Claims (9)

  1. Mounting device for an apparatus fitted in a ceiling or in a wall essentially consisting of a means (1) for fixation to the carrying ceiling or wall connected to a means (4) for receiving the apparatus to be fitted (5), characterised in that the fixing means (1) consists of a resilient rail (6) fixed on the carrying ceiling or wall by adjustable or other slings (7) and co-operating with conical catch studs (8) integral with a first pair of sliding tabs (2) and in that the means (4) for receiving the apparatus to be fitted (5) consists of a plate (9) integral with a second pair of sliding tabs (3) and on which there is fixed, by screwing, riveting, welding or the like, an intermediate plate (10) for supporting a device (11) for receiving and adjusting the position of the apparatus to be fitted (5).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the resilient rail (6) is advantageously in the form of a folded or extruded profile having at its lower portion a cross section in the form of an inverted V of which the central fold consists of two lips embracing the lower portion of the conical catch studs (8) in the operating position.
  3. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the device (11) for receiving and adjusting the position of the apparatus to be fitted (5) fixed on the intermediate supporting plate (10) advantageously consists of two vertical columns (12) which are profiled in the form of a U, are diametrally opposed by their core, are fixed to the intermediate plate (10) and are each provided, on the one hand, with a reinforcing gusset (13) extending between their U-shaped arms and, on the other hand, with a vertical slideway (14) arranged on the opposing face of their core and equipped with horizontal notched (15) at regular intervals.
  4. Device according to claim 3, characterised in that the vertical slideways (14) fixed on the faces turned toward one another of the vertical columns (12) preferably have a U-shaped cross section with short arms, of which said arms extend in the immediate vicinity of the cross section (16) for the passage of the apparatus to be fitted (5).
  5. Device according to any one of claims 1, 3 and 4, characterised in that the apparatus to be fitted (5) is provided with two diametrally opposed tabs (17), consisting of spring leaves extending obliquely upwardly and fixed at one end to the apparatus (5) and of which the free ends are curved toward one another to form a projection (18) resting between the horizontal notches (15) of the vertical slideways (14) or forming a stop against an outlet of the intermediate plate (10) by resting on the rim thereof defined by said vertical slideways (14).
  6. Device according to any one of claims 1 and 3 to 5, characterised in that, in the case of an apparatus to be fitted (5) having a large bulk in height for the mounting of a large electrical appliance, said apparatus (5) is provided with two opposing recesses allowing the passage of the free ends of the tabs (17).
  7. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the sheet (19) or the like forming the ceiling or the wall for the fitting of the apparatus (5) is advantageously provided, round its orifice for passage of said apparatus (5), on its two faces with two reinforcing washers (20) of rigid or semi-rigid synthetic material stuck by means of a double-sided adhesive tape and centred during mounting by means of a cone, the external washer (20) being covered with a finishing plate (21) of the apparatus (5).
  8. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the means (1) consists of a tubular telescopic portion for fixation to a plate integral with the ceiling co-operating at its other end with an adapter plate integral with the means (4) for receiving the apparatus to be fitted (5), said means (4) being in the form of a cylindrical cover having a ferrule at its lower end and being intended to house the apparatus to be fitted (5) equipped for this purpose with resilient supporting and holding means and, at its lower portion, with a finishing plate (21) intended to co-operate with the ferrule of said cover.
  9. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the means (4) for receiving the apparatus to be fitted is connected to the means (1) for fixing to the ceiling or to the carrying wall (1) by means of a device to be screwed.
