3,4) de tube orthogonaux au panneau (1) et orientés pour reposer sur le sol par l'une de leur génératrice et pour recevoir à l'intérieur une pièce de lestage (5,6) sensiblement cylindrique.
- Elément selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la pièce de lestage (5,6) est constituée par une enveloppe cylindrique déformable remplie d'un matériau divisé pondéreux de longueur plus importante que celle du tronçon qui la reçoit.
- Elément selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est en forme d'une paroi mince en caisson ouvert équipé des tubulures (3,4) à deux sommets adjacents.
- Elément selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la paroi mince délimite également les tronçons tubulaires (3,4).
- Elément selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque piètement (7,8) est délimité par deux surfaces (9,10) emboîtantes.
- Elément selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le panneau (1) est en une seule pièce avec le piètement (2) et est constitué par une paroi mince délimitée par deux surfaces emboîtantes (9,10) en continuité avec celles des surfaces délimitant le piètement.
